I have had 4 procedures over the last 13 months to have an extraction and an implant placed. Dr. Rollert was very kind, considerate and explained everything in detail to me each time. He was very warm and reassuring and I would recommend him without hesitation. His office staff, both front and back, were also very warm, courteous and professional.

I had four visits with Dr. Rollert. He was friendly and compassionate. He explained every procedure and told me what he was doing as each procedure was undertaken. The nurses were very warm, efficient and helpful. The office staff were totally accommodating to me as I live 3 1/2 hours, on mountain roads from the clinic. They scheduled appointments during morning hours so I could return home between traffic surges and before dark. I highly recommend this medical practice for the wonderful care they gave me.

From the check-in to the consultation to the check-out, an excellent experience. I was greeted warmly by Susan, everyone was exactly on time, and my consultation with Dr. Wells was outstanding. It was a second opinion consult, and he carefully listened to everything I had to say and then in very clear, unrushed, and easy to understand terms, explained my options as he saw them. It was what I needed to get unstuck and on with my plan. Very grateful. And then at checkout, they surprised me with a bill that was less than the estimate. I had to have some oral surgery done to my bottom jaw. My dentist recommended Nelson, Rollert & Wells. I had a consultation with Dr. Wells. I was extremely comfortable with moving forward to have the surgery done. Surgery went phenomenally. I will gladly recommend Nelson, Rollert & Wells to anyone. Their entire staff is incredible and kind.

My dentist Dr Taylor which she is an outstanding dentist recommended me to Dr Rollert to remove bone from both sides of lower jaw and placed 3 implants. Everything went very well and Im highly recommending Dr Rollert for dental care.

$245 consultation fee for wisdom teeth removal, then Dr Wells says he cant see my daughters nerve ends, so another $200 for a CT scan. They allowed a minor to make the appointment without informing us, her parents that there was a consultation fee.Dr Wells also scared our daughter by saying he could damage her nerves and she could lose feeling in her lip for life. What a bunch of unprofessional and insensitive group of practitioners. We got a free second opinion and the entire procedure is going to be less than they charged for the consult. It cost us $445 and we were left with nothing but a bad taste in our mouth.

Was referred to Dr. Nelson as i needed an extraction. I was able to make an appointment in two days. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Dr. Nelson explained everything to me, and did a great job quickly extracting the tooth. I was in and out pretty quick!! Highly recommend them!

We saw Dr. Rollert. Amazing experience! My son needed an extraction surgery. Dr. Rollert was very patient and attentive with us since I was very stressed out about the fact that my baby needs a dental surgery. The best experience you can wish for as a parent. DR. Wells was the only surgeon of the many I called who would extract an extremely painful impacted tooth in 2016 on holloween. The office is always professional. Procedures are painless and quick. Had an extraction done today. Dr. Wells was fantastic and made sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure. I couldnt have been more pleased with how the extraction went. Each member of the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I experienced no discomfort during the procedure. I had a successful and PAIN FREE experience. I have had very little swelling and I havent even needed to take any pain medication as everything has gone so well. I would highly recommend Dr. Wells and his staff to anyone needing oral surgery services. The best Oral Surgeon I have ever had. Thank you to everyone for a great experience.

I had my procedure at the Thornton office and was pleased with my entire experience. Dr. Wells was pleasant as were each of the office and clinical staff. Everything ran on time and I was given clear and easy to follow instructions for pre-op and aftercare. I had no post-op pain. I recommend this practice without hesitation.

Dr Nelson and his staff are amazing!!! We have had a couple different procedures done by Dr Nelson in the last 5 years, My son had impacted molars removed and now his his wisdom teeth removed. We were treated with the utmost care and respect by Dr Nelson and his Staff. Dr Nelson has GREAT bedside manner, he even called in the evening to check up on my son. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Very professional from the first phone call to my tooth extraction. It was a great experience and the work was done quickly. I had a cracked tooth that was down into my jaw, which was causing some pretty nasty pain. They were able to get me in fast and the price was very reasonable.

Got my wisdom teeth removed here and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their communication was great and they made the procedure go by smoothly. My brother got his wisdom teeth removed at a different office and they didnt give him very much information or tips post-operation, but since this office made sure I knew what to expect and do, I had to relay that information to him. My mom also goes here now and she loves it as well.

Dr. Zachary Wells performed the extraction of my sons wisdom teeth and was absolutely fantastic. He explained the entire procedure during the initial meeting and answered any questions we had. The procedure was very efficient (thanks to no issues) and the post-surgery care procedures were printed out for us to ensure our son healed up well. The follow up appointment went well with no issues and good progress in healing. I would absolutely recommend Nelson & Rollert for any Oral Surgery procedure.

My daughter saw Dr. Wells for a consultation and we scheduled surgery with him, however his office staff cancelled the appointment when I called to reschedule and I find out the day before a surgery that has been planned for months that due to incompetent office staff there is no appointment. Do not waste your time with this office.

Told me well that dont have anything quickly and that it was spring break?? Really?? It was Friday and maybe she was having a bad week but very rude. Hope the Dentists are better than this.
