I was with this company for over 10 years. They completely dropped the ball on a policy renewal and allowed it to expire. Policy was cancelled. in getting a new policy agent didnt have any information, wasted over a week uninsured during a hurricane. Had weak answers and had to wait and confirm everything. Went with a another company that was more knowledgable. Spoke with the President, he made excuses for his staff and took no responsibility for his companies actions. After 10 plus years and giving them over $10k in dollars not how to treat a customer. Fired.

I contacted Adcock to see if I could savings on my home insurance after a recent premium increase and to see if I could get some savings by bundling car insurance with my significant other. Angela B was responsive, courteous, professional and returned quotes within 24 hours that are going to save me thousands in the first year; she also remembered to submit paperwork on my behalf weeks after the initial signing for even more savings. The front office was responsive and quick to answer all my questions, even when I called close to closing time on a Friday (sorry!).Im recommending this business to all my friends who ask and some who dont. 5/5 would save again! I recently renewed my homeowners insurance with Adcock-Adcock Insurance agency. I live in Singapore so I had to rely greatly on the agent to ensure everything was taken care of. The agent, Kim Cicio was very professional and responsive. She handled the renewal fast and submitted all documentation required to the mortgage company. I am glad to be enjoying another year of very reasonably priced homeowners insurance!

Much like the other gentlemen reported, I responded to a flyer received in the mail and spoke with Maretta. Nice lady, but absolutely NO follow through! Sent all the needed info to her and was told it would be a few days. After a week, I inquired about when I would receive a proposal and received no reply back. If youre unable to provide a quote, say so. Ignoring potential customers is very unprofessional and a huge waste of everyones time.

Total waste of time.Whoever is in charge of this agency should take an inventory of their employees.I called after receiving a mail out.The woman answering the phone asks me all sorts of personal questions in order to be able to quote a price for me.She lets me know that they would not be able to quote a price today, but would call me back within a few days.Its been two weeks!If this is the way they run their business, I too, Will forgo dealing with them.Why spend the time and energy on mail outs if youre not going to respond to your customers.Its ludicrous, disappointing, and a complete waste of time.
