I am a patient of NP Tiffany Escobar and cannot say enough good things about her or her collogues and staff! I have had multiple procedures done by Dr. Nguyen with assists by Kristen and Avonelle and others that could not have gone more smoothly. They are all so caring and helpful. You are greeted so warmly and professionally and scheduling is always a breeze. I have recommended this team to my family and friends and will continue to do so. This is by far the best place for those with any type of pain issues!!

I have been a patient since the beginning. I love my Doctor & all the staff that work together so well as a team. Even getting same day injections is much less painful when you are dealing with such a happy surgical group. I would not hesitate to recommend such a great spine specialist. A+++ care, they are always looking for new ways to help people their patients. They even do everything from Botox migraine injections to B-12 shots. The office even takes different insurances & they work with you.

I have been with this practice since they opened and have been very happy with the service...until today. I was shocked by how unprofessional Karla (NP?) was during my visit. Listen to me! was used when I was trying to explain to her what the previous provider (who is on maternity leave) wanted to add to my medication regimen. I couldnt believe how I felt during and after the visit. I was trying so hard not to cry when I was in the clinic...she made me feel that bad about myself and being my own advocate and asking for a longer acting medication. She walked out and I wasnt even done asking about the procedure I will be getting in a couple of months. She did not introduce herself when she blasted into the room and was mumbling about something the previous MA did wrong with my paperwork. She left the same way she came into the room...in a huff and didnt ask me if I was done or if I had any questions. Needless to say, I will stay with this clinic because I dont believe one bad experience with a particular staff member defines the clinic. I will switch providers in the clinic so that I can be listened to instead of snapped at and disrespected.

So my mom was like 10 minutes late if that, they wouldnt see her. They told her to make another appointment shes late. Then told her to be here at 8 for an 8:40 appointment! Like really last time those 10 minutes where so determental the last time she couldnt see a doctor yet have her sit there for 40 minutes. Id give 0 stars but they dont offer it. They dont even deserve 1 star

This is one of the best pain clinics I have ever gone to. From the time you walk in they are nice. The medical assistants, nurses, doctors are all caring for you health and what is going on and make sure theyve answered all your questions before a procedure and before you leave the office. I highly recommend them.

The staff & doctors are all amazing. Theyre very busy at all times so make your appointment in advance & try not to miss it if possible.

I have received excellent care with Dr, Nguyen for my pain issues. He takes time to listen to my concerns and needs, is thorough and patient. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable, professional and has helped me so much. I’m grateful to him and his friendly, courteous staff. With their help I am feeling better each day and getting back to living my life the way I hoped I could!

My first visit was great the staff made me feel comfortable. The girl at the front desk was sweet kind and on top of everything. The PA did more on seeing what is going on with my back pain then previous doctors have. Highly recommend this place and the staff. Big thanks to the staff.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Did not have to wait long. Much better than many of my other health providers. Dr. Patel is great. Listens intently, and answers all questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this place!

Had my back injected by Dr Patel. It only lasted 4 days. The worse part is they overcharged me claiming they sedated me when they did not. Overcharging patients is a huge red flag will not be going back and I am fighting to get these charges reversed . Check your insurance EOB

Very pleasant place to work with! My initial intake of filling out all of the paperwork and pain documents, etc. was very well expedited with a meeting with a physician asking all of questions, instead of alone filling out all of this long horrendous paperwork! This visit was my follow up for an epidural injection I had. My symptoms are almost gone, getting better every day! Tiffany is calm, sweet and caring. She is knowledgeable and compassionate with her cares and so informative of what to watch for in the future. Dr Patel and Tiffany are true angels with their healing touch.

Premier spine and pain institute is wonderful! from the ladies (Dawn in particular) who check u in at the front desk to Dr Joe and Dr Batel. My favorite and most compassionate person to see as my practitioner is David Eastlund. just his presence calms my nervousness going into a medical office. He’s ethical and a superb listener. And their nurses too are wonderful. you will not regret seeing these guys for helping you deal with moderate to severe pain...

The staff has been so good to me during my back pain...this was my second visit for shots in my back..Last three shots didnt take. My back pain is worse than first visit..I tell them they are not injecting where it hurts but they inject by tail bone...they say it spreads up my spine..but it does not reach where Im hurting the most..disappointed they would not listen to my concerns...

The RN and Dr. Nyguen were top notch even showing me the X-Rays of my spinal disc with an explanation of its current condition and a full explanation of what my Neurosurgeon hoped to accomplish with the cortisone injection .Wouldnt hesitate to return which is more proof than even a recommendation.Thanks to all involved for their efforts in trying times.

