Was on hold for 15 minutes and they hung up on me without saying why.Called back and they picked up, but the receptionist barely listened to me and hung up on me when my phone signal started cutting out-- didnt wait very long for the signal to resolveCalled back AGAIN, and gave her the reason for an appointment when she asked, but when she repeated it later it was a completely different reason than i said. Didnt listen to me.We finally got stuff right, but she told me my gp might not take over my meds from my previous doctor anyway-- not because she couldnt, but because she doesnt like that type of med. Ive been on these for years without issues across multiple doctors, I just need her to give refills the go ahead when they run out. This place is a stress mine to do anything with.Giving 2 stars because I was eventually able to get an appointment, and ive had an appointment here before that went alright. The wait was ridiculously long then though

If I could give no stars I would. ABSOLUTELY worst care I’ve received from Patricia Klassen. If you have a specialist that you need her to communicate with, don’t waste your time. I’ve waited a month for “my other doctor to tell them it’s okay” to prescribe a medication. Then I was told they needed to read a surgery report I had and they were waiting for it to be faxed. They had the report since October AND it was sent a second time earlier this month and the secretary told me they had it. They don’t communicate letting you know what’s going on, you constantly have to call. I contacted my specialist within a day and they told me to go to a different office. The nurse in that office took a day to get ahold of my specialist and I magically had my meds. I will NEVER go back to anyone at the Jewell clinic.

Well I cant really speak on the care they provide because I wouldnt know, I tried to get my daughter in for 3 days and couldnt get through because the hold times can be up to 45 minutes!!!! I have a newborn baby and waiting on hold all day isnt possible with him....then I go to try and get myself scheduled with someone today and once again Ive been sitting on hold for 23 minutes already. Please hire more people because that is just insane, never in my life have I dealt with this with any provider.

My wifes physician is here and the staff has always been pleasant. The wait time is usually less than 15 minutes and our questions are always answered.

I have had a doctor there for at least 10yrs and steadily got worse my last appt was at 4pm and I sat in a cubicle till 530 and no one came so I decided to leave at that time there were no doctors or receptionist So needless to say I wont be going there anymore
