After going to this practice for years I will now leave. I experienced problems from day one of a crown(lower moler) they put in 2.5 years ago with multiple adjustments after. Eventually the crown just disengaged last week. I thought they would do the right thing but of course they went the route to attempt to charge me again for an entirely new crown and after insurance, I would still owe $800. I ran out to never return. Im loyal but when the practice isnt I will make changes.

Dr. Creech is very knowledgeable and gentle. The staff is professional. Office is clean and organized. Had all my dental work done here and continue to keep up with my cleanings biannually. I highly recommend.

Dr Creech-Gionis was an absolute lifesaver for me! I emailed her on yesterday (Saturday), as I had an incident, and was in desperate need of a fix before a big presentation on Monday...She emailed me late Saturday night asking if I could meet her at her office the next day. Then, the next day a Sunday (Mother’s Day to boot) both she and another gal (sorry I forget her name right now but she was FAB too) came into the office, and solved my dilemma. Oh, I forgot to mention, I’m not “technically” one of her patients yet as my first appointment isn’t until this Wednesday! I couldn’t be more amazed at this kind of service, as I have never experienced anything quite like it before! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Dr Creech-Gionis is the best dentist I have ever met! Her staff is kind, helpful and professional!! I travel from another state so that I can benefit from Dr Creech-Gionis’s amazing talent. Her office is state of the art in every way! Her staff works hard to make you comfortable!

I am a new patient and am so thankful to have found Dr. Creech and her staff. After some very overall bad experiences with other dental offices in the past, I was gun-shy. I needed some cavities filled. Even though it was routine work done I had not had anything other than a cleaning done in over 10 years and was being such a baby about it. I was so nervous I was in tears but the hygienist and Dr. Creech were so nice and patient and kind, explained everything to me step-by-step so I knew what was going on, checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was feeling and doing okay, and they let me watch HGTV on the screen in front of me to calm me down. Best office ever and Im now referred my husband and Mom too!

I love this dental office! Ive never felt more comfortable going to the dentist. Dr. Creech is simply exceptional and so is her team. Im sure I wont live in Westchase forever, but Im also sure Ill still travel to this office whenever I move.

I have been cared for by Dr. Creech-Gionis for many years; I followed her to West Chase from downtown Tampa, then to Hillsborough and back to West Chase. She is an extraordinarily kind, unusually adept and up to date Dentist who is keenly interested in her patients well-being. She pulled my wisdom teeth and I went to a party that evening. She has put in a number of crowns which fit perfectly in most cases with little or no adjustment. She will go to extraordinary lengths to make sure things turn out well for every patient. She runs her office with the same kindness and respect with which she treats her patients, and her team is composed of wonderful equally expert people with very little turnover. Of course she doesnt have to give warm wax hand treatments, earphones for music, vibrating chair massages or fruit for special occasions, I would still travel up from south Tampa for treatment. But the amazing thing is, in addition to consistently effective care, perfectly delivered, she has done all those things, just to make her patients happy and comfy.
