I hired them for installation of ceiling fan and dimmer switch. Found them through Google and contacted him for the mentioned installation and repair. Ken was very responsive and he gave me a date and time he could arrive to complete the necessary work. The day before he called to confirm the appointment. They were on time, very proficient, neat and cleaned everything after the work. The work performed was exceptional. I have found a reliable electrician for all my needs.

The electricians showed up on time. Within 20 minutes of arriving, they had everything set up and were working. They didnt waste any time and worked nonstop throughout the day to accomplish the task. They installed four new switches and a dedicated line for the outlet that needed to be replaced. They made certain that everything that needed to be cleaned was done so. The electrician dealt with some old wires, updated a switch, reoriented an outlet for a new range, and converted a can light to a box for a pendant. He also investigated the possibility of some additional work that was determined to require too much time with unknown results. He came prepared to cover all work areas, protected the floor under his ladder, cleaned up thoroughly and left me with pictures of an attic space where I need other work done. I was extremely happy with their work.

I wanted specific hard wired detectors that had both Ionization and photoelectric smoke alarms, but also a carbon monoxide alarm. Not only did they have what I wanted, Appleton replaced and installed all 5 detectors the same day! Our technician today was Ethan and not only did he do a great job with the install, he was very helpful with selecting the right detector for the right areas in our house......and all at a reasonable price! Will definitely call on them again for any of my electrical needs.

Dan was very professional and nice. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions in detail. He fixed a breaker and labeled our panel promptly. His work was very clean and the service was awesome. He took his time to ensure everything was labeled properly and walked us through everything.

However, I do because they take time to explain everything and show you exactly what the issue is and how important the fix is to maintaining your safety. Fred is so thorough and gave me the immediate fixes and what I should fix down the road. I always feel better after they do the whole house maintenance.

The sent out dudes were all great to work with. They came out to replace a couple of breakers that were faulty. The breakers were fixed accordingly and they were professional the entire time. The install was fast and flawless, which was crazy because the chandelier was so delicate, I broke a piece simply opening the box. You wouldve thought he designed it himself. Joseph even fixed my dimmer switch and changed several light bulbs in a high mounted fixture I hadnt been able to reach. Incredibly polite and patient. Would definitely choose them again.

Very strange company. I called them because of all of the great reviews here. The person on the phone said they could come out today. That was great! Then, they called back and said they couldnt come until Tuesday (five days from today). I said that was fine. Then they called a third time and said they wouldnt come on Tuesday unless I get a membership with them that is $149 per year. So, needless to say, Im going with a different company.

Phoned Thursday for an election @ 12:30p. Was told a technician would call in 30 minutes and someone would be here 30 minutes after that. Did not receive call and nobody came. Called again @ 2p about the call and appt. was told then someone would be here between 2:45p - 6p. Was also told a technician would call me back in a few minutes. Again no call and nobody came by. It is now Saturday and no technician and no call. Will NEVER recommend these people to anyone and will definitely spread the word about their lack of professionalism!

We had a lightning strike in the night and contacted these folks. Our TV, two cable boxes and one of our GFI switches were fried, knocking out our outside lights, cable and other items. The electrician he arrived in an hour, repaired the electrical elements that needed it and installed a whole house surge protector and new grounds. Through it all, he was courteous, friendly and informative. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Appleton Electrical Contracting installed a new consumer unit and upgraded the wiring to my mother-in-laws shower which was being replaced. Their work was excellent and they are brilliant to work with. They are highly professional and friendly and their quote was very fair. They hit a few snags dealing with the house wiring which is over 50 years old but they overcame the problems without fuss. I can highly recommend them.

The guys from the Appleton Electrical Contracting installed 2 outdoor GFCI receptacles for me. They had to bring new wires from the main panel all the way to the back of the house and from start to finish they did a great job. Fred came out and repaired or replaced all of out outdoor security lights on our building at work. We upgraded to LED lights which lights up everything.
