The most kind Vision center I have ever had the pleasure of walking into. They couldnt be nicer and more accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great customer service nd good prices. All staff is friendly and respectful. Also, appointment availability is very flexible. My eye doctor was the best Ive had in many years! I recommend the Taunton location on Winthrop Street to anyone who is looking for top notch service.

Doctor is great and always makes me feel comfortable , however my glasses broke its been ,6 weeks and I still have no glasses . Ive gone to a great eye place in Weymouth since I was a child you order your contacts 4 weeks later they are in . Its really crazy to have to wait over 6 weeks with not being able to see . Luckily the doctor gave me a 1 month trial of contacts HOWEVER its been over a month so cant wear them now they irritate my eyes an Im just left with no vision .

All of the staff including the eyeglass department were absolutely wonderful! LensCrafters prescribed me wrong, she fixed everything, and in a matter of minutes. Extremely fast and efficient compared to all of the other eye doctors I have been to and I am 53 and have needed glasses since 3rd grade so I have been to a few!

I had a great experience my doctor was great ! The eyewear selection is great !

They do not know how to get a prescription right for the life of them.. it’s been a couple years of trying but not worth the hassle to keep going back

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. (Taunton location). I didnt feel rushed during my exam. She listened to my concerns and made several suggestions as to further care. I wish Id found them sooner.

Taunton location Eye Health. My eye dr and tech are always very sweet. Unfortunately, every time I come to the office the receptionist, Laurie is MISERABLE. I come in every few months to buy contacts and she always makes me feel like I’m bothering her. She is unpleasant and I dread coming in to deal with her. She acts as purchasing a box of contacts is a huge inconvenience to her day. I always leave questioning why I pay money to this office instead of buy my contacts at Walmart or elsewhere. If you can not be friendly.. do not work with the public!

I was visiting from out of town and had an Eye issue that needed immediate attention. The staff and Doctors were awesome! They saw me right away and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Eye Health Vision Center for their professionalism and dedication.

My glasses broke on me so I came in for an eye exam. The doctor was great! BUT it is now 6 weeks later and I still have no glasses!!! The first time I got glasses from the Taunton location my glasses came in in 3 weeks. After I4 weeks I called and asked and was told its my insurance! I dont think anyone should have to wait over a month for glasses especially when its very difficult to see without them.

My son and I came to this place to get our eyes checked.The front desk staff greeted us with kindness professionalism and great hospitality. Angelica who brought us back to prep for doctor was very thorough and very good at what she did. After the eye exam was done we went to look at the glasses and Teresa was very helpful and professional.I would highly recommend this company and will continue to go here in the future.

Horrible do not go here, the worst place to get services and there a scam, they sold me bifoculs and they were garbage and fell appart, the worst ever.

Just went for my first eye appointment ever. I was really nervous about it, but they were great about explaining what was going to happen. Dr. Rabideau is simply a peach. Absolutely love her!

Dr Rabideau is nice and does a good job. The office is good- usually have a 15-20 min wait time for scheduled appointments. The glasses are expensive even with insurance you can get them cheaper & quicker online. And yes they do turn their phones off before closing so good luck trying to call them in the last 30 mins. The reason I chose the office to begin with was they had Saturday appointments which they got rid of.

Dr Kenyon is a fantastic, world-renowned eye surgeon. Staff is great also.

The doctor was great. They did a fine job. The optical was helpful except I didnt like the bifocals. They do change the lense if youre not happy with them . That was a plus.

The worst experience I’ve ever had here! My eye doctor went on maternity leave right after giving me the wrong prescription and the ladies in the from took it apon them to change my contacts at their discretion giving me over a month of wrong contacts that I told them were painful. Now to return my contacts it takes two months to be refunded. Will NEVER be back!

This place is awful, and they always close early and don’t accept calls, I had a simple question and I tried calling them 10 minutes before they closed, the phone rang for a little bit then I got an automated recording saying they were closed, I called again and it went straight to the automated recording again, therefore when I was calling that’s when they decided to close the phone lines, all I wanted to ask was if they keep records of patients prescriptions and if I could pick up a copy tomorrow
