I have never written a review like this before but I was so hurt by the treatment provided to me after speaking with front desk/ office manager. She shouted and spoke over me so disrespectful. She pretty much told me I wasn’t a priority. This lady is had no respect for patients and had no level of professionalism. So disappointed. I’m transferring as soon as I’m able to after been a patient for almost 10 years. So tired of the rudeness

Staff dont answer Phone and when they do they are usually Rude and impolite. Test Results are neglected for weeks, and is not until you call when they try to lie their way out. Terrible customer Service. Office Ran Very Poorly!

Dr. Herrera himself is very nice. However, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! The front office is absolutely awful. My fiance comes to this office and I sometimes come with him. Firstly, the front office is not friendly, they do not greet you at all, just keep the window shut. He has been seen a few times and every experience has been a nightmare. In recent events, the front office and whoever answers the phones has told us they would call us back about a very time sensitive and important matter and HAVE NEVER CALLED BACK. Four times! Each time we inform them we were told we were going to be called back they say they will make sure to call back this time and DONT! I am an RN and work in a doctors office/hospital and used to work front office, and the actions of this office are truly unbelievable, pathetic, and unprofessional. I will never refer patients here. We are currently trying to find another PCP as soon as possible as we have a pressing issue that apparently is not important at all to this office. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A STAFF WHO ACTUALLY CARES AND KEEPS THEIR WORD!!

I like Dr. Herrera. Ive been going to his office for about 10 years now. He spends quite a bit of time with his patients, which is rare. He is thorough and happy to explain things. Im not afraid to ask questions here. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

This office will have no consideration of your time. No less than 1 hour in the waiting area.If they know the doctor takes more time than usual with his patients, then they should schedule accordingly. Unfortunately, them getting a payment for the visit is more Important. Believe the previous comments. They are mostly true.

Awesome Doctor! He took the time to listen. Answered all my questions and addressed my concern. The staff was very nice and professional.

Typically I dont write reviews but because the front desk lady Lee was so freaking rude to me I felt like I had to a warn the new people to not even waste your time unless you dont care about your life. Im changing doctors. I told Dr. Herrera already about the front desk. She is rude with everyone even watching from a distance its looks nasty how she talks to people not to mention the Dr. takes half a century to see you and trust me I know this is not my first Primary but Im so over this office. This why I dont like coming here.

Terrible front desk staff!!! The referral lady had the Audacity to call my husband arrogant because he was asking her questions about his referral, The Nerve! Terrible place altogether Very unprofessional office!

Amazing doctor but poor customer service at the front desk. Never answer the phone to set up an appointment. Do a walk in and they asked me why I didn’t call to do an appointment! Smh

As I read these reviews, its sad that somebody actually had the time to create most of these fake reviews to tarnish Dr. Herreras image. My family and I have been coming over here for a while, and let me tell you something: he is one of the best doctors that we ever had in our lives! Very methodical, knowledgeable, and most importantly: he really takes his time to get to the bottom of the issue/concern. Everybody in the office is very pleasant: from Sandra at the front desk to Narmy who administer my injections on a weekly basis. Of course, you may experience a delay here and there, but thats what happens when you go to a good doctors office. At the end of the day, it gives us some peace of mind that we are being treated by a top notch professional in his field. Thank you, guys! Reis family

Doctor Herrera is awesome! Most doctors nowadays listen to your complaints, take your money and still refuse to help you until things get way out of hand. Doctor Herrera really cares and you will get the attention and help you are paying for. Be prepared to wait, but he is so worth it! I send all my family to him and we all love him. Thanks Dr. Herrera!!

The customer service is horrible and the professional courtesy is worse. When they answer the phone, their tone is depressing and they dont introduce themselves when they answer. I would recommend some customer service training and/or getting new staff. I put 1 star because I have too.

Doctor Charles Herrera is a wonderful Doctor to work with. His office manager Lee and Debbie who does the referrals are very unprofessional. The sit in the office all day and play, curse, make slurs about lesbians and being ratchett and ghetto.They never get any work done. If you call to get a referral done Debbie will put the paper to the side until she feels like doing it. Lee is a very bad example of an office manager. She plays, dances, and curses all day long. The only time she acts like an office manager is when the Doctors wife Kathy is coming into the office. The office is not that big. They lose charts, throw patients papers away and tell the patient things were never done. They talk about the patients bad. Very unorganized and unprofessional office

I was recently diagnosed with something that forced me to be rushed to ER. Im so young the hospital staff kept asking me during questioning if my primary care physician ever gave me any idea hat this could happen since there are early signs. I felt like an idiot becasue he did not. Looking back, there were so many signs especially with my family history that he knew and he said nothing. With all the blood, urinary, and ultra sound testing you would think they would have notified me but all they ever said that I was fine. Trusting this office with my health is one of my biggest regret in life. They are not mean but they are also not meant to be in business. There was not only one sign but at least several that gave earl indication of my diagnosis. Im regretful that I was able to switch. What made it worst was that when I came out of the hospital and told them that I needed to check up with a physician in 3-5 days per hospital policy, they said they cant see me for another couple of weeks. They should really be more stern on how doctors operate their practice.

