I have been going to this center weekly for almost a month and a half. Dr. Browning has been very good with explaining things and answering our questions. The staff in the treatment center are amazing. The staff at the front desk and lab are friendly. Anytime I have had to call or email about something, I get a quick and thorough response.

Ive gotten cancer twice, one 2016 and the second one January 2021.Both times the doctors did a great job of explaining what procedures they are taking to help me. And also the nurses were terrific. They explained to me what drug that they are given me.So both times Im very thankful and greatful that took care of me. Each staff member I give a 10.I thank God that they were there when I needed the care

So far I am not impressed with this practice! Last Monday 8-23-21 my Son was told he has Stage 4 Cancer. On Tuesday 8-24 he had a biopsy and was told he would have biopsy results in “3 business days”. As of today we haven’t heard from Dr Praveena Solipuram or the Nurse Practitioner! Not even a phone call to keep my Son updated on as to why the delay , no call to ask my Son how he is feeling! This is absolutely unacceptable!

I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes prior and had already filled out my papers online. After waiting a while past my appointment time for the doctor to see us, we were told we needed to wait an additional 10 minutes AND even then, there was a patient ahead of us. Family was asked to wait in a tiny area outside the lobby when the lobby had plenty of room to wait next to the patient. There were 3 people at some point in that tiny area and very few inside the large lobby. Sure, they were doing it for our safety.......We left as soon as we were told what we were told and we won’t be coming back.

RMCC Thornton is amazing! Everyone on their team is very welcoming and says hello! Dr. Browning is very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know me as a person and my diagnosis, I never feel like just another patient in the clinic. The customer service that this clinic has is top notch! I recommend RMCC to everyone!

The staff have always been very nice here (thus giving this more than 1 star). However, I am highly unimpressed by my interactions with the doctor I was sent to see here. She seemed extremely irritated by any questions I ask and very curt and short with her answers to me. I am accustomed to being a participant in my cancer care. My previous oncologist in TX was always very happy at my level of participation. I research, make notes, bring in articles.... ASK QUESTIONS. However, every single time I have asked questions of this doctor, she acted insulted and was very short with me for asking and not simply trusting her completely. On my first visit with her, when I inquired about having a PET scan, she refused and told me there was nothing to justify getting this. I am a malignant melanoma survivor and this was a scan that I had at least once a year when under the care of my previous oncologist. I left, determined to NOT return after this visit, feeling very NOT listened to and belittled. However, i needed to return to have a CT scan a few months later and due to time constraints, I returned to this facility to have the scan done. Once again, all others I have encountered here have been kind and wonderful so I was hopeful. I waited for a while to hear anything about my results.... seeing that my scan was already posted to my records. After receiving absolutely NO response from them (not a first time), I sent an inquiry about when I could expect contact to discuss. My doctor finally called and AGAIN, gave me little more simple curt responses, cutting the discussion short. I was not going to leave any review, but in seeing the number of bad experiences here as well as being told by another past patient of their bad experience here with their parent needing help, I felt it was important to contribute my experience as well. I will not be returning here again.

I have been going here for 3 yearsI had an iliostomy bag and the doctor 3 times already asked me. Let me see the iliostomy. I keep telling them I dont have it anymore. Im losing faith in the lack of attention to detail. Thetenis no reason this doctor should not know my history

I am done with this place. I will ask my Dr to move me some place else. That gal in the lab is the rudest person I have ever met in healthcare.....every time. Her name is Laurel. She should be told to get another job if she isnt happy and told to keep her personal views to herself. I will be back when she is gone.

There are nice people who work there. Mostly the assistants. My doctor lacks any compassion and understanding and spends very little time explaining anything. When I ask questions I get short curt answers that I feel little comfort in. Her Nurse treats me like I am less than. I will be trying to get Medicaid to switch me to another cancer center.

Horrible place. Too busy, the doctors are overloaded. Go somewhere elsewhere like a larger cancer center. You will die before you can have a chance. The doctor saw my dad twice that week. And, never indicated that the family should be ready for his death that week. Most uncaring, unsympathetic, uncommunicative, money grabbing Cancer place I have ever ever known. They didnt have the decency to advise this family of hospice. My 83 year old mother picked up my dad from the toilet and drug him to the bed where she cleansed him and he vomite and she cleansed him again and he died. My mom was alone. Shame on you people.

Got bloodwork done. Came to meet with a practitioner, discussed results, decided it was best to come back and talk to doctor. Rescheduled to meet with doctor. Showed up, tried to draw blood and send me to the practitioner again. Very poor scheduling and customer service. Just do what you say you will... let me meet with the person I scheduled with.

