If the website says the office closes at 7PM, somebody should be answering the phones until 7PM. And then the answering service for this office is the WORST and are not helpful at all.

Dr zamora. Is very professional he has been my doctor for almost years. Very compassionate.

The worst service and care I ever received. No calls back, very poor follow up. For example they didnt send in an authorization I was needing to MRI a suspicious cyst for over 2 weeks and it was done incorrectly and insurance denied it. I had an allergic reaction to a medicine they prescribed with no response from them for 10 days with multiple calls to them. Messages sent to me in Spanish. I dont speak Spanish. They didnt correct it. Dont go here if you want to live or be well.....I changed offices and a week later they atill did not send my records over! Complete incompetence and lethargy.

Worst attention Ever!!! This Doctor if I can’t call him doctor.... doesn’t even share with me 10 minutes! Guys like this make a shame the Hispanic medical practice! I told him my concerns and he really doesn’t care.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zamora. He is very attentive, understanding and professional.

His staff is very unhelpful even helpless at times. Youre lucky if you can get a referral from them if you need one. Not a good reflection on are Zamora.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This place is AWFUL!!!! No one ever answers the phone, it takes 5 business days to recieve a referral, and when you get it, it’s completely wrong and not the needed specialist. They are very careless and rude. I would not suggest anyone go there. This practice should be shut down.
