I would recommend staying away from this business. They let you place orders and pay for items that are not in stock. When you call them they always say that it will arrive at end of the week. It took 6 weeks for my last order to arrive, at which point I no longer needed it. Despite telling me that I can return the item, they then did not let me return it, although I never even opened the box. There are far better and more reputable companies around.

Im located about 20 minutes from their location, ordered an item a week ago, and usps tracking still shows waiting on item...After talking to Grubermans office, and requested my refund, they suggested not to jump on refund right away(after a week) and they cant give refund because it is not their fault, according to them they took the item to the post office. I ask so how long more should I wait, they had no clue....if you as a business, have been having this issue, you should look into a different shipping carrier..or call the post office to find out what is going on!!!!

I have never been so satisfied with my order! Not being big into medicine or nutrition myself, I found the entire process of ordering to be super easy. Dr. Guberman certainly knows what he is doing and was able to help me with my particular order. Furthermore, the service that I experienced from Karen was phenomenal. She was able to ask the right questions to pair me with my product. She certainly aims to please and even called me to confirm my order arrived and was perfect- WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?! It was refreshing to know a company still cares. I would recommend Guberman Chiropractic and Nutritional Center to anyone I know, and anyone who is hoping to find a consistent company to depend on!

I have placed an order with this company and received tracking number 2 days later. 10 days later, the tracking number still didnt show the order was shipped. I called the vendor to no response and send them email to cancel my order and refund me, since I had already placed the order somewhere else.The next day lady from a company reached me and said the order was actually just send that morning and once I received it, just give it back to post company. Order arrived the next day and I did return it. Week later, still no refund from these crooks. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and they are still giving me a hard time even with my refund.Also when I asked why would they send me a tracking number for shipment which was never shipped, the lady said it must have been a glitch in a shipping department. A glitch! Dont send tracking info out until you send out the order!If you do a business with this company, you are running a high chances of not seeing your money or merchandise.

I purchased Curaderm from Dr. Guberman. I have used Curaderm before to treat skin cancer with amazing success but havent had a doctor outside of my dermatologist to talk with. Since I have a spot on my nose I was extremely concerned. Dr. Guberman has been very responsive and answered my question. I am so delighted Ive found him and highly recommend him.

When I first started going to Dr. Guberman I had many health issues. However, I was still young and caught be issues at the beginning stages, and I continue to see him regularly. Dr. Guberman was able to help me to the point where I am recommending him to family and friends. Many of them have had their health issues for years and he has still been able to help them.

I placed an order over a month ago and I still have not received it. I did receive a tracking number that goes no where after September 12th. I emailed the company frustrated and said this is crazy and will no longer be ordering from them . I was told it was delayed from the weather. Another 2 weeks later I emailed them again and asked for another shipment or to be refunded and I received a voicemail from a woman basically belittling me on how rude my email was. Apparently that wasn’t enough so she sent me an rude email about how I didnt answer my phone (sorry people work), I’m not a civil person, and to never order from them again. I clearly did not read these reviews ahead of time. I have never had such poor customer service in my life or have been talked to like that by a company.

Do not shop here they jack up prices and the customer service is terrible.

I purchase supplements fromDrGuberman online. I must say that their customer service and business practices are very poor. I placed an order in Jan, was charged immediately for the items that were not shipped. I had to follow up multiple times by email and phone with no results only empty promises. My request for a refund was ignored, and I had to take action through a PayPal dispute. The dispute was finally resolved in April.