The Doctor is a very thoughrough individual, he takes his time to evaluate your concerns.Now as for his STAFF! Especially that PATRICIA WOMAN AND THAT SO CALL NURSE SANDRA!UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INSENSITIVE, NASTY, TWO-FACED, ETC.SANDRA the So-Called Nurse never understand when she is spoken to, she interprets things in her own little head and in her own little way. She doesnt speak English to hold a full professional conversation, she doesnt listen which leads to her always giving you the wrong information about something totally unrelated to your call.He needs to RE-EVALUATE his Staff in order to have a successful medical practice.

Dont know why people are saying that the office staff is disorganized. This office goes Above and beyond for me and all the patients that I send their way. Dr. Herrers is compassionate and super intelligent and the other two physicians I work with, Dr. Fu,Di and Dr. Zarik send all of their patients to Dr Herrera. This office is busy and sometimes we have to be patient. They perform at a level 10 as far as Im concerned, and all my patients agree. This is a fabulous office.

Very unprofessional staff! Especially Katherine! She works as the so-called office manager, but she has no business interacting with the public. She is rude, belligerent and belittling. They used the wrong code when billing a claim to my insurance company and instead of correcting the issues (which has been unaddressed for almost a year) she was dismissive and beyond disrespectful! Stay away from the office of Dr Herrera.

As a holistic medicine practitioner myself, I fully appreciate Dr. Herreras updated knowledge in not only convetional medicine, but also nutritional alternative to prescription drugs. When I refer to Dr. Herrera, I always tell people that he does not push drugs on you.

Its sad to see that people use their personal frustration to attack someone elses reputation. Ive been with Dr. Herrera for more than 10 years now and always being treated with courtesy and respect. Of course the staff sometimes is overwhelmed with impatience patients (I guess this makes perfect sense!!!! Most people that go to visit a Dr. is usually in lack of it!!!) and I have to wait a little longer at the waiting room, but its like any other office. People forget to be thankful when everything is good. I really appreciate Dr Herreras impeccable character and professionalism, he is always there when you need him, always friendly and caring. I would give him only one suggestion.......prescribe some chill pills for those complainers and impatience patients, maybe then we can be more easy going.Ps: Its not a easy task....try to put yourself in their shoes for once.Thanks!

3 words. Waste of time. I walked out because the wait was so long I had to go to work. The lady @ the front desk lee told my mother she would be seen and she kept her waiting in the cold waiting room for 2 hrs and then she wanted to catch an attitude w/ me. Very unprofessional

BEWARE!!! He will chart misleading and false information about your health. Very dangerous and vindictive. Stay away. Always request your records !!

WOW These people are a nightmare! I have been going to see Dr. Herrera for 15 years. Its been 4 since my last visit so when I called, they told me I would be considered a new patient and I cannot be seen for 2 months. Ok, fine... The girl was so rude I asked to speak with someone else... Some lady who refused to give me her name gets on the phone before I can speak she says Stop screaming at me are you serious? She said Ok June 17, no June 27, no August. I said excuse me can you slwo down please She started using profanity and hung up on me when I called back, Melissa answered and hung up on me again. I love Dr. Herrera, BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK! please be BEWARE of these awful people. You are dealing with sick people and have 0 compassion. This is sad, there is not one person in that office that should in the Medical field. After this I am filing a formal complaint and will not stop until its resolved so that Dr Herrera patients do not have to deal with this treatment!

Nothing has changed in this office. I worked here 2 years ago. Still a very unprofessional office. Rude, work never gets done, cursing, playing around. The Dr. needs to do something about this before he has no patients. I had to leave here.

Dr. Herrera had been my sisters doctor for a long time. The last time she saw him, complaining about dizziness and nausea, he sent her home with a script for anti-nausea meds and told her to make an appointment with an ENT. She died shortly after, because he did not recognize womens symptoms for a heart attack - which are (in case anyones interested) shortness of breath, weakness, unusual fatigue, cold sweat, dizziness, nausea, and discomfort centered in the high chest. If I could give Dr. Herrera no stars, that would be my preference!

Wish I could give this office 0 stars. The front office are the worst people I have ever dealt with. Lie through their teeth. Dont do anything they say they will even after say they will tons of times. I am transferring out of this office.

The worst doctor Ive had the misfortune to know.Grocero and incoherent, to my great surprise it seems that he had not gone through college because his knowledge is quite scarce. To top it all of evil when I talk about my symptoms laughed in a rather disrespectful tone.When I wanted to talk about my medical history he told me to talk about the present and that he did not understand why he had gone.I do not recommend it for absolutely nothing.Do not waste your time and your dignity with Him.
