I am beyond happy with the life care saving care and attention I received during my week in need. After experiencing a potentially fatal Cystokine storm I was quickly treated which allowed me to avoid further complications and have a faster recovery. My room was brand new and very clean. My nurse staff was professional and attentive, this really made me at ease during my time of need. I wasn’t able to talk a lot in the beginning, but my nurses made sure to keep my family informed and followed up with every phone call. The food was fantastic gourmet 3 times a day on time with snack provided when ever I wanted. I am forever in debt to your nursing staff and Doctors for the care I received. This is a fantastic hospital, I highly recommend!

This is for the Emergency Room, not the Hospital. No better than others in the area. Same hurry up and wait attitude. They dont care and want to make sure theyre billing your insurance first. I saw that guy more than any Nurse, or Dr.Dr didnt do a good job, just ordered an x-ray and sent me on my way. What a joke. Waited here over 3 hours just to hear that? He didnt even listen to my concerns. Nurses are nice, but no more help than a friendly waitress at a restaurant.Is this the health care you get while having the best private insurance? Better off in another country.

(For emergency room) Went there for an injured arm, waited an hour to see the doctor for *maybe* 5mns, who then told me I needed a wrist specialist and labeled it as a sprained wrist. And then referred me to a plastic surgeon who was out of my insurance.I had to wait a week to see my actual doctor, who then referred me to another place, another week later. Basically three weeks later I’m finally seeing a physical therapist and this doctor tells me I’ve been misdiagnosed by both doctors and it’s a muscle injury in my forearm.Now, two months later I’m getting a bill for $200 for seeing the doctor for 5mns, for a misdiagnose, and about a month of going to the wrong doctors because of this. This Hospital is AMAZING!!! My Mother is currently a patient and the care that she is receiving here is definitely above average. Here in the ICU the Nursing Staff are so caring and compassionate. Without the wonderful women here I’m certain this already difficult time would be unbearable for my mother and my family. Amanda,Linda,Kendra,Sue,Diana,Joseph,Kimberly and a list of other names that escape me at the moment 🤦‍♀️ Have all touched my heart and I am thankful for the professionalism, care, communication, and compassion that has been extended to my mother and family!

They are an excellent hospital, and the staff are very helpful and they really treat the patients with a great amount of respect. There is a reason as to why they are so well known. They really have kindness and respect as theyre first priority. That is why this glorious place has been around for over 50 years now.

Few months ago my daughter had a hard time breathing which she would cause she has cystic which we brought her to cause its the closet hospital the ER Dr wanted to intubate her which you never intubate a CF patient and ER Dr was very combative so we left and went to vcmc which they were great at this place you want to go to this hospital the only good this hospital did was get us in the ER right away they never usually do

They are taking good care of me ! The food has improved 100 percent but the doctors still take their times for rounds
