I have been very disappointed with the services that I have received from the Dr. Rattes staff. The office staff people are complete disaster .I dont know how could they stay in business. It is the TGH FAULT for such bad and irresponsible office staff. After 10 days, responded to my many times calls ,and left massages for my blood pressure medication which causing me some problem. Nurse who called me back says ,it has been 8 days not 10 days.

I have been very disappointed with the services I have received from the Dr. Rattes staff. I have celled multiple times to try and get my appointments set up for a test that was suppose to be taken 10 days after new meds started and no one will call me back!!! Today I was left on hold for 25 min and then hung up on. I want to say Dr. Rattes was great in our initial meeting answering all my question but his staff has been SUBPAR to say the least.

Excellent physician! Very nice and does a SUPERB job.

Excellent rapport, professional and even called us on a Sunday with test results from previous Friday!
