Amanda, Ashley, and Aaliyah, are AMAZING. THE A TEAM. They took such great care and were quick too! Went out of there way to help me get the care I needed. I recommend this staff and urgent care.

I was very happy with the care my daughter received. It was a bit of a long wait, about an hour after our appt time but they did a good job keeping us updated. Morgan was thorough and very helpful. All the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely go back.

Physicians Assistant Morgan G. was excellent! She listened, provided answers to my medical questions, was extremely compassionate and understanding of my medical needs. Processed the necessary tests and wrote an Rx for me. The staff at intake were very professional and caring.

I really recommend the NextCare Urgent Care I honestly took longer checking in than being seen! Once my son and I got in it was a in an out situation! I honestly loved that because if ur not feeling well u don’t want to be there for a long period of time and for us it was super quick got my questions answered and I was out the door!

Im actually shocked by all the five star reviews below….To that fact, the receptionist was not very friendly, the waiting area needs a little TLC and the signs…oh the signs [many of them].Ive never been to a doctors office with so many tacky notices. For example, “if you are rude to the staff, you will be asked to leave.” Needless to say, many of those signs had spelling and grammatical errors.This “Urgent Care” will take your money, run your insurance and then refer you to another doctor/hospital as they do not have the ability to do some of the most basic diagnostic tests such as an xray - Your local chiropractor has that ability.And of course, no insurance, no service! I encourage you to be seen elsewhere.

They were busy but still friendly. They thanked us for our patience as we were leaving. I’ll go there again for future services if necessary!

I went in because I was having breathing issues and getting a primary doctor wasn’t going to be possible for a few weeks. So a set up an appointment the next day here at Nextcare it was super quick and helpful. Not to mention super friendly staff.

This urgent care was amazing. Its wonderful because you could check in and present at your designated time versus sitting in the parking lot waiting for hours. Staff was very friendly. They got me in-and-out I will never go to another urgent care.

Went in for injured toe for daughter. Very painful but they were thorough, kind, funny, and fast, althought the checkin process takes a while if you have never done it online. Looked like covid patients were in an entirely different area of the building except if waiting out front. Recommend waiting in car if possible. The wait after checkin was 30 to 40 minutes with 4 ppl ahead of us.

I get anxiety going to the doctor and they were all very nice, caring and helpful, even amidst a internet/power issue that was going on. I was at this urgent care about a health issue I had related to past trauma. The nurse who took my vitals was rude to me. I had told her my symptoms had been ongoing for a few years (I had just had the courage to see a doctor about the issue). She told me Youre not at an urgent care for symptoms youve had for 3 years. Ultimately this made me extremely anxious and made me feel invalidated.The PA who saw me was wonderful, compassionate, and empathetic. I do feel I recieved the care I needed for my issue, but I hope in the future their nurses will be more empathetic and polite. You never know what someone has gone through or is struggling with. Dont be judgemental.

I went in to NextCare this morning Ive been feeling really bad for the last couple days of course worried about covid though Im fully vaccinated the ladies and the physician were great they had respect for me they didnt treat me bad ran a covid test came back negative but did a second one to be safe unfortunately the bad part what having to stay home from work and missing it I would send anybody there they were excellent

Second time a different urgent care let me down. I called these folks and they were so accommodating, sweet, quick, and efficient! Book marked now as my fav for Urgent Care Treatment.

The process of this clinic is a long wait time. Ive made an appointment time after time and even after selecting a time and day that works for me it ends up not working. Example here. I check in at 2:20 for an appointment and its now 3:40 and Im still waiting in my hot car feeling awful because the wait it so very long.

Never been treated so badly at an urgent care immediately on arrival the lady at the front confronted my daughter, about not having a mask we kindly asked if they had a spare as I was the one needing to be seen and I had one on, and she said they do not give them out. I asked what am I supposed to do with her if I cant find an extra and she said she would need to wait outside for me! My child! By herself while Im being seen! So I went to the car and found one. I came back in now shes treating me like I cant be inside the building because of covid when I only have a sore throat and hard to swallow thinking I had strep. I guess they dont want money I went to a different urgent care where I was treated like a human being, and turns out I was having an alergic reaction to a wasp sting!

I was able to easily book an appointment online for the same day. I received a covid rapid test and had the results back in 20 minutes. Great customer service and friendly staff!

I went for a Covid test. They never really attended to me because they refused to answer the phone, even though I could see people inside. It was past their opening time, but no one ever answered. I was parked in front of their door. I couldn’t come in due to Covid symptoms, so I had to call ahead, which was no use because they don’t answer the phone. I placed over 10 calls and none were answered.

