I have been with TGH Family care fir over 10 years..I have no complaints what so ever.The Drs..there and the staff could not ask for better.I like that they are connected to TGH AND USF.

I drive all the way from Tarpon Springs FL to see Dr. Warner and it is absolutely worth it. Front staff is very caring and I will remain going here for check ups for the rest of my life.

All around exceptional. Wouldn’t take my two dogs anywhere else unless absolutely necessary.

This place provides excellent service. The physicians are knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of them greet you by name. They are punctual unless there is an emergency. The clinic is ran by Tampa General Physicians Group. They have their own lab or you can use your lab of choice. Ive been going there for about four years and have recommended friends and family they are all pleased with the services received.

Friendly staff and clean facility. I saw Dr. Sheena Spielberg today and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Spielberg is super friendly, compassionate and very approachable. I felt that I could talk to her about all my health issues. Dr. Spielberg truly cares about the well-being of her patients.She was thorough in her examination, and took time to fully answer all of my questions. Nurse Myrna is also great and makes you feel at ease and makes sure you are taken care of from the beginning to the end of the consultation. I highly recommend Dr. Spielberg and the staff at this location.

Dr Spoor is one of the few doctors left to actually listen and care about their patients.

Dr Poblete is great.... she actually listened to me and gave me a diagnosis after I’ve been searching for years for answers to no avail! She encourages mental health care as well which is amazing. Her assistant was also very professional and quick.

Dr. Spielberg and Myrna were amazing. Very warm and considerate! Yesenia at the front desk was amazing too! The lady in the lab (I forget her name at the moment) was one of the best ever! I’ll be back!

I really wish that when the doc tells you hes sending in a 90-day supply for a long-term prescription, hed actually send in a 90-day authorization to the pharmacy. Instead, they keep sending in 30-day supplies, and I have to call and haggle to get the 90-day supply, and this is not for a controlled substance. Its happened like three times here. Really makes me wonder if theyre overlooking other things, as well.

A great clinic with an awesome staff all around. I have been to a few different clinics in the past years due to work transfers and can say this is by far the best. Everyone is really friendly and the nurses/doctors are awesome.

This is a very Professional Medical Facility, If you find yourself doctor shopping you may not like it, Ive been seeing Dr. Warner for years and have found her and her staff extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend her. I proudly give them a 5 star rating..only because they dont have a 10!

I like this clinic, I am in and out quickly, they run an efficient operation. Helpful and personable staff. Been going here for almost 3 years and have never had a bad experience.

I really like it there. My PRNA always listen about my concerns and find ways to make feel better. Overall I feel good every time I walk through their door. Keep it up. :)

Got my Flu and TDAP shots today (Christmas Eve) What a wonderful staff!!!

I usually go to a different location, but they didn’t have any appointments. I can say I’d rather have no appointment than come back to this location. The doctor was behind by more than 45 minutes which of course they failed to tell me when I checked in. I understand people fall behind but call your patients, or at the very least tell them when they get there.

If I could put a 0 I Would, I just switch my plan over and found a doctor in this office that takes my insurance. Not only was the gentlemen on the phone VERY RUDE and WITHOUT knowledge, he was unable to answer any questions I had and didnt even forward my call to the correct personnel. I will now be calling back my health care provider changing my doctor again because I will not go to this place. I dont care if I was dying, I rather that, then to be treated in person how I was treated over the phone. Not only will I make a report here but I will make a report to every online connection there is to get the word out on how unprofessional this felicity is.

I had a wonderful 1st experience with the staff at this TGH location! Trisha and NP Esmerelda Young were so awesome and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I could tell they actually cared about making me feel better and listened carefully to everything I was saying. The wait time was ~10 minutes and Trish was on it from the get go! I am excited to kick this ear infection!!! I highly recommend this location to care for you.

HORRIBLE, INEXPERIENCED STAFF - the doctors are too busy to see new patients.I would never go back here.First of all, they pushed me off on a physicians assistant, Esmeralda Young, instead of a real doctor. There are many symptoms that I told her about and she proceeded to order blood tests. So, I had blood drawn before I left. That was on August 16. I received a call from them almost two weeks later and I was told that my blood test came back normal. So, I asked the person on the phone how I should proceed because that doesnt explain my symptoms. She said that shes not sure and the doctor would follow up. Fast forward to today, September 25 and I never received a follow-up call. I plan to change to an actual doctor, one who will actually follow up with me.

