This place has got to be the VERY WORST ever. The staff seems nice and all BUT they have a DEEP history of being incompetent. They routinely fail to submit required paperwork and follow up promptly. For example we were seen for evaluation for wheelchair modifications 8/21, it was 9/16 before they finally faxed the doctor required paperwork that actually wasnt complete, and 10/2 before they finally go the correct paperwork back to the doctor (we use Humana and this is their requirement for the doctor to submit final paper work).This place has excuse after excuse. They seem to have a monopoly on serving wheelchair users in our area as well making it impossible to find more competent and reliable sources.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Waited a week to get someone to come to my house and see if I can install a lift finally push back my appointment and then dont bother to even show up ! Terrible customer service also ! I would give them no stars if