Very compassionate people who happen to also be good very good medical practitioners. Couldnt be more grateful for their kindness and knowledge.

Symptoms made it prudent for my husband and I to get tested for Covid-19. They also tested for flu. Thankfully, our results were negative, The doctor gave a thorough exam, and staff were caring & efficient. I felt more confident of the results than at a drive-through test facility.

I came here because Morgan Guthrie PA-C was a provider at my primary and she’s wonderful! I saw Ashley Christianson PA-C and her MA Aaliyah. They were so friendly and fast! I went in for a covid test. I checked in over the phone, they had me go in through a separate entrance, and had me in and out within 15 minutes. They called me shortly after with my results! I would definitely come here again.

I was turned away. With no insurance! Isnt that what places like this are for ??

I found it very disconcerting that the physicians assistant constantly said, “I am going to treat you... I will decide which antibiotics that I will prescribe when I decide where I am going to treat you with...” this is just simply hierarchical and arrogant BS. First, she doesn’t heal me but my body heals itself. Second the sheer arrogance of such imperialism really concerns me. Third, my doctors usually give me options and ask me what I want because they know I have more education than they do. This is merely a Big Pharm model that Is repulsive. So I decided not to take the antibiotics merely because of the arrogance behind the approach.

Showed up relatively close to closing and the ladies inside were sooo incredibly nice!

Most urgent care places make you feel rushed and like just another number on their list. Nextcare thornton is the best place to go to get care. The staff dont make you feel like a burden and they listen and care. They all are super welcoming and kind and do their best to help, unlike alot of other places. I chose nextcare thornton anytime I need care because they are empathetic and the employees are super nice and always take your concerns seriously.

Was impressed with how fast the whole process went to covid test. Appreciate all you guys do.Trying to call billing department and see why I havent received anything and I sit on hold saying they will be right with me. Then it rings and sends me to the front desk which cant help with billing. Not sure how to pay my bill if they wont answer. This is my 5th day of trying.

What a joke. Needed to get a simple TB test done for school. I called and was told they do not take appointments but to come on down. Drove down and the place has a big CLOSED sign posted and to call the number. Which I did again and again again. I have been here for quite and havent seen a single patient go in or out. I did see a nurse go into the clinic who wasnt wearing a mask which was very concerning.Finally got someone on line who said their appointments are full (so I guess they do take them?). I could get put on some list and they would (probably) call me back in an hour. I understand times are rough (I work in a hospital), but maybe implement a system that isnt a giant waste of everyones time?

Website states that they are able to do xrays so we made an appointment through their online portal. We received a call the next day that they do not have an image technician onsite. Website is misleading about services provided.

Quick and easy. It beat waiting hours at Children’s urgent care. The staff was friendly but I was a little surprised to see the Nurse not wear gloves or a mask while testing my kiddo for influenza. Lady must have a fabulous immune system. My kid was negative thank goodness. All in all I’d probably go back if I can’t get in to our pediatrician.

I contacted them for a Covid 19 test on a Saturday morning. There was a open appointment. I was right in after following there protocols to keep safe. All of there team was friendly.

Called the phone number on the sign, still no call back. Sign says you need an appointment but everywhere else including their own website says its only recommended and that they take walk ins. Very disappointed. You should at least call your patients back.

Went in for ongoing foot pain, which they told me was nothing last time I came in, 2 months ago, waited for 30 minutes for the doctor to actually come see me, and was told to just call my insurance company to find somewhere else to go. Basically was charged $75 for them to tell me they can’t do anything. Rip-off.

Terrible service. Needed a COVID test so I came to this clinic. The nurse who took my call was very rude when I was asking questions, I had to sit on hold for 20 minutes just to ask some questions about their testing procedures and when I finally got into the office for my test the nurse just threw the testing supplies on the counter and left. She was EXTREMELY rude. Now Im sitting here on hold for another 20 minutes just trying to find out the results of my test. No one seems to answer the phone at all, they just put everyone on hold without finding out what I need or want. I know my call COULD take 5 minutes or less if they would just TALK to me and see what I need. Very, very frustrated: Ill never use this clinic again.

I came to this location for a foot injury. The front desk staff were very helpful. Their facilities were clean and followed all social distancing guidelines.

Cause Im not going in for covid I got put on the back burner aint getting my money at all now. Nobody was even there and was told over an hour and a half nobody was even pulling in but they werent going to make as much cause I wasnt going in for covid
