Clean office. Caring doctor and staff. I brought my grandmother for a hearing test and he (Jesus Raul Placencia) was so incredibly gentle, kind, honest and knowledgeable ..with so much patience! Excellent with elderly care! She was treated with compassion & dignity.Making appointment was easy and they were very accommodating to our schedule.I highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Doctor was super nice and he gave clear and concise directions so I wasn’t as nervous as when I walk in. The receptionist is also nice. I would recommend this location.

Very clean and organized . I was in and out quickly . They set the waiting room up to comply with Covid 19 guidelines , I was really comfortable not have to waiting in the car .

I had given my hearing Aid for repairs and was out of the city when the front desk in charge called me to pick up the set . I told her that I was out of city and will return after few days. She asked for my address . The very next day I was surprised to receive my set, which I should mention that the concerned staff went out of the way and provided excellent service. Thank you.

Im writing this for my friend, who has been to HearUSA. Jesus, the specialist, is very qualified and will do all he can for you when it comes to hearing tests and getting aids. Be persistent and patient. When you can get through on the phone (they are very busy and their computers are antiquated), you can and will eventually get your needs met. The office has a very strong medicinal scent which can be irritating to some people.

I guess no one speaks English anymore-I have left messages for call back- since Covid-No one has returned my call. I was told that the doctor has not been seeing any patients since Covid began. My mother got her hearing aid just before Covid hit. , She spent thousands of dollars and I was told when it wasn’t working to drop the hearing aid off @ the front door- where someone would clean it and then return it to me. That’s ridiculous! Every other doctor I know has returned to work or worn a mask and is back to their office with limited hours. If tge Dr. feels compromised- get someone in place. They make enough money!My mother is 88 years old. She must be seen by a Dr. I’m not running her back and forth to see “ if” the hearing aid is cleaned- MAYBE it will work! My kids are physicians in NY- this would never happen there. When I told them they told me to report it. This is my last attempt & I will.My mother has been without hearing since March. I am beyond fed up with this place.

Convenient and very helpful. The Dr. took time to listen to my concerns and adjusted my aids as needed.

I had a hearing test at the tamarac location. Waiting time was about 20 minutes. They had free coffee and biscotti for snacks. I was greeted cordially. The tech gave me a thorough testing and explained the results to my understanding. He was very nice and answered all my questions. My experience was a good one and i would recommend this facility to others.

The woman running the place is the rudest of rude. She needs a lesson on how to treat customers. Multiple experiences of her rudeness. If I was her boss Id fire her.

In January i was tested and fitted for a new hearing aid by Ms Wendy Binder at the Tamarac Location and am very pleased with my new aid and very satisfied with my entire visit there. Wendy on a scale of 10 gets my 10!