Practice is very cleanThey are very good at communicating about appointments and procedures. They are very prompt getting you in and out of the office after appointments. They are good explaining what is going to happen during procedures.

I transitioned to Premier Spine and Pain at the beginning of the pandemic/stay at home order. My former doctors office had randomly decided to close with little notice! At Premier, they have treated me with respect and kindness, and they did not put me on the back burner because I was a new client! They communicate great, they listen to you and truly do care about creating a plan that works! I have improved during the pandemic! That is insane! I give so much credit to my video PT, and the Doctors at Premier Spine and Pain, for truly taking the time and being willing to listen to me and allowing me to be a partner in solving my pain issues!

Sometimes these days it can be very difficult to find a caring, dedicated Doctor of any type. I have found the more specialized the Doctor is, usually the more attitude you get from everyone in that office.The exact opposite is what you will find at Premier Spine. Dr. Patel and his staff are some of the most caring and dedicated professionals I have had the fortune to meet in my medical journey.There was one point where Dr. Patels partner passed away, He had to move his office and he welcomed a baby boy to his family. It was unbelievable how upbeat and communicative he was. He went out of his way to make sure procedures got scheduled and follow-ups were taken care of.And thats that isnt even taking in to account his all-star level of his work. Over the years visiting several other doctors for injection procedures, I came to resist even the mention of these procedures. Dr. Patels touch and skill makes these type of the visits bearable.Office visits are great. Dr. Patel actually has a conversation with you rather than rushing in 30 minutes late and rushing out 5 minutes later. All questions are thoughtfully answered.Bonus points for never seeing a drug rep in his office pushing pills and backing up appointments. This is so rare these days.Almost as rare as a kind, compassionate and professional doctor such as Dr. Patel.

I’ve been going to this office for approximately 6 months and have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is polite and very prompt in following up on things. Also the medical staff are equally helpful and informative. I moved from another practice just down the street and Premier is much much better in my opinion.

I truly enjoy being seen by Dr Patel. Him and his staff are extremely nice. You can tell that they care about their patients. Theyre not there just to make it quick check. When he ask you a question you can tell he is actually listening to you. He doesnt ask and then his eyes get all classy like oh goodness why didnt ask that question no he generally wants to know the answer to it. That is why would my Dr passed away I was more than happy to transfer to Dr Patel. I baked to have him as my Dr. You would be lucky to have him as your next Doctor.

I have been seen by Premier Spine since they opened their doors. Both Dr. Patel and Joseph Shankland are very dedicated to their profession and care about their patients and their well being. The staff is the best!

They created a treatment plan and goals for me. The plan is in the process of being executed and it is amazing. THE PRIOR WAS POSTED BEFORE I GOT INTO THE MEAT OF THE TREATMENT. ACTUAL FINAL REVIEW BELOW. Not personal. Its an in and out factory. A money making machine. 3 different PAs in less than 6mo. The only Dr. I saw was the one sticking needles in my spine so that makes 4 people. The right hand didnt know what the left was doing. Important info was not passed onto the next PA. I wasnt treated as a whole person. Pre-exisitng conditions were not taken into consideration while prescribing medication. When I had important questions, I was given mis-information. When I tried to advocate for myself, it fell on deaf ears. Watch the billing. Ive had 2 problems with over charges that I had to address.

I am mostly impressed with the proactive pace in Dr. Patel’s office. He is a very productive physician and delights in always moving forward at a stepped-up pace with his patients!The other impression I have of Dr. Patel is that he cares Intensively about his patients! When you enter his turf, you then become his focus and his responsibility! This is not only felt but also experienced in a very personal way!

David is very caring and super knowledgeable on spine and nerve pain. He always explains everything and why one injury can completely affect another part of your body, that otherwise seems unrelated.

Dr. Patel and his staff do a fantastic job. My back pain has been significantly reduced as a result of treatments I have received under his care. I would highly recommend his practice if you suffer from any type of chronic pain.

I have had 5 back surgeries in the last. 7yrs . and have been in a lot of pain because they failed. So I have had to depend. On Dr. Petal Joseph and now David which are the P.A I love them all. I had the chance to go somewhere else for my care. But I have chosen to stay with Dr. Petal. Himself and the rest of the staff a kind and caring. I visited with another pain practice down south, waited 2 hours to see the doctor who spent less then 5 minutes with me. As soon as I heard these two were back, I cancelled all future appointments with the other practice. This is a doctor who listens, genuinely cares, and they do their best to help. Patient for life.