Not a size friendly provider. Cited only one risk factor for sleep apnea and refused to let me have emergent dental treatment under IV sedation (which is needed as an assault survivor) until I had a sleep study done. Tried to tell me that I was only being sent for a consult for IV sedation because of my size and that was not normal practice, when in fact it is my dental practices normal procedure to send *all* patients. My weight has remained constant for several years, Ive had other surgeries with no complications (no need for airway protection).

They are very efficient and will make every effort to have you seen on short notice. Downside - doctor turnover

The doctors are always been a good thing to go to so Im just letting it.

If zero was an option I would put it.The only people who Poblete likes are men, she hates women and it shows.She has no time to look you straight in the face, she talks about her clients when their not around. She doesnt bother to read charts or care too, if your young shell profile you several times and say with igdination she didnt, she will basically call you a liar. She tell you that your insurance is not good so she cant do anything for you. She takes month long breaks during the summer because someone in her family died.The list goes on with this woman. Shes not kind to women unless she doesnt see you as a threat intellectually or looks wise. Typical jealous woman.Please go back to the Phillipenes and practice on them.Why come to the U.S. when you clearly hates us and your country can use your type of doctoring, not us.

I hate that I have to give TGH one star. My first experience was on Easter and EVERYONE was amazing. Unfortunately, after that day, getting someone, anyone on the phone at this office is nearly impossible. While at work, I would spend either my entire Lunch or break on hold waiting to speak to ANYONE regarding paper work. Honestly, it is really disappointing. However, I ABSOULTLY MUST shout-out Yesena, and Trish. They literally went out of their way to make my overall experience remotely easier. Especially when Yesena is only about 53 and she claimed to the top of the cabinet to get me a folder to put my documents in. Without me even asking. You see, its the simple things that matter. And its the simple things like not answering the phone that matters too. Hopefully, I will have a better update for you guys next time. Until then, 1 star it is. 😕

I have seen Dr. Sarah Jessi Poblete twice now...in January for first visit and follow up on Sept. She is a knowledgable physician and had an excellent bedside manner. She spent a lot of time with me on both visits. She answered all my questioned and exchanged in some medical dialogue with me. She took her time and I never felt rushed. I felt she cared about me. I waited less than 15 minutes to see her. Her staff was friendly, smiling and helpful. I was concerned as I had read some negative reviews not on the doctors but staff functioning but I think they have cleared that up. I aldi like using tgeir My Chart to see my lab results and communicate. They are very high tech but still personable. Thank you to everyone.

Worst office ever. DONT GO SEE THE ARNP ESMERALDA YOUNG. TGH needs to clean house and get rid of everyone. My fiance went there today and his needs were completely dismissed, there was no real effort given. Its disgusting to think these people are allowed to practice medicine!!!

Unbelievable how unprofessional the medical professionals in this facility are. The staff up front cant seem to keep their personal business out of earshot of other patients. I dont care what you did and how drunk you got over the weekend. Thats not what this review is about though. One doctor in particular, Dakshina Walgampaya, needs to be reprimanded for the way he (mis)prescribes patients.My husband was misprescribed, and as a result needed to have an immediate MRI and cease taking the medication because it could have potentially put holes in his brain. We trust in these medical professionals to know whether or not a medication will cause us serious harm, right? The right thing to do would be to refer the patient to a specialist, and not just throw medication at the patient without thinking it through first! It is disappointing considering that TGH touts itself as the brain injury hospital. Remember the oath: do no harm.My recommendation: Check out other doctors outside of TGH Medical Group.

I hated Dr. Walgampaya he is the most uncaring dr i have ever seen. He is the reason people dont seek medical help. I have a lonf history of reproductive problems ie; hysterectomy, tubal, ovarian cysts. I was in extreme pain and he perscribed ib 800. Refused to perscribe something for pain. Never will i go back there.

This is the worst TGH Care centers that exist. Go to any other one. Rude employees who are to busy on personal phone calls to help people in need. I will be contacting the main Hospital to complain. Those at the Main Hospital do care about this and will take action against lazy employees and Managers that are always on 3 hour lunch breaks.

Rude, doesn’t not respond to my pharmacist, they do not care for patients at all. On call doctor just sighed and hung up on me. Will never go back.

Went for blood work, literally in and out in 10 minutes. It took longer to sign in with the self sign in computer than it did for the entire rest of the visit.

Dr Warner is the best!

It is one of the best clinics in Tampa, not to mention the best, the care is unbeatable, the highly qualified doctors and a lot of care and protection against covit 19
