I found Therapist Jennifer Lagrotte to be very helpful. Her mellow spirit made it very easy to open up. I went to her for relationship counseling and saw many things within myself and within my partner that needed changing and/or acceptance. Although, my ex and I did not work out, I found that had we not gone to counsel with Jennifer we would have continued a hurtful cycle and unhappy relationship. Since my visit with her I have advised 2 other friends of her services. Also, I have continued to go to her seminars (various topics).
