Horrible place & experiences. Expect to be waiting for a long time even if your the only one in the waiting room. Dont cause a scene if youre in pain cause they will call security on you. Staff & nurses were extremely rude. I will suffer the extra miles for better service & care.

I wish I knew before going to that emergency hospital, they just numbed my toe, they discharged me and until the second day when I went to foot specialist he asked me why they did not put any stitches...I had 10 stitches. Also they were suppose to remove my toe nail, and of course they didnt. But I bet the insurance company will have to pay a pretty penny!!!

We have a daughter less than 4 months old with a fever over 102, super stuff and coughing. And there is a woman in pain groaning. We each have been here over 2 hours waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous for a Emergency Room this wait is more like a walk in. It seems like there is only one doctor or so. This is an emergency and my daughter needs to be seen as soon as possible. No excuses.

Went there quite some time ago in the middle of the night because my arm had been dislocated for the third time in under 12 hours. I was only there for 20 or 30 minutes for them to tell me after the xray that nothing was wrong, I then needed surgery on that shoulder because my labrum was torn so far that my arm couldnt stay in socket without extra support. The options were lose the regular use of my left arm and my job right along with that or get the surgery. I am STILL trying to deal with all the bills that pop up from this. Off to a debt collector. The bill keeps climbing and im not really able to see how 20 minutes of somebody telling me my arm is fine when it was in fact far from it would be worth what this place is trying to get out of me. I have many issues with this whole mess. Not to sure what can be done at this point but getting told my arm is fine then having to fork out just to be able to keep using that arm is a real kick to the cookies.

I wish I can give this place 5 stars but, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I came in for chest pains (random sensations of stabbing throughout my chest, shortness of breath) and dizziness. They did an EKG, Chest X-ray and blood work. I came out healthy and they decided there was a really low chance of covid19 based on their testing but decided to test for covid anyways (guess that’s good)I was discharged after but still had some chest discomfort and was prescribed stuff for the “pain”. I give this place 4 stars cause they really did do what an ER is supposed to which was test for any immediate life threatening issues. On a Saturday 12pm I was the ONLY person in the ER and was seen within 2 min of walking in and out the door after 45min which was pretty amazing. Just wish they could do more testing but I understand there’s more pressing matters with what’s going on in the world. Guess I’ll make an appt to see a doctor.

Ive come to this emergency room several times because of my POTs and the doctors and nurses treated me with the utmost care and professionalism while still making me feel comfortable. They made sure I had everything I needed and they tried a lot of different avenues to help me to the best of their knowledge.