I got referred to this location by my PCP. Nothing new got accomplished, he order a second request for blood work (which had already been done). Had a follow up visit for a less than a minute appointment. After waiting for an hour for the Dr to see me (got billed for a normal visit). Didn’t discuss my labs, after learning from a different Dr my actual results where not all normal as previously stated. During my follow up visit, got referred to a new Dr. My suggestion is for you to do research before actually making an appointment. Nothing got accomplished with the Dr I saw at this location.

This is without a doubt the greatest group of individuals you could ever hope to find. I visit numerous physician offices on a monthly basis, this being one of them. I live in Arvada yet the commute to Thornton has never been an issue for me. The ladies at the front desk, the gals that oversee lab work, assistants, nurses and physicians (the best in the West), all under one roof, always make it all worth my while.

This place is beyond ridiculous. The doctor has zero bedside manner and lack of consideration what patients and their family are dealing with. Our appointment was for 8:15 am....she showed up in the office around 10:00 am, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you know you are running that late, you call your office staff and get them working on rescheduling your day.I would not recommend this place what soever...not the same since Dr. Tulley left

In July of 2017, I was referred by my Family Practitioner to see Dr. Eiko Browning to find out if she could tell me the CAUSE of my high ferritin levels. When she came into the office, she was friendly at first, and because her office is in a building that says “Rocky Mountain Cancer Center” in large letters above their front doors the first words out of her mouth were, “Just because you’re here, it does not mean you have cancer. So don’t worry!” Etc. But as soon as she heard I previously had cancer, she did a 180. She wanted me to get a CAT scan. I refused because I’ve had so many scans I felt another one would cause serious damage to my body. I told her my entire cancer story in tears, and she showed absolutely NO compassion, NONE. In fact, while I was crying, I had to ask “my husband” to get me a tissue, since all she gave me was an unemotional stare. Because of my refusal to get a CAT scan, she got angry. She did an aggressive examination of my body, searching for tumors, of which none were found. When my husband asked a question (of which I don’t remember), she turned on him like a stubborn two-year-old and yelled, “We can’t know unless she gets a scan!” This contradicted what she said earlier that high ferritin has many different causes, which aren’t always cancer related. She ordered some blood work (from which I got a HUGE bruise). They all came back normal, including my white blood cell counts (which if I had lymphoma would have been off the charts). The only abnormality were my kidney counts. Later, I was diagnosed by my practitioner with Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease, of which … can CAUSE high ferritin. Had I gotten a scan, it could have caused considerable damage to my kidneys, even possible kidney failure. When I got my counts back in regards to the blood test, she continued to push for a CAT scan. To calm her down during my office visit, I told her I’d think about it. When I called her to say I’d get the CAT scan (had to leave a message), she then called back to say she ordered a PET scan along with an MRI. That was not what I’d agreed to! So, I called back and cancelled all the scans. Then she called back and said she changed the scans to a PET scan (she didn’t mention the MRI) “because of my kidneys.” During this time, I was still inundated with calls from the MRI and PET scan people. The scans she wanted were completely inconsistent, and I could tell she had no regards for the health of my kidneys. I’m the one who has to live with the damage, not her.In the end, she “diagnosed” me with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, despite not getting a scan, nor getting a biopsy, nor finding any tumors, and my white blood-cell counts are normal. I asked her how she was able to diagnose me with that, and she said she was able to do that because she spoke to my previous oncologist. This made no sense to me. I was five years in remission when I came to see Dr. Browning. Now, she’s put a cancer label on me, and this diagnosis will “haunt” me as my family practitioner said because she has to assume whatever illness I come to see her for is cancer related. This all took place eight months ago. I still have no tumors, but according to her, I have cancer. And because my family practitioner has to “follow protocol,” now she’s pushing me to get a scan despite the fact that it could further damage my kidneys. All thanks to Dr. Eiko Browning.UPDATE: it is now January of 2019 and I still have no signs of any tumors or cancer and my white blood cell counts are still normal! My ferritin levels are still high and my kidneys are slowly getting worse on their own without having had any more scans.UPDATE Jan 2020: Finally went to a nephrologist (kidney doc) and got an ultrasound and she says one of my kidneys was severely damaged from cancer treatments (good thing I never got a scan!!!). I have only one working kidney. But Im alive and well!

I am never sure if my original message I leave for the doctor is delivered to the doctor correctly and when I receive a phone call back, it is as though my concerns were not addressed at all. Just really hard to feel they care for a patient when they see 40 people per day.
