Their caretakers, especially Isabel; and their executives, Saumya and Juan Pablo, go above and beyond the line of duty.Finding quality compassionate care can be very stressful. And, the COVID 19 pandemic makes it all more complicated. We had already gone through two agencies. We wanted properly trained and certified personnel with a proven record of knowledge, responsibility, and punctuality. We also required gentle and kind care in two languages, English and Spanish. Absolutely wonderful experience with Home Helpers. My daughter needed care following an out of town “Mommy Makeover”. Saumya really cares about her patients! She goes out of her way to make sure the best care is provided. She even arrived at the hotel the very night we landed to make sure everything was set up and again after surgery to check on my daughter and provide instruction for care. Carolyn, who provided the daily care, is exemplary. She is professional, friendly and hard working! I cannot imagine that my daughter would have progressed so quickly in her recovery without her!
