Irresponsible and Incompetent.I asked them over and over to refill my medication and they have not. They wanted me to schedule another (unnecessary) appointment or they would not continue to fill my meds. I scheduled a telehealth appointment, and when time came to check my email for the link, it was nowhere to be found. I checked every inbox, including spam until 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Nothing. I am now without my meds and suffering because of the absolute incompetence of these people.UPDATE: called and scheduled another appointment. They said they would send a half months prescription to my pharmacy and guess what? They didnt! It has now been almost and entire week without my medication. So yeah, dont go here.

We have been with them for years. Dr Beazer and staff have always provided quality care and treatment to our family.

Like everyone else said, wait times are 1-2 hours. Doesnt matter how great a provider is, that is unacceptable.

Long wait times. Up to 1-2 hours. Often times when I call the receptionist to inform them of the situation so they can help, they interrupt you mid sentence and tell you to hold and just transfer you to the nurses desk. A nurses desk that never returns phones calls. A nurses desk that is annoyed they have to do their job. I’m pretty sick and need a certain medication but cannot get anyone to call me back. Don’t go there.

At appointments the doctors seem to listen. Never call though, I had a change of medication I called 1 week after seeing my doctor to let him know it was making things worse. His nurse called me later that day to tell me that the doctor suggest that I come in for an appointment. I informed the nurse that I could not afford the $40 co pay, that I just saw my doctor a week ago. Her response was that shell let my doctor know that I dont want to come in. At this point I got frustrated because it wasnt a lack of desire to go in but lack of funds. After this conversation I wanted to talk to the doctor to explain why I couldnt afford to come in but the nurse told me that would not happen. I wont go back, I need to find a better office with more accurate communication.

I asked what a symptom meant as the doctor was going over them. The response was its a good thing youre going back to school if you dont know what that means. Havent gone back. Wont go back.

Dr. Beazer has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He has always been excellent. He is attentive and listens. He follows up after hours, when necessary, and has always been very caring, responsive, and competent. We have felt very fortunate to have him in our community as our family has gotten older. His staff has always been great as well!

The ladies at the desk were completely rude. The First Lady I had spoken too was irritated and snatched the sign in sheet away and said “ya give me a sec” The second one was very “bothered” when I paid the co pay, and asked if I met the deduction if I would get the money back. “Ya we don’t check that for you.” Then dismissed me. I’ve been going here since I was a kid! This occurred in building B

I went in for a dot physical and have never had a dr. In my 22 years of having my CDL try to push his opinion on my medical card instead of going by the book. I was polite but stood my ground and insisted it be written properly. Then I received the bill. Dr. Yarrington billed me $334.00 for a DOT physical that EVERYONE else charges less than $100 for. This Dr. in my opinion is exactly what is wrong with our healthcare costs. I would never refer him to anyone in fact, if asked I would suggest going ANYWHERE but to this Dr. no matter how far you had to drive or how long you had to wait.

Good Drs takes appointments on time, listens, an understands .

Doctors are great, the wait time to see the doctor is about 1 to 2 hours every time that is what sucks!!

The nurses are great along with the Doctors and PACs

Good doctors, but every time we come we have to wait 40-50 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. (This has happened multiple times) Makes for a poor experience.
