Awesome experience! Patty was very attentive and listen to all my concerns. I never felt rushed like other places. And the receptionist girl is very nice as well. I recommend them 100%!

Patricia Faust is the best NP Ive ever had the pleasure of seeing. She truly takes the time to understand my needs and has my best interests at heart.After seeing dozens of doctors who repeatedly misdiagnosed an autoimmune disorder I was struggling with, Patricia was the first one to make a clear, confident diagnosis, right off the bat. If it werent for her knowledge and expertise, I would have struggled for many more years in utter discomfort and pain.Thank you for being so dedicated to your patients.

It would be ideal if I could use Affinity as my healthcare provider given its proximity to my house. The staff was friendly during my visit and the facilities were pleasant.However......I had my medical records lost. I had a student (who needed assistance) do my exam without being asked. During my visit I was asked about my visit to Affinity in the prior year (I didnt have a visit in the prior year which makes me think my re-entered medical records were not reviewed). I was charged 5 times what my copay should have been. When I asked why I had been charged such a large amount I was told that the office did not know why I was charged that amount and that they were too busy to look into it.I will no longer be using Affinity as my healthcare provider.

I went in for two visits. I scheduled a well womens visit for my first appointment which they just had me fill out paper work and did not notify me of this until i showed up. I was billed $350 for a new patient visit and had to schedule a second appointment with them for the actual exam. I was billed 3 times for the two visits. When i called to ask what the charges were for they replied they didnt know. I called back 3 more times to follow up and sent an email and had my insurance each out to them twice. This was in December, i still havent had any communication from them. Great doctor, very nice, but way over charge for things, have bad customer service and no communication skills. Very disappointed about being treated like this.

Came here in an attempt to find a new primary care. I usually go to Urgent Care when needed, and after my experience here will continue to do so.
