Very friendly service! My sister and I randomly chose this place for haircuts (new to the area) and it was a good find for affordable prices. Wash, cut, and style for $35, can’t go too wrong with that! Sasha was my stylist, she took the time to round brush my hair, which takes forever, but overall quick with the cut. I would recommend this place!

Gayle is the best! Has an amazing memory for hair (I only get cuts every 3-4 months) and is a pleasure to chat with. She cuts my husbands hair as well and he’s picky!

Brand new posh boutique style studio. Very warm and welcoming feeling when you arrive. I saw Gale D for the first time. She was fantastic! She took the time to hear what style I was trying to accomplish and it was executed to perfection! Not only was she fun and easy going I got the style I was looking for. She has great attention to detail. The products used made my hair smell great. I would highly recommend Gayle to anyone looking for a new stylist!

My stylist, Gayle, never showed up for our appointment. I waited for half an hour. We confirmed the appointment days a few days ago, and she didn’t even bother to call and apologize.

Tasha is awesome, and all of the ladies who work at Rosewood are friendly and welcoming.Another salon made a mistake with my color and Tasha took the time to correct it. It now looks really good. I love it. I live in DTC but will continue to make the trip to see Tasha.

Scheduling here is a nightmare. I have had two appointments scheduled but entered at the wrong time. One I was able to change my schedule to get to but this recent one that was changed without me won’t work. Whoever is doing the scheduling needs to be fired because they are incompetent and has randomly changed my appointment twice. Gayle is sweet and the studio is warm and inviting but the customer service is terrible. She also changed my daughter’s appointment randomly and was unable to find a reasonable time to accommodate the change. Maybe a walk in would work but don’t bother setting an appointment, you likely won’t get the time you expect if at all.

Gayle D cut my hair for the first time today and she is a true artist! I am so happy I found her because she is truly awesome! I will definitely go back!

I Love Rosewood!! Gayle, Madison, Kirstin, and Mike have taken very good care of me and my thinning hair! In my profession, it helps to look youthful and sharp. My hair after 34, has started to thin and does not behave as it once has. I do not know of any place, that would take the time to notice, prepare, then ensure that feeling of...YES, I look AMAZING and I can FEEL it! In fact, Gayle, took the extra time to re wash and re style my hair as it did not perform on the first swing...knowing full wel,l I would talk her ear off, she takes pride in her Salon and the girls working with her share the same integrity and values...What more could you ask for in the best therapy for the price!? Mike, thank you for all your help and resources, professionally, and in the male hair product line for beards and hair!! The staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, this was the first salon that I have been to with a shampoo bowl that doesnt strain my neck the whole time. I can honestly say this is one of the best salons Ive been to. The best part is, is that Gayle was able to take my vauge ideas and make my hair into a masterpiece.

I had high hopes about Rosewood studio with the reviews i read which is why i chose this place instead of my regular hair salon. After 3 hours, the partial highlight sort of looked like someone threw paint on my head. I wanted to like it so bad, but it was still not what i expected. I appreciate the enthusiasm of the hair stylist and her interest is trying to make it look better, but how can you fix something when another customer is waiting and i heard the hair dresser tell her she is wrapping up with me? Plus, while she was explaining, she mentioned that since i use oil on my hair, it is better to use olaplex. I said sure, if it helps repair the hair, great, but only after i said yes, she mentioned it is 40$$ and i did not even get a chance to change my mind. Thus a 95$$ partial highlight and hair cut ended up costing me 155$. 95 + toning (20$$) and 40$$ olaplex. Was never told theres extra cost for toning. I was so shaken by the price and the thought i had spent 155$$ on a hair highlights that i hated, i could not even get to add my tip correctly , made a mistake, paid a tip of 20. I have never been so upset and cried my way back home. I would never recommend this place to another person.

Horrible place to get an haircut the main salon girl never stops talking when you say you want something done she does the complete opposite when I scheduled and appointment with the girl I wanted to get a haircut with an she just let a red head take my haircut. But she actually cut my hair like it was cut with a chainsaw such a waste of time and money to go to this place.Her name is gale and thinks she knows everything about hair buts it’s actually factual incorrect information that’s not even true.Ridiclous place to get your haircut

I am a new client to this salon. I have been looking for a long time to find someone that can help with my crazy hair. I asked for sasha based on reviews from this site and i could not be more impressed. She helped created a new style without cutting alot of hair off and was super helpful on how to maintain it. She was very knowledgeable and had a positive energy and attitude. I will definately be back. i would recommend this place for sure.

Got a great hair cut

I am beyond impressed with this salon! Gayle is personable, friendly and a true professional. I came in with extremely damaged/ broken hair and she took the time to chat with me about vitamins that would help and things I could do to keep my hair healthy while it heals. She reccomended an Olaplex treatment in the salon to help repair and strengthen. She was upfront about the cost of the treatment which was a welcome change from most salons Ive been to. She then gave me a trim and reassured me that if there was anything I wasnt 100% happy with that I could come back and she would fix it, no problem. I have NEVER had a stylist guarantee their work like that. I am so pleased with my visit and will definitely return!
