Dr. Angela Ross Johnsons office is always efficient in every way. Never any concerns with my prescriptions or Dr visits. I met Dr. Ross in the Land O Lakes office. When she opened MacDill office no question about driving 30 minutes. I feel very lucky to have her as my primary doctor.

Ever since I had signed with Humana Healthcare, and Conviva Health Center South Tampa Id had been happy with because Id believe if it wasnt for Conviva Health and the doctors appointment and Id had always been more satisfied with their service and their health care because everyone there are always welcome me and they are helpful.

Acknowlege of Conviva StaffMy name is Juanita. Sam and I are patients at the office. This letter is to let those who wonder whether the patients are happy when they come to the office. Heres a little somethin somethin about our visit.First, the smiles, greetings and prompt attention are all very much appreciated. The front desk staff always makes the start to our visit Pleasant.Sam and I are quickly identified as having arrived and they notify the staff-in-the-back offices who continue the pleasantries and smiles.Now the serious business. Or nurse practitioner Teresa and the lab Queen Cris make us relaxed and comfortable every time. They take the time with us making sure that we understand whats going on with our health and cheerfully get all our needs addressedBut yesterday we were very much impressed with the services in onrush of attention to detail. You see Sam lost his wallet. Unfortunately every form of identification was in it, including his birth certificate. By merely mentioning this fact to our nurse practitioner she advised us to see the office access rep. We were greeted by the office manager and introduced to the access representative. The staff provided us with full attention and patiently listened to our problem and set out to Loop every detail into a perfect visit accomplishing everything we needed to get the ball rolling. But the pandemic causing most places to be closed two office visits, we were required to put our loss claims on the computer. Unfortunately, two problems became clear to us. We are not tech-savvy and the lack of humans to tell our tale of woe to well, they are not accessible.Although the details would make this even longer, I cannot express how vitally the help we received was gratefully received.I only know a few names and I do not want to miss anyone, but the following is an attempt to especially point out key people. Mike, Barbara, Teresa, Helen, Cris, all the ladies in the front and back as well as the housekeeper. They are always polite, always a tentative, but yesterday was a homerun in terms of service.we seniors love yallkrispie kreams are coming 😀Juanita and Sam

Always pleasantly recieved as soon as I walk in the door! Staff ALWAYS treats me promptly, professionally and friendly. My physician has addressed every and all my concerns swiftly and with concern for the better of my health and well being.

First off, the office and support personnel are superior. They are friendly, courteous and professional. Thats a big plus in my eyes. They can make the difference between a good practice and a mediocre practice.The doctors and other medical professionals at Conviva Care have always be excellent. Each of them have given care that is real; you can feel their concern and advice is genuine. They make a connection with the patients. Thats most important. Dr. Ron Hiemstra is the best. I trust him and appreciate the help hes offered me.I dont think you could go wrong at Conviva Care for primary care. Theyre the best.

The staff and doctors provide excellent care and follow up with each health event I’ve experienced. My recent episode requiring hospitalization came from their attention to appropriate tests and referrals. I’m very appreciative.

Great staff, with great follow up. No problem with getting appointments. Highly recommended.

Dr Ross-Johnson and her entire staff are the most professional, kind and caring staff!

Just called this office to see if they offered the service I was looking for. The women who I spoke to was unbelievable rude to me. When she asked if I was a patient of the office, I said no but interested in becoming one. She replied back with well you have to be a patient of ours. Then asked what my insurance was and told the lady what I had then she said well we don’t take that. Fine, whatever..I will just pay out of pocket then. Well the lady went on about how I have to be a patient of the office to talk about the services they offer. By this point I gave up. The lady I was originally talking to transferred me to someone new. The new lady I talked to was very nice. I expressed my concerns about the lady I talked to before her, she apologized. Horrible customer care...thank god I didn’t end up going to this office in person.

I dont know who would give this great staff less than a 5 because this doctor, Dr. Ross-Johnson ❤and support personnel - medical & administrative ❤are the best! They are on their toes and Dr. Ross - Johnson believes in being on time for her appts. She respects her patients time and is sympathetic oftheir ailments. If she is running late, Im sure its from a late patient or a patient needing more time. As a long time patient, Im very particular and they are well deserving of this praise. Congrats to the doctor for Medical Director promotion. God Bless You All!❤

Dr. Ross-Johnson is an Excellent doctor. Ive been a patient there for several years now. I miss some of the original staff though but at least some are still there.

Front desk person very unprofessional, unpleasant very rude yells at patients on the phone and in person,sure the Doctors must know whats going on but turn a blind eye to the problem as long as they are making money .
