I’ve had cannabis MD for three years now and they have always been amazing. Reminding me when I need to update all my information. The customer service team has always done an excellent job of managing my account. I even missed an appointment last month and they called to reschedule. Not going anywhere. Going into the clinic I was so nervous as I didn’t know what to expect . With my current medical conditions at this point I was willing to try anything . The staff was all amazing , but Dr. Morgan was on another level of all around down to earth , very informative and didn’t have you feeling like you were rushed . So far Im really digging this experience. The customer service representative I spoke to, Chelsea, was incredibly kind and very informative. My booking for the appointment, as well as payment, only took about 10 minutes total, and I feel very set up for success! I will update this review once my appointment has been completed, overall the vibe here is great and came highly recommended by several patients I know!!!

My experience was interesting.i really didnt know what to expect. The appointment was nicer then I thought. The doctor had the knowledge to answer all my questions and understood the pain I was going through.This was the easiest part. My Hart part is waiting on my license. I know the government is slow.I thank my doctor and his assistant for making me feel welcome and not like I was drug seeking.I have excruciating pain and pain pills is hurting me more.

Great on time service, the staff are friendly and the doctor is awesome. I switched from driving all the way to Orlando to see my Dr., to try this office. I was more than pleasantly surprised. They made what was a difficult transition for me seamless.

Dr. Beyer and Amber are both so nice. They make you feel totally comfortable being there. It is much cheaper elsewhere but this is a 1st class operation in a beautiful office complex.

I was told the price included 7 months of product. I was not informed of the additional 75.00 to the health department for the card. I was not told that it would take 2-4 weeks just to get card.I guess it was wrong for me to assume I was going to walk out of the office with any product!The “doctor “ looked like he was just out of high school. There were no diplomas or anything “official “ looking.It just seems like a money gimmick. I was not even asked anything about my conditions. So, what was the point. Just to legally sell marijuana. 🙄

1st visit - Very good experience. The medical technician was informative and professional as was the doctor. The only thing preventing me from giving this experience a 5 star rating is the front desk. The young lady, although polite, was very vague and continued her casual conversation with a colleague for severals minutes. She asked me to be seated and someone would be with me shortly. Typically the front desk would call the nurse/tech/doctor to inform the patient/client had arrived. No call was made so I was not sure how anyone would know I was there and waiting. I understand this is not a traditional doctors office, but the front office sets the tone for the visit.2nd visit - Again, the technician is very professional and courteous, as was the doctor. Going to this office is a breath of fresh air because they value your time. I was seen on time and out in a timely manner.

Caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Zhang listened to my concerns, offered suggestions, and helped me to learn more about the MM program here in FL. Dr. prescribed in amounts that left me some wiggle room to try new products and methods. Most importantly, he prescribed in (3) 70 day increments, so 210 days until the next visit is required(maximum by FL law). Dr. also provided his email and encouraged me to contact him with any issues or changes I have. A bit of a wait to see the Dr., but overall excellent experience. Highly recommended.

First appearances are very important this place looks great the building is immaculate staff is very friendly. The fees are far more reasonable than my first Doctor. The 210 day (7 months) prescriptions are very convenient. Dr. J. Beyers was very approachable and easily accessible for any medication adjustments. Location is great just off I 75 on MLK.

Dr Michael Zhang was very polite and professional. He is the 1st doctor since I moved to Fl (in 1994) who answered my questions without hesitation and treated me like a person and not a number. My patient liaison Melissa is awesome! She takes the time to listen and she is very prompt in returning emails, texts or calls. She always is polite and is a definite asset to CannaMD. I will definitely be recommending CannaMd to friends.

This process is shameful...I believe on purpose. Politicians that are corrupt and ignorant of possibilities in a modern society need new careers.That being said...CannaMD offered better communication than 2 other patient solicitors. Cordial and friendly.Kept appointment for renewal on 12/30/19.Appointment went fine with Amber and Joe.A huge mistake was made prior to that by scheduling.I was contacted on 11/15/19, with an email from CannaMD stating that my card/permission slip would expire in 60 days. I knew about having to renew, so no surprise.So I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to January 15th (2 weeks, right ?). Went to get pot on 12/23 and was told that my credentials had expired that day.This needs corrective action immediately on the part of CannaMD.If this sort of thing is allowed to continue, CannaMD is going to run off their customer base with sloppy service.Just sayin.Richard

Have been in Florida about three years and it has been challenging at best to navigate Tampa Florida and be sick at the same time. Someone suggested CannaMD, he was in the same spot I found myself in and working on the issue for weeks and weeks got nowhere. So went back to bed dreamed of home. Started by writing CannaMD and received the nicest email from the owner telling me “everything will be OK – call them they will help me” So Kind – Kindness that was Really Needed! Customer Service on Phone so nice listening to my story, why I am here, how hard it is to be disabled here and alone, blah blah blah – They listened with empathy and helped me to change doctors, still paying a doctor twice in three months was so financially hard, they gave me a little discount and Customer Service is EXTEMELY KIND, NICE, EMPHATHETIC, Great Service. Sure wish the Doctors were a little bit more compassionate and understood the complications of severe illnesses such as Cancer; Autoimmune Disorder, PTSD, Chronic Pain and Fatigue, etc…. Hopefully things will get better and hopefully more Women will be joining the Cannabis Doctor Field in Florida. This Service and My Experience with CannaMD EXCELLENT!

I was very pleased with Dr. Beyer and the office. I have not been able to even use my card since I am on disability and did not know how expensive it was. I am having trouble with my doctors though they want to quit me now that I have my M.M.J. card . I may need to move to a cheaper state just to use Medical Marijuana instead of opioids for my chronic pain. you have a card. Just to qualify for medicaid you must be the poor of the poor. This is stupid for the state not to pay for Medical Marijuana for Medicaid patients. They could use the bundles they destroy for the poor and save millions of dollars and help people to stop using so much opioids for pain. I have documented medical implants and they do not want to help me now that I have a card even when I have not even purchased any...And yes I can pass a drug test but still they want to quit me now. I am seriously thinking of moving out of the state...

When you go and see them .they will tell you to go ahead and pay the state for your card....what ever you do dont do it Until you get approved by the doctor.because if you dont get approved by the doctor and the state gives you a card .you cant get a refund And why would the state give you a med card before the doctor approves you.well the state approved me for my card and sent it to me .No refund for me

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were exceptionally nice and able to answer all my questions. I was disappointed that I had to go to Tampa but the Lakewood Ranch location was booked for several weeks.
