Is there such a thing as minus rating?Stay away from this place. BUYER BEWARE !!It is a shame since Dr. Boudreux himself is a nice guy and seemingly a good doctor..BUT with the worst medical staff and nursing office I have EVER dealt with. EVER.Background - I came in and was prescribed a daily blood pressure medicine. I was told to come back in 6 months.The prescription was only written for 60 days even though I was told to come back in 6 months. First red flag..Whenever I asked for a refill after 60 days they said I needed an office visit (not what we had agreed on) and were holding my medicine hostage (that THEY had prescribed DAILY mind you)It was a complete nightmare getting it refilled. Every time I would need a refill they would pull the same antics.. getting a refill started to feel like a full time job. When I do finally get a nurse on the line they are EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Im surprised how bad it was. So rude. One nurse wanted to argue what the medicine bottle said that I WAS LOOKING AT. I was embarrassed for them how egregiously bad it was.The sad part is ALL of their nursing staff is rude and unbelievable.I changed my primary care and its amazing what night and day the new doctor is. Blood pressure is important. Taking blood pressure meds is important. Having to not spend countless hours arguing with incompetent staff is important. And most important of all is not be treated like dirt and with simple courtesy. Worst doctor Ive ever been to ever. STAY AWAY.
