Dr. Fagan operates his office with a professional and considerate staff. From being greeted by the friendly front office gal- to the technicians. The contentious Dr. reviewed all the tests performed on me during the eye exam with detail and understanding of each of the eye test outcomes. I found a great pair of new glasses and can not wait to receive them.

Such a great staff. So nice to have a fun bunch of medical professionals who explain everything in plain English. Ive never waited more than five minutes to be seen which is refreshing these days. Even the retail side always explains everything about the costs of new glasses and how my insurance works. Ive never felt pressured to buy a certain frame brand or add-on lens coating and the prices are definitely reasonable.

Fantastic place, very professional and very kind people here. Despite my toddler and 5 year old being kids they were super accommodating and kind. My older boys loved them very much and the Dr even said that my son was so well mannered. Cant wait for my appointment! 😁🙌🏿

I appreciate the attention to detail and the thoroughness that Dr Fagan put into his exams.Most of the Staff were pleasant, but one at the front desk was a little abrasive, because she couldn’t find my appointment. Overall treatment makes a huge difference on whether I plan on returning. Note: ALL public servants should have PR Skills!

Everyone was super friendly and pleasant, I was very comfortable and pleased with my examine, very thorough and professional. Only problem was the cost of new glasses. 😆 🤣 😂

Super friendly Staff. I have phobia with things close to my eyes. Staff was not only sensitive to my crazy...but was able to get my eye preasure with ease!Dr Fagan clearly explained the vision problem I am having and has created a resolution plan. Dr. Fagan took the time to educate me.

I ordered my glasses from Eagleview Optometry and was told that they would take 10 business days. They came back within 7. They are perfect. My last glasses I bought from a well known business and they were VERY expensive. At Dr. Fagans office (Eagleview Optometry) I bought name brand frames with all the upgrades on lenses and they were half the price. From Check-In to Check-Out I was treated with respect and dignity. I had an eye emergency & Dr. Fagan conducted the necessary tests, and answered my questions with clarity and encouragement. He educated me on what to look for in the future. Tehachapi is fortunate to have a doctor of Dr. Fagan’s expertise.

Got new glasses a few weeks ago. Went back for a readjustment and discuss the vision problem Im having with them. Only in focus straight ahead, no parriferal vision at all. The girl told me it was because I ordered the cheap progressive option and would cost me 139.00 for new lenses. I ordered progressive and was never told of more than one option Never heard of cheap progressive! Will never go back

Drove here from Bakersfield to take my daughter for an eye exam, and the drive was totally worth it! Any place in town, we are always waiting hours to be seen. They got us right in and all of the staff is very polite. The Dr. is also one of the sweetest physicians I have ever met and he was great with my daughter.

The office staff if very friendly, quick, and clean. The doctor was very thorough and kind. I probably asked a dozen or so times to see the same slides again and he was happy to show them again. They definitely have great tech, the eye scan without having to dilate your eyes is very nice and affordable and it was really cool to see the inside structure of my eye from the computer with Dr. Fagan. If you appreciate a nice moustache he cant be beat. I read that he is a veteran and thats what made me choose this office for our eye care. After the visit there are many more reasons I would recommend as well. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Fagan (hope Im spelling that right) for helping me get my eyes back to good again. Ill bring in the family soon for appointments as well.

The optometrist here is one of the best Ive ever been to. She answered all my questions without hesitation. She is very thorough out the exam and I recommend her to all that are seeking corrective lenses, both contacts and eye glasses!

I recently purchased prescription sun glasses from a custom fabricator. When I got them, I could tell the prescription was off. I ended up taking them to Dr. Fagan to have them checked. He was kind enough to confirm that the lenses were accurate as per last years prescription. He recommended to have the lenses made made aspherical. He didnt charge for the consultation. I also found his associates to be kind and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

First time going to this practice. My son recommended it. It was recommended by someone he works with...they were right about the ease of making an appt, getting in and out quickly and the glasses they have available are really nice.
