I had a potentially life-threatening dental emergency happen to me and after getting bounced around between different dental offices and ERs while trying to find a solution, I decided to call DentisTrust to see if they could help me in my time of need. Not only did they squeeze me in to see me within three hours of my first call, every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been absolutely spectacular. They are all so incredibly kind, accommodating, and really appear to care about their patients; Dr. Perez himself actually took time out of his busy schedule to contact me (without me even requesting it) a few days after my initial visit just to make sure I was okay and check on my health. I couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful for their help during this difficult health crisis. Ive been coming to Dr. Perezs office since I moved to the area about 2 years ago. My experience has been great! I love the staff they are all very nice and remember who I am. They always ask about my family, I love how personable everyone is at this office. Ive had several fillings done along with all my regular cleanings. They always do a wonderful and thorough job. I had an emergency and Monica was able to squeezed me in to their busy schedule. Dr. Perez is wonderful, he understood the nature and urgency of my situation. At the time, my son is graduating from high school and I needed a temporary work prior to the dental procedure and he made sure that I was taken care of and able to enjoy my time with family without having to worry about pain/soreness. And the best part is, that temporary work looks as if it was the real one. I am pleased overall. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Perez is patient and making sure I am comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Perez is great and explained the procedure before and after. Not only that I will come back for my regular dental care, I also highly recommended him to family and friends.

Dr. Perez and his staff are amazing! I’m fairly new to Tomball so I was searching around for a new dentist to get an exam done. I’m glad I chose this place! The location is convenient, parking is adequate, and the sitting area is very modern and clean. I honestly dreaded dentist appointments, but Dr. Perez is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ll be honest and say I was bummed when I was told I needed my fillings redone. However, after redoing them and looking at the pictures I was shocked. My previous dental work was not the greatest and I agreed. Thank him for giving me his honest opinion and educating me. Dr. Perez and the dental assistant did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable. They’re bilingual too so that’s also a plus! :) The front desk was also super friendly as far as checking in, billing and scheduling. 10/10 would recommend this office!

Dr. Perez at Dentistrust is always courteous and professional. We have been coming here for years now and he is great with my two kids. My husband and I have been going here for years and most recently started taking our 2.5 year old twins and they’ve been equally as amazing. They had cartoon ready upon their arrival and were very accommodating to them. The staff and the dentist were great with the twins and they kept them engaged and entertained. I have been seeing Dr. Perez for several years, after seeing several dentist that really didn’t show much care or passion for what they did. The experience here from start to end is amazing. I am not a person that writes reviews but Dr. Perez and his team are worth it! They take care of you and the cleaning is the best. Dr. Perez will even come in and do a final cleaning after the hygienist and take the time to explain to his patients what he’s doing. I know they’re the best because my teeth feel and look amazing. I took my 3 and almost 5 year old boys and I was amazed how my boys where enjoying everything, the staff is so good with children, they really care, they are very nice and professional.. The dentist took his time explaining everything, my boys really enjoyed the time at the dentist here. Its been longer than I care to admit since I had been to the dentist. Dr. Perez and staff were understanding, attentive and skilled. My wait time was very short and everyone was very nice. Dr. Perez used a small pen camera to take photos and put them on the screen and was able to show me the concern areas and talked me through his action plan. He will be my dentist moving forward.

Great experience in this office. The Doctor and staff were very skillful and nice. They made a year plan for deep cleaning and teeth extraction. Now, I go for regular cleaning. I needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and came to Dr. Perez from a recommendation. After seeing a different doctor who made me literally cry during my exam(different practice) I was VERY hesitant. However, from day 1 Dr. Perez and his staff made me feel so comfortable. After my procedures, they called to check on me, and called a few days later to confirm my check up appointments. I have never felt another business (any field) has shown this much genuine care for their patients.

Just moved to the area, and after being with the same dentist and hygienist my entire life, finding a new one was of concern. I did my research and found Dr. Perez and DenisTrust through the American Dental Association website. Dealing with the staff to get my health records sent over was a breeze and the facilities are clean and reassuring. They had appointments available as soon as the next week too, which is awesome! Looking forward to my first scheduled appointment and hope to leave an even better review after my cleaning.

Very professional and gentle. The staff is very accommodating and the office is very stunning and clean . I went to DentisTrust to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and within 24 hours I felt great. The operation only took about 30 min. It was very fast and smooth. During the operation and after the operation I felt no pain. I felt safe and well taken care of with Dr. Perez.

Office receptionist is rude! I brought my daughter there today for a new patient visit. We arrived 15 mins early. As we tried to enter we noticed the office was closed and the office hours listed on the door and on google states they open at 9am. When they finally open the door I made a statement to the girl that they opened late today. She sarcastically tells me your appointment is not until 9:30am and I informed her that the door states 9am. I am a healthcare professional and I am completely angered that she chose to go back and forth rather than apologizing for not being open at the time that it states the clinic should open. It’s a patient right to arrive early to be on time because if they’re late or a no show the appointment is cancelled and the patient is charged a fee. Offices focusing on patient experience and customer service is at a all time low. The hygienist was very friendly and took very good care of my daughter.

After dealing with on and off pain in a Molar, and consulting 3 different Dentists, Dr. Perez was able to make an adjustment in one office visit that has relieved my pain tremendously. I wanted to pull the tooth because I was frustrated and impatient with the situation. Best dental experience ever! I was on a trip from Massachusetts to Texas when I broke a front tooth. I called the office of Dr. Fernando Perez (Dentistrust) and he took great care of me. I had the best dental work ever and with compassion. Not only is Dr. Perez phenomenal but his staff is also. For my dental work I now wish that I lived in Texas.

Monica and the young lady (I am so sorry I forfot your name) up front are always so helpful, not just with appointments and insurance they make sure your kids are not scared or nervous before they go back. The ladies who assist the dentist (one is for sure named Gabby and the others name starts with C) do an outstanding job. My kids each have their favorite and look forward to seeing them. Dr. Perez is amazing! My two boys have had fillings and neither one knew they had gotten shots. Dr. Perez took the time to topically numb them, handle the syring in such a way the boys never saw it, and when the shots were given they didnt even react. Tristan only knew he had shots when he saw the needle on the tray. 100% changed my kida mind about what it is like to go to the dentist.

Our family is very pleased with the service. Treatment plans clearly explained, referrals made and willing to arrange payment plan. Friendly staff and Dr. Perez is very knowlegeable.

This doctor is a scammer! He will tell you have x number of issues so he just keep charging your insurance and do stuff you don’t need. You go for a second opinion to a different dentist and they will tell you don’t need any of that. In addition this doctor treats two or even three patients at the same time, leaving you there for a long periods of time. So unprofessional! I also think many of these reviews are fake or written by themselves after treating a patient!

I went to Dr Perez when I live down in Massachusetts and he was there. Since then had moved to Fl. I had flown to Texas and while there decided to go see him and had my 6 front teeth crowned. I knew hw was the only one I wanted to do this as he is gentle and I never felt the several injections I had to have, he is the most caring person. His staff is wonderful and friendly and efficient. I could not ne happier with how they look and keep checking the mirror! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Perez for anyone looking for a fantastic dentist!!

If you need dental work done- search no more. I had to have extensive dental work done here and Dr. Perezs skills have been nothing but exceptional. Competent, careful, experienced and very personable. Could not be happier with this work! Among other things, his staff are friendly, professional, punctual( I have never had to wait at their office- if they say 9am - you are taken in within 5 min) , ready to address and explain both dental and financial questions. This dental practice is a wonderful gem in the middle of our community! Would recommend them to anyone. Best dentist I have ever had!!!
