My prescriptions would run out and forced me to come in before refilling without notice. Sometimes takes several days/weeks to get an appointment . Would beg and plead for a refill prior to appointment and told to go to ER instead (since Dr never got back to me) - refilling my medication would of solved it. Only did 90 day refills before making me come in again for a visit on medication Ive been using for years. Got to collect that insurance money eh?

Our family has been at this practice for years, however when Dr. Mullins left we missed her. In our recent visits, we saw Makeda Grant, NP-C, and she is wonderful. She listened to concerns, was knowledgeable, and is really invested in patient care.

I came here for Physical Therapy. Melissa and staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful! My PT, Erica Hofman is the best! I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, personable and caring! All in all, a great experience for me!

Hubby and I have been going here for about 10 yrs and Doctor Julie Mullen and team were fabulous! But since she left two yrs ago things have continually gone downhill. I have had a repeated back injury two yrs in a row and was passed off to Doctor Mino. No one listened or took it seriously. I now have a herniated disc and nerve damage. When I asked to get a referral after meeting our ins. deductible for a second opinion outside of SCL network before the end of the year I found out it was never put through. Now I have to start over. Not Happy.

I had a minor procedure in the beginning of December. I had a mole removed on the small of my back and the doctor ended up accidentally scratching/cutting me with the scalpel and blaming it on my jeans. It bled and scabbed over and yet she insisted it was not from her. It was 4” long and ran perpendicular to where I had the removal. Why not just apologize and say it was an accident? She was dismissive of the pain and sensitivity I reported and didn’t fix the problem. I’m still dealing with the sensitivity and pain three months later, so she didn’t even fix it. The same doctor was dismissive of my husband when he fell and couldn’t move his elbow. She took X-rays and didn’t see anything so she sent him away, he pleaded with her to look again. They ended up doing a second X-ray and discovered his elbow was fractured in two places. She was so insistent that there was nothing wrong and was mean about being done with him only to discover he had a very painful injury. I should have learned my lesson and not gone back. Please learn from us and steer clear!

Dr Thomas Mino was excellent, thorough and the nurse prior was just as good. I had a great experience here, there was no wait time as they are fully staffed and its in a good location for lunch as well before or after. Great doctor office for any primary care needs.

I use to have great care here, up until my provider left, about 2 or so years ago. I was told to see Dr. Schimke, so I did. She does not listen to your needs, or even take into consideration your past history, with the previous provider.

I was referred here about 3 years ago loved Jenni and always had a good experience with staff! The new doctor they had me see was cold uninviting and not welcoming. Ive been on the same meds for the years and she straight says she doesnt like the prescription before even discussing why I was there in the first place. Needless to say finding a new caring doctor if you want new patients you have to be a little bit of a people person and smile.

This has become the worst place to seek knowledgeable, reliable Healthcare. I would not recommend this office to anyone! They dont return calls, they dont refill prescriptions, the doc i had was either always out if the office on her days off, or on vacation! This profession is a calling meant for people who sincerely care about their patients well being and good health, this is not the standard of care at SCL Larkridge! Dr. Mullin and Jenny were great but since theyve left it is horrible!

If I could subtract stars I would. My provider left the practice leaving me in the incapable hands of Dr. Shimke. She doesnt listen to a word the patient says and if she hears half has already made up her mind without patient input. Avoid at all costs!!!!

This used to be a great clinic when Dr. Mullin was with them now it is the worst clinic I have ever been to they refuse to listen to me as a patient and as someone who has been on the same regiment for about ten years the new Dr. wants to deny what has worked and will not fill my RX. I can’t go to work now because I am in so much pain and discomfort. Do not go to this clinic if you have a choice.

Dr.Mullin is amazing and I recommend her to everyone. She really listens to you and respects your wishes and time. All the medial assistants at the office are so nice and friendly! I dont know her name but the blonde front desk lady is so nice and personable, I love that she remembers me! The office is always clean.

I like Dr Mino, he is straight to the point and listens well. This review is because the staff cant run a schedule for anything. I have had several scheduled appointments that kept me in the waiting room for 30+ minutes past my scheduled time, never-mind when I saw the doctor or had blood pulled. I value my time too much to go back which is a shame when you have a good doctor

By far the worst experience with a doctor Ive ever had! Dr. Mino was extremely rude and doesnt listen to or care about his patients and doesnt stand by his word. He lied to my face telling me he would fill my FMLA paperwork out no later than Monday. After Monday I called to check on the status of the paperwork and I was told that my condition wasnt serious enough. Really?! Then why did we just spend 30 minutes talking about what was gunna be put on the fmla paper and a treatment plan for it!? I will be finding a new doctor. Cant believe I was stupid enough to visit this guy a second time..

Dr. Mullin left this practice and I thought in the hands of another capable doctor, Dr. Schimke. It couldn’t be further the truth. I was in a bad car accident and the only thing she did was give me about 2 muscle relaxers and tell me to do some stretches. Never did any X-rays, no physical touching of my back, nothing. So a year later after I’ve tried physically everything homeopathic and over the counter, I sat on the phone on hold for 30 minutes to even get them to answer the phone, then told I can get in in a week. I can’t get out of my bed, my pain is so severe. So I emailed Dr. Schimke and her response was “well I suppose you’ve tried ibuprofen, maybe get a lidocaine patch over the counter.” OF COURSE I’ve tried those, it’s been over a year, I have tried everything!!!!!! I’m so devastated Dr. Mullin left and to have my body’s care in the hands of Dr. Schimke is a terrible, isolating feeling. I will be switching practices. Between their unfriendly (consistently, I’ve been going here for 10 years) front staff and to now their shotty physicians, I’m going to take control of my health finally. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been looking for a family doctor since I moved to Colorado last year!! I came across LakeRidge medicine and Im so glad I did!!! I seen Dr.Mino and his nurse Amanda they were both so kind and understand! Its not often you come across a doctor that is willing to take time out of his day to sit and talk with you and actually understand your needs. He didnt rush me out the door with a bottle of pills, he was so kind. Im so glad I found LakeRidge! Thank you do the 5 star care!

The telephone system is terrible for making an appointment. Was on hold for 25 minutes and finally gave up.

Overly eager to send you a bill prior to hearing from your insurance company. Great doctors.

My family has been going here for over 10 years. The doctors and service has been declining for the last year. Very frustrating.
