Great neurologist. My previous neurologist retired when I started seeing Dr, Sethi over two years ago. He quickly diagnosed my migraines as starting in my occipital nerve and immediately did a block. I had literally had a migraine for 6 months straight, within minutes of the occipital block I was pain free and continue to be two years later.

Dr. Sethi has the worst bedside manner of any Dr Ive ever experienced in my life. He told me I was faking my symptoms and that he was the best neuroligist in town. I hope hes reading this, because my symptoms are related to a rare type of migraine Mr. Sethi. Way to be the best neurologist. Him telling me I was faking it was quite traumatic when I didnt understand myself what was going on. I wouldnt waste my time with going to him. I wouldnt give him and stars.

Dr. Boudreaux has been great to work with in regard my husband. He is a skilled surgeon and his demeanor is very nice. He is honest and direct.

I was a patient of Dr. Sethi, and although whenever I visited with him, he was very helpful and thorough, contacting him, his nurse(s), and deal with this office was too difficult to continue being a patient there. The staff was often rude and unhelpful. The response time was terrible, even when I was having significant health issues it would take more than a day to hear a response. They often would not answer the phone and take a long time to call back.

Personally, I feel like the nurses at this hospital, specifically the Neuro and Spine Center are unprofessional and rude. My medical team have had nothing but issues getting things handled on my behalf. After a talk with my PCM, they have switched up and become nice but still unhelpful. I called them today to get information on a note that I needed and once again UNHELPFUL. I have no other choice but to be seen by this office, but if you dont have to, I recommended a different doctor and office for your healthcare needs.

Dr. Boudreaux is the most rude doctor I have ever encountered. Dont waiste your time or money going to this doctor. EXTREMELY UNCARING AND UNHELPFUL INDIVIDUAL.

Seems disjointed in who to talk to about appointments.Drs ok.

Everyone was very professional and patient, aside from a nurse name Halley. My brother, has Dementia & suffered Brain Damage from a Neurologist, Dr Eickert, that has caused my brother life changing issues where he now can no longer take care of himself nor live on his own. Halley, clearly doesn’t listen, is extremely impatient, and clearly does NOT have a very caring attitude. She was asking about by brothers medication list and wouldn’t even wait as I stated I was trying to bring them up from my brothers VA MyHealth account. She continued reading off medications he was on for when he had a feeding tube back in 2016. As a nurse, I would firmly believe that when a Caregiver tells a nurse, that the patient is not taking any liquid medications nor injections, that they should automatically know when reading them off, that from their education they can distinguish them from a medication list when stated he now takes pills and the feeding tube was removed in November of 2016. Halley, went to take my brothers blood pressure and she was way too stern, extremely impatient with him. She never said hello, my brother is high fall risk, & she was uncaring and didn’t even wait for him to get off the scale, before taking off to go to the patient room to wait for the Dr, my brother was trying to make jokes, she flat out ignored him with no concern and throughout everything not once smiled. She has to be the most unhappiest, uncaring, rudest, impatient nurse I have ever came across in my life. Halley, truly does stand out from the rest of the staff. She is really slow & draggy, and I’ve never seen anyone make it so obvious that they don’t care about their patients nor their job. I was grateful & very pleased with my visit Dr Sethi, and thankful for all the help Nurse Holly helped us out with during our visit. I even brought a VA Form to be put with my brothers Medical Records and Halley, wouldn’t even take it at all, but Dr Sethi, understood their need to have the form and Holly was sure to take the form to put with his Records & Dr Sethi & Holly, had to correct everything that Holly was to impatient & couldn’t wait for my brothers medication list to get pulled up on my phone. Hally, dors a job where others have to complete including the Dr, didnt seem like a nurse anyone else would want on board if others are having to finish her tasks due to her impatient demeanor.
