Very helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a walker and the young lady there took her time showing us different ones and helped us with finding the right one.

Excellent customer service and products. The people at RiteWay are extremely nice, caring, and accommodating. My mom needed to by some knee braces, a $40 purchase. The peopleAt RiteWay spend more than an hour trying to accommodate my mother. They ordered her several sizes to try on. I highly recommend RiteWay for your pharmacy or medical equipment needs.

Went in there to find out about a Go Go Traveler 4. There were non in stock and even though the owner knew we were not purchasing one, he took the time to bring it up on line and explain all aspects of it to us. It was an enlightening visit. This person is fraud & cheater, dont deal with him.He build mobile app and website through me, didnt made my payment and cleverly changed the login credentials of server.He every week changed the requirements as in contract and didnt agree to pay for that.He even took my guy working with me and deal with him directly. He doesnt follow a single business ethics.God will surely punish him.

Because your checkout method is thru paypal. My fsa card will not work. Need a new way to checkout so people can order online and you can get more sales and clients.

Good prices and nice staff. But they didnt have tweezers with a fine tip, and the scissors they had were like dollar store scissors. I ended up having to go to the makeup section at a cvs to find what I needed to remove sutures.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ordered “sterile field” prefilled saline syringes and they sent regular. Not only did I almost drop one on a sterile field and almost contaminate they were NOT helpful and wanted me to send something like that back to them making me pay for shipping and then RESELLING SOMETHING THAT WAS IN MY BATHROOM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! I am accustomed to having a medical supply company take the hit for THEIR MISTAKE and immediately sending out the right item. They were going to wait the week it took to get these back and then “ordering” what I paid for! So not only do they send the wrong thing but they are not even in possession of what they sell!! Go somewhere else because chances are someone else has handled the item before you! DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS!
