I got taken care of very promptly and the lady who I was seen by was very nice.

Needed to get an employment drug screening. They had no available appointments for today but it was the only day that would work for me so I walked in instead. I as worried I would have to wait a long time but I only waited about 10-15 min. Very easy and fast experience!

The lady doing the blood draw was. The hours are not convenient to plan around work. The check in process says that you will get a text and to wait where you want--this is not the case. They only call your name from the door.

Performed the wrong test on the sample given. Have to repeat the test. Im disabled so this is a huge hassle to have to go out twice. But this time I wont be using LabCorp.

If I could Do negative stars I absolutely would! I was Given wrong information from my employer to do a drug screen during certain hours. Apparently they were 30 mins off on their website. I signed In for labcorp services where it let me know I would get a text when it was my time and I could wait comfortably in my car. About 15 mins later with no text my name was called. I quickly Ran across the store from the vitamin section to the lapcorp door where the lady walked back in and slammed the door without even acknowledging me. I Calmly knocked on the door and said “hey You called my name and I didnt Get to you before you went back in the room” immediately was met with hostility saying “ya we are done doing the employer drug screens at this time” so I then showed her my screen shot of operating hours where the mix up happened. She didn’t care at all she talked over me made comments under her breathe told me she’s not helping me pointed in the wrong direction of where the sign even was. It was a mess and to be honest I’ve never in my life had someone immediately become such an absolute B**** when they are on the clock. I wont Ever go to that Walgreens again just simply based on how unbelievably rude this employee was and how there were so many people waiting for the same thing that were also unaware of the operating hours change. Walgreens you really need to teach your labcorp technician some manners.

Checked in from my car. Received a text message that my technician was ready for me in about 5 mins. Very friendly staff. Appointment was super quick. Great experience!

After driving 45 minutes, turns out its closed on Saturdays and these people couldnt be bothered to change their automated hours when you call their number. Thanks to this I cant get the lab done I need ASAP and i wasted all my time and gas driving here, so now I cant go anywhere else because its almost noon. And I had to break quarantine to go into a store when Im ill and immune-compromised. Horrible.

Slow, and sent a message saying my name was up for check in, I came in just for them to take lunch with people waiting. Would try Anywhere else. Super disappointed...

I live 50 minutes away 1 way. I came on Saturday the girl said she didnt know how to do the test to come back tomorrow. I came back Sunday and this girl said she couldnt do it!! I did the same test here about 2 months ago and it went fine. This is bull. Avoid this place at all costs.

Perhaps your drivers should be more aware of the stop signs by your stores... I got cut off today, just after leaving Good Times, by your van that didnt even look right before she whipped into your parking lot. I lost half an order fries....

I was very displeased with the service today. Your website says hours are until 4:30, so at 4:05 here comes your employee to tell 4 of us waiting that you quit doing screenings at 3:50. as she is tapping her nails on your hours sign.Seriously...I dont care what your hours in the store say that did none of us any good today. we all had to leave work, make up time that we missed and still have to get this done by tomorrow. So thank you for wasting my time as well as others. I would rate you at a zero.

Absolutely unprofessional location. I tried calling for close to a week without a single answer, ever. When I arrived I used the kiosk to check in before my appointment time and was not even acknowledged for at least 20 minutes after my appointment.

This is literally my 4th time here, and I’ve waited longer than half an hour every. single. time. All the times I’ve come, I’ve made appointments in advance. What is the point of scheduling an appointment when they just take all the walk ins who came in before you first? Would NOT recommend if you don’t have time to wait. Absolutely ridiculous.Update 3 months later- still absolutely ridiculous.

Your labcorp driver to the walgreens at 120th and CO is mean and confrontational. She was in a handicap parking spot so I was unable to park. She did not have her placard up so I ask the manager at Walgreens to ask her about it because it not my job to do that. So she decided to attack me about it. Also she drives right through the stop sign right there. No professional at all.

Terrible service--would NOT recommend this lab! I did a 24 hr test and put my name on the container with a black marker. I went to my dr appt and they had no test results because my name was not on container-yet I wrote it myself. I went back to get a new container and they had none to give me--are you kidding??? They dont even deserve 1!!!
