Ashley is truly an amazing human! Her knowledge, passion, and desire to help is truly impeccable! I got acupuncture and cupping done and feel absolutely remarkable! She has a very calming energy, makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable, her office is so clean and ambient, and she knows so much about her practice and beyond. So fortunate to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I was skeptical of the results that cupping would offer. After leaving with some severe bruising from the treatment, I was even more skeptical. I went in to Ashley unable to move my entire upper back and in extreme pain. Within 24- hours more than 75% of my discomfort has been alleviated and I can go about my day to day with minor pain. I will definitely be returning for further treatment. Highly recommend!

Amazingggg !! i’ve gone to her 3 times now & every time she teaches me something new about my body/the process. if you have any back pain this is 1000x better then a massage.

I had terrible tendinitis in my foot nothing helped not cortisone not physical therapy not muscle relaxers but a couple of visits to de Heintz and I can walk again

Love her!!!! She has helped me so much with a series of issues, I cant thank Dr. Ashley enough. Shes always very flexible with appointments and she is always excited to help her patients. She is the only acupuncturist Ive been to in Tampa, and I plan on continuing going there. Highly recommended.

I have been to Dr. Heintz twice now and she is a miracle worker. I have had chronic back/shoulder pain and acupuncture+ cupping has been my savior to stay out of pain. I live on the east coast of FL and after seeing Dr. Heintz the first time I started going regularly for acupuncture. I am also a physician (western medicine) and my experience with Dr. Heintz was so great that I now recommend my patients try acupuncture themselves! Every time I am back in Tampa I definitely will continue to make appointments with her! Highly recommend, she listens and addresses each concern above and beyond.
