This facility is the absolute BEST! They are highly competent, professional and caring. Additionally, the staff is warm and friendly.I am extremely satisfied with their work (made custom molded sandals & shoes for me) which could not be more comfortable. You will not want to go anywhere else once youve been there. I promise you!

I came to custom pro fit labs with a broken left ankle foot orthosis. The owner Mark Thigpen informed me that my braces broken parts were no longer made. Instead of suggesting I get a brand new brace(expensive) or turning me away Mark and his team worked diligently to repair my brace with the parts they had in stock making it work and completing it on that same business day. I was extremely grateful that he was able to do so and it became clear to me that this is not only his livelihood but his passion to help others. If you want someone who will take any challenge and work till its completed Mark and his team are definitely your best choice.

Absolutely awesome staff! Friendly, courteous and concerned that I actually got the right shoes for my feet. I am diabetic and wear a 9 (yes 9!) E. That aint easy to fit. They did it! I am very grateful for the quality top notch service they provided. Thank you Pro Fit!

They tried to create AFOs for me, but didnt quite work due to my back tendon being too tight. Jeff Hyman I think sincerely was trying to help me and thought he could, but attempt fell short. Ankle Foot Orthotics (Braces) are expensive, but worth it if they work for you.Jeff was very courteous and methodical getting measurements; the process can be trying and he tried an idea other Orthopedists I have seen had not (If I saw him a few years ago it would have worked).He has helped other people I have known with CMT and despite the results with me I still give a 5 star rating due to knowing how hard he tried.
