After two call to other AC companies( with no show ) , called this company. An easy repair to our heat pump, they showed up within an hour and repaired the problem. Very responsive and professional, very highly recommended! ! ! ! !

AVOID‼️ SCAM‼️MOST OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE‼️👎👎👎 Called for a simple AC service. The Technician only wanted to replace the AC not even offer a repair option. We called another ac Company (air medic) they were able to have it fixed and running for under $300 in just about an hour.This is a prime example of a company taking advantage of people. I would have gladly paid for a repair and probably used them in the future for an ac replacement had they just been honest with me.

I can’t say they did maintenance because they won’t. Had an agreed upon service contract to have them service my A/C installed by them. Their technician told me I only needed service once a year… I said okay. Didn’t think anything of it. Now unit breaks down after 1.5 years and they say I didn’t keep up with maintenance. WHAT!? Why would I not do maintenance when it’s free? Not to mention they didn’t even have record of the maintenance they did have on it. Their record keeping and communication is terrible. I didn’t even get a copy of the report because someone can’t spell gmail.com correctly. Tried multiple times to contact company to rectify this situation, will be contacting BBB next.

I had Easy install my unit and everything was good, until it stopped working. I tried calling their 24hr line, that was a joke, nobody ever answered, we had to wait till morning to talk to somebody.Then I did an upgrade to my unit and when I got the first bill it came with a late warning, and it was the first one, Im never late on anything, my credit score is about 740. On the second month I got the second bill. The first bill I paid the same day, but the second bill came with threat to send me to collections.I dont understand why they did that, but thats the last time I buy anything from Easy air, money hungry company

So this company needs to remove the fact that they are 24 hours, and that they participate in emergency AC Repair from their advertising. Because from what I experienced? It was 3 hours of calling and trying to get ahold of someone. 3 HOURS. When we finally got someone, she sounded like she just rolled out of bed. We were put on a Possible stop for Monday night but made an appointment for Wednesday. Now with a Tropical Storm/Hurricane coming this direction, they have cancelled and are not allowing trucks on the road. I know weather is not in their control, but if theyre going to advertise 24 hour service and Emergency repair, they ought to follow through. WE will never be using your services again, please dont call asking when you can reschedule our appointment because chances are, weve looked elsewhere for a more reliable company, that caters to the needs of their clients, and follows through on their advertising. What a joke. Update your site with some more realistic advertising. Beware of this company, youll only be disappointed.

I call Easy AC to replace my old unit for a new one, in less than one hr. We just had a new Carrier system installed. We specifically wanted Carrier so we have no idea what other brands they may deal with. Working with their office staff, their field representative and their installation team was fantastic. And, to add, their price was by far the most fair and competitive of the three we got (all for the same equipment). It is too soon to speak to their service and we hope it will be a long time before we have experience in that area, but this company knows what they are doing and how to treat prospective customers.

As a 15-year very satisfied customer with Easy A/C, they were the clear choice among competitors for a recent AC replacement. They were methodical and thorough starting with their system recommendations, their competitive pricing and their pre-installation walk through. Their highly capable install team performed with great technical mastery and customer concern. The co-owner visit, along with leadership and staff communication throughout was exceptional. Just had Easy AC come because the AC wasn’t cooling. They responded quickly. Technician Billy was professional, clean (wore protective gear). Quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be happy to use them again.

Last night we noticed our ac wasnt working. Called Easy A/C and they set us up for a first call in the morning. Deivy Gonzalez was here soon after 8AM. He took all the necessary precautions with a mask and gloves and no contact. He had our ac up and running in less than an hour. He was very polite and efficient. He was honest and didnt try to tell us it was something catastrophic, just a plugged drain.

Easy A/C has done a great job with our air system. They installed it and have come out to do maintenance/clean several times. We had Deivy come out, he was professional, kind, informative and does a great job. Would recommend!

We were having problems with our AC cooling the house. I tried to give Easy AC another chance after my last experience (left a 1 star review and they came out to “rectify it”) and they failed miserably. My AC stopped working and they were too busy to fit me in same day even though I’m a maintenance customer. Found another company who happily came out and diagnosed the issue. Turns out, it was the same issue I was told by a second opinion last time and Easy AC said it wasn’t a problem. So now I have no AC for 2 days until the part comes in because they didn’t fix it the first time I asked about it. I am moving my maintenance plan away from Easy AC. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Pleasant AC was great. Go to them. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had an issue with our AC system not cooling. I called in at 8am and was made a second call after working on another job near me.I thought I would wait for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived within a few hours.The technician was Davie. He had a very pleasant personality and introduced himself as he came to the door. He wore his protective booties so there was no dirt or debris dragged in. That tells me a lot about the person and the company, very professional.He began his troubleshooting and within minutes, he discovered a bad capacitor.He came in and explained to me what had failed and the reason for the failure.I went out with him and he showed me all the issues with my unit and took care of what he could with no additional charges.We had let our scheduled visits lapse and he explained how important it is to stuck to the schedule to prevent issues.Very pleased with him personally and look forward to seeing him again for our regular maintenance visit.I highly recommend Easy AC and especially Davie, he went above and beyond on the service call.Keep this man happy and well paid, he is a rare find and needs to be rewarded for his extra effort.One happy and cool customer!

