I was extremely happy with my appointment today and plan on making this my permanent office. All staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I was also very happy with Robert who helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses.Highly recommended this office.

I had a great experience having an eye exam and purchasing glasses at this Lenscrafters. The doctor was very informative and made sure I understood everything. The stylist Rob was the absolute best! He really helped me with selecting the right pair of glasses, or two, or three. Jim was so patient sizing my purchases. Laurie was awesome checking me out. I will definitely be coming back again, I think I need those Tiffany frames that I saw on my way out the door. They have a great selection of designer frames, too many to select just 1.

I came to the store to purchase basic non prescription sunglasses. The Salesperson James greeted me and walked me over to the display area. He asked me questions about what activities I liked to do and when I might be wearing sunglasses. Tried a number of different brands and colors. I finally settled on a pair of Oakley Prizm glasses. James did a good job of explaining the prism technology. It sounded good but I was truly amazed when I actually brought them home and tried them. The colors of things are amazing and there is absolutely no glare. If you are really looking for a superior sunglass I highly recommend Oakleys and LensCraftersJim HallRaynham Ma

Ive been looking for an Eye doctor/ optometrist for a while, asking people for recommendations , I decided to go for the most effective way , through my dear friend Google I found Dr Eric Staffier who happened to be in the same city where I live...I highly recommend LensCrafters Eye Care in Taunton...1. They call you back when you leave a message.2. All the people working there are very friendly and polite.3. They really know what they are doing. Very professional4. They have brand new and modern equipments (impressive)5. Do not worry about social distancing the place is very clean and organized.6. You dont wait forever to be seen.7. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the tech who did the initial tests, to Dr. Staffier, who was very informative, to the optician who helped with my actual glasses. The team in Taunton was fantastic all around.

Best eye doctor Ive ever had. The guy knows what he is talking about and fills you in on all the latest during your visit. Patient, insightful and knowledgeable. They dont accept my insurance there and, yet because of him, I willingly pay out of pocket. I highly recommend him!

In person, the service was great. Associate that took care of me was very nice and helpful. However called to see when my glasses would be ready and the lady who answered from this store was very rude and provided no information. Noting she hung up on me twice and didn’t provide information on the status of my glasses, she said that they normally take 7 days butt hate does not help at all! I can’t see without them and I need them ASAP she was rude with her remarks and I was very disappointed with the service I received

The staff here have always been super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The optometrist is the best one Ive ever had! He is so thorough and explains EVERYTHING. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

The staff was nice to me. The Dr. was intelligent, friendly and informative. Took extra time to explain things, and i thought that was above and beyond. My new Eye Dr., and i live 20 mins away. Worht the drive in from New Bedford. Not to say the Dr. in dartmouth is bad, hes awesome too...but for me, this is where Im coming from now on.
