It is so hard hard to find a good dentist, but I have found an awesome one. The techs are friendly and gentle and the office does not try to overcharge or do work you don’t need. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a dentist closer to my place and decided to go with Flex dental. Have been here only once so far and it was a great experience. Everyone was professional, friendly and education-oriented, which I appreciate because I like to know whats being suggested and why. As someone who used to be a dental assistant herself, I have high expectations from dental offices and this one certainly met my expectations. The place was uber clean and well organized.... very pleasant to be in.The only thing that prevented a 5 star was the long wait before I was taken in. To add, no one checked with me or informed me of how long the wait would be. They were polite and courteous to acknowledge the delay once they took me in though, which I respect very much.All in all, I was happy and now my husband is their patient too. We will be back for sure.

Was one of this locations first patients. Received two crowns, one of which never quite fit properly. Fast forward 2 and half years later it started to become really loose during Covid and caused major infection down to bone. I had to arrange to fly back to have the Dr fix it and get root canal. Then arrange to fly back again weeks later to have new crown put on which does not fit again. Dentist said to come back in a week and will take it off if I desired. Directly after leaving the office I called and spoke to office manager named Christina to let her know I will need to come back to have another re-fit and she said absolutely NOT, said I didnt even know what tooth I was talking about (yet had to deal with major infections for months and a root canal) and that they refunded TWO crowns already and would lose money if they had to do another. NEVER have I EVER been refunded anything! Now I have yet another ill-fitted crown and wasted thousands now in travel expenses and other cost associated with this mess, not to mention being sick and god knows how long I have had the infection down into my bone. Dr may have nice demeanor at first but he knows it wasnt a proper fit and said to come back in a week if I didnt feel comfortable. Its ashamed he didnt honor literally 20 minutes after I walked out of the office!!! Also, the fact the office manager is not knowing what she was talking about and suggesting I was refunded, which I wasnt and refusing to let me speak to doctor and then saying I was lying about other professionals opinions is very unprofessional! Not to mention she said they dont charge as much as other Drs and I got a deal. Yet, I paid the same had I went anywhere else and that should NOT matter whatsoever. The job should be done right and a crown should last 10 -20 years if fit properly! The only thing she was quick to do is write up a legal letter releasing me as their patient. The Dr even admitted he had to switch companies from who made the first crown, so I am wondering why he would let this one slide knowing it too isnt right. Its sad that people can operate in such a manner given all that is going on in the world, specially when you pay out of pocket for something so costly that should last for 10-20 years!! Not to mention when infections get into the bone its hard to maintain and get under control causing various other medical issues. This is also preventing invisalign procedure I want to start as the crown and teeth structure have to remain the same during the treatment which the retainers are fitted for, which Christina (the office manager) also accused me of lying about and not know what I am talking about.

This is a great office with a friendly and caring staff! Everyone makes you feel like you’re at home and comfortable. Great exam given and they go over everything thoroughly during your cleaning! It was easy becoming a new patient here as well! There was no wait time and they answer any questions you have. Would recommend to everyone!

I really enjoyed my experience today. From the attention received at the front desk to the Dental hygienist and the doctor. The dental hygienist was so gentle, delicate and subtle. I did not feel any pain nor did I feel uncomfortable. I also received the same treatment from the doctor. They are both great. Definitely will come back and refer it to my friends and family.

This place was amazing. The hygienist was efficient and kind, the doctor was succinct and knowledgeable. From the moment of reception, we felt like this was the right place. Recently paid a visit to get a cleaning done, and take a look at some cavities I had on my back molars. Doctor Renzer took care of the cleaning with great detail, took his time, and did a wonderful job. They scheduled me to come next day, and Doctor Benjamin then took care of the cavities, repaired them with excellence and lots of professionalism. There was no pain, no buggy anesthetic feels in the mouth for the whole day, so couldnt be happier about my dental hygiene right now. These two definitely make a great couple as hygienist and dentist, make sure to pay them a visit as well.

I cant say enough great things about this dentist and practice. Very accommodating. All brand new equipment, very courteous staff, and they take my dental insurance. Very happy and highly recommend Dr Gubernick.

I previously lived in NC and I had a dentist who told me that I needed 6-7 crowns. Also they were going to cost more than $1200 each to complete. Needless to say, I opted to wait and Ive been going to Flex Dental since I moved to FL and it was the best decision ever. Not only is the staff friendly, warm, and down to earth, but they dont try to gauge you for your savings. I recommended my fiance to the office and they treated her very well.Also, come to find out, I dont have a need for crowns or anything. The integrity and honesty is something that I love and I KNOW they have my best interest with high quality staff.

Love it here! Everybody is super friendly and playful and they work well together. Went in for a new patient X-ray and cleaning and I was really happy with my experience. I was there for a total of 45 minuets and that has never been the case at any other dentist I’ve ever been to. I cracked a premolar on a thursday night recently, and my former dentist office said I had to wait until the following tuesday to get a dental crown.Dr. Gubernick office saw me promptly at 1230pm the next day! Dr Gubernick staff are perfectionists, and made sure that the temporary crown was perfectly alligned in my mouth. Today, I get my permanent crown.