We have been using Easy AC to service our air-conditioners for the last three years and they always do a great job. This time we had Billy come out and he walked us thru the process and informed us of what he was checking, cleaning and how the components worked together. For our next service visit we will definitely ask for Billy again.

When I purchased my home a little over a year ago in Del Rio, Tampa. I found out Easy AC had installed my AC unit about 4 years prior. The previous owners continued to use Easy AC services after the installation. With the excellent performance and condition of the AC unit after nearly 5 years, I elected to stay on board with them for semi annual preventive maintenance and services as required. The various technicians sent out over the last year, have been prompt, professional, clean and honest. The last technician that was out for this years semi annual Martin, was even more professional than the others before; I hope to see him in the next services ahead. Not only did he perform the typical inspection, he displayed personal interest to review and tune as needed for another six months of reliability without call back. I am excited to find Easy AC and recommend them for all your new and existing Home AC services. This last service visit I found out they also offer electrical services, I will be sure to keep that in mind for future home improvements.

Never called back

Had them come out to the house 2 times, first guy came out said the drain line was bad, didnt even look at the unit. We cleaned it out, still had an issue, no cool air. 2nd guy came said the unit was fine no issues. Well, it still had issues, we were without AC for 3 days, and then when we tried to schedule them to come out again, couldnt get into a reasonable time slot. Said we would be within 4 to 6 days. In Florida weather with temps 90+ degrees, this is unacceptable. Never doing business with this company again. What a waste of time and money.

The Easy AC, Plumbing and Electrical team are AWESOME! I called them for my Spring/Summer projects and they coordinated everything. They installed new UV lights and performed my maintenance for my AC. They installed a new Halo water system. And they installed a new electrical panel/breaker box to bring me up to current standards.Each of the specialists were friendly and knowledgeable - answering any and all of my questions.I definitely recommend Easy AC, Plumbing and Electrical!

Our AC outdoor unit was making an awful noise when turning off. We contacted Easy AC for an appointment and they came out the next day. Our technician, Deivy, arrived right on time. The technician found some problems and the resolution pleased my husband and I. After that we decided to have them install a means toward improved indoor air quality. Deity Alonzo was my tech today. Very pleasant and informative. Very helpful, changed my filters for me. Changed battery in thermostat. Every time he came into the house, he took the time to put on the shoe covers. I really appreciate that. Called late Sunday afternoon (7/28/19) because thermostat was not working. Was contacted within 20 min by Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez, Tech. He was at my home within a very short time and steamy hot as it was he got into the attic space where the air handler is located and traced the problem to a wiring issue. He was very courteous, efficient and totally knew his job and did it very well. He deserves all five of these stars. My two fur babies and I are very thankful for his excellent service.

I give 10 STARS! Ive have only good things to say about my tech, Rodney Lopez and Easy AC. My a/c went out last night, I called Easy AC this morning and Rodney was here in about 3 hours to save the day. Cant beat that service! He got my old unit up and running so I wont have to spend another night in 88 degrees! And theyll be back early tomorrow morning to put in my new Carrier! I already knew I needed a new unit and Rodney verified that for me. Theyre going to redo my air handler setup (its inefficient and I knew that too) and redo the pad the AC unit sits on outside. The price is great for the new Carrier unit and I couldnt be happier. Rodney explained the problems my old unit has, explained the new system and what needed to be done for even better efficiency and got everything set up quickly. An Easy AC customer for life! We are a customer of Easy AC - about 3 weeks ago Deivy Gonzalez came out to unblock the line on the air conditioner - he did it quickly and efficiently. Also, last fall when he was here for our semi-annual service call, he suggested that we put an Ionizer on our air conditioner - it seemed to us like an unnecessary thing to do - but he took the time to explain the benefits we would get from the Ionizer - one being that not as much dust would accumulate in the house - we were skeptical, but decided to go ahead and have him install it. It turned out to be an excellent decision - before the Ionizer was installed, I could literally see a lot of dust on my dresser - since the Ionizer was put in, there is little to no dust that accumulates over a weeks time and, for the first summer after 16 years in our house, our electric bill was reduced by 70% - the filter doesnt get as dirty and therefore helps the AC run more efficiently - before the Ionizer was installed, the filter would be full of dust and dirt at the semi-annual checkup - with the Ionizer, the filter was very clean. I couldnt have been happier with the service. He fixed the AC in the pouring down rain and smiled the whole time. He definitely loves what he does and that makes for such a difference in the customer experience.

Very poor customer service. They Called and cancelled my appointment last minute. Said they had to reschedule and couldn’t get me in for another month. They told me since I wasn’t a steady customer I wasn’t a priority. Not worth one star.

Totally recommend Easy AC! Doyle arrived and installed our mini-split system and did an awesome job! It looks great and cools our garage perfectly!

Jeremy did a very good job checking my system. He checked then cleaned the compressor unit outside and then checked and cleaned the air handler. Then he fired up, no pun intended, furnace to check it. When he entered the house he would remove his shoes which was very courteous. Easy AC is a great company to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Its been a year and my A/C works great and has saved me money every month. Easy A/C was fantastic with follow-up a well. THEY contacted US to schedule my yearly maintenance and after not being able to make it a few times, they always were understanding and fully accommodating. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Everyone knew what part they played in installing my new system and new duct work. The team work was awesome!!!!
