You can’t go wrong if you choose to go here for hearing needs.I originally went here for a hearing screen test, and sure enough I needed hearing aids. When I got my hearing aids Brad showed me how to use them accurately with a Bluetooth.I went was yesterday for an adjustment.Brad (the audiologist) is a consummate professional, and thoroughly helps in any way possible.As does Edward the gentleman who greets you.Thank you guys for always making me feel comfortable, and for helping me with any questions I might have.Go here if you have any hearing issues.Brad is indispensable!

Brad knows what he’s doing…My previous audiologist was unsure about the fitting and programming of my aids.Brad retested me, reprogrammed the aids and changed the cups explaining it all as we went along. I left a happy client and recommend him.

My folks were visiting from Boston and my dads hearing aids werent working, we stopped in without an appointment and asked them if they could fix them. The man came out and took the hearing aids to the backroom and within a few minutes he came back out and he said that they were both working fine now. He put them in my dads ears and my dad was very happy that he could hear again. My dad asked them what he owed them and he said there is no charge. Wow! The staff here went out of their way to fix my dads hearing aids and at no charge and without an appointment. My family thanks you for your kindness!

Ive been a customer of HearUSA for a little over six months, Brad Noggle is my LHAD. Brad is very professional in his demeanor, he is patient, answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. Although I came with the results of my audiology assessment, Brad diligently conducted another examination, which confirmed the results of my first assessment. I felt very relaxed with Brad, he was extremely patient and understanding. Brad pays attention, he makes excellent eye contact. He showed me several different devices and explained the services and benefits of each. I was able to make an informed decision. Brad called me within 24 hours of my purchase to check to see how I was doing. I really appreciated his interest and concern. Its been six months since I first starting using a hearing device. I am something of a techie and am extremely satisfied with the quality, features, and functioning of the devices I purchased. In so many words, flawless superior performance. I am very confident in Brads technical skills, hes an excellent listener, and relaxed. I have had hearing issues all my life so Ive had to deal with many hearing aid providers. My experience with the Temecula HearUSA location has been the best yet. The salesperson, Bradley Noggle, was a tremendous help. He made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and respect. He provided professional care and was knowledgeable about the products. I HIGHLY recommend this location and I have referred many friends and family members.

I called this HearUSA and asked how much their hearing aids cost and was told $2000 to $4000. There were no hearing aid displays with prices listed. The salesman tested my hearing then let me try on a pair of hearing aids. He pulled some out of a drawer and I have no idea what brand or quality they were. He said that they normally sell for over $8000, then he supposedly calculated a price that he would charge me and then when I asked if there were less expensive ones, he just said there was only a $300 difference between the ones that he was trying to sell me and the other ones. IHe said that I could try them out over night, but then he said he couldnt find the right form so he wanted me to sign one that said I would be charged $8000. I said that wasnt even the price he quoted me and I wasnt going to sign it and he became agitated and said we have to trust each other. That was an odd and creepy statement. Then he called someone and asked about the form and he eventually found the form, took a copy of my drivers license and credit card and I left. I really liked the hearing aids, but I took them back and asked for the copy of my drivers license and credit card because I didnt want to have to return there for any adjustments that I may need. I felt really uncomforrtable and especially when he said we have to trust each other.

Brad Noggle at this Temecula location is AMAZING!!!! My mother in law purchased hearing aids from the Murrieta location almost 2 years ago. When she bought them she was assured they would be comfortable, not noticeable and most importantly would help relieve her tinnitus. After spending thousands of dollars, none of these things happened. They fell out several times a day (to the point she almost lost one), and didnt help with the tinnitus at all. She went back numerous ties for fitting adjustments and help with the app settings and nothing improved. She had almost given up when she decided to try the Temecula location. In one visit, Brad had refitted her and made the proper adjustments to the app settings. She said its like she has brand new hearing aids!!! They stay in, are barely noticeable now and best of all, her tinnitus is GONE when they are in. Brad, we cannot thank you enough for your customer service, what you did for my mother in law has been felt by our whole family.
