Very nice and clean establishment. I appreciated my time with Chris who was very informative, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I thought acupuncture would hurt, but it did not hurt at all. It was very relaxing and they played calming music in a dark room while the needles were connected to a tens machine for about 45 minutes. They left a call button next to me in case I needed anything and were very quick to respond.My sciatica felt 75% better on the first day. I will try more sessions to see if I can get more relief.However, I believe $150 for one session is a bit much, when other wellness centers that I contacted are much less expensive whether youre a new customer or not. After the first session I was told by one person that its $80 per session and another person at the same center left me a voice message stating that it would by $95 per session. That being said, I will seek out the other wellness centers and give them a try.

Five Elements is the most amazing wellness center Ive ever been to. The decor is so beautiful. Its ancient Egyptian style, with beautiful statues. The ladies at the front desk are so nice & helpful. My first appointment went really well. Thankfully no one was there so I was able to check in really quickly.To my surprise they took me to a second waiting room. Third one was very tranquil. Pictures attached. There is two bathrooms. The entire place is really clean. I filled out a questionnaire and afterwards I went for my massage. My therapists name was Chris. He was amazing & very knowledgable of techniques.The massage room had a fireplace in it. How cool is that lol? My massage went by to quickly. I got acupuncture afterwards with a doctor named Chris too😂😂. I go to Five Element Wellness Center weekly for a massage and acupuncture. The staff is wonderful and the massage therapist and acupuncture doctor ALWAYS take good care of you! I always leave there feeling so relaxed! I cant say enough good things about Five Elements and I highly recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Positive experience each visit. Dr. Bain is friendly, efficient and patient to listen to concerns and addresses issues. I have worked with several of the Therapists and all have strengths. My preference for both deep tissue or Sweedish massage is Diondre.

Holistic medicine at its finest. Dr Chris is top notch.

When I walked in my shoulder pain was really bad and I couldn’t really move my neck. When I left the pain had been relieved and I was able to move my neck left and right. I also literally slept from 4pm that Friday till Saturday 5am! It really put me to sleep once I got home.

I believe the only way to discribe this place is AMAZING! Everyone here is so nice, from the moment you walk in- until the moment you leave- it feels like home.The place is super clean and peaceful.I personally have only came here for a message (maybe about 7 times now) and if I could I would go everyday!I see Matt, he is really a genuinely great guy.I came in with neck and shoulder pain and he took the time to listen to what was happening with me and do everything he could to fix it.After only 2 sessions of shoulder focus I am feeling 100 times better.This place is a gem, I have everyone in my family wanting to go. AND to top it all off they take insurance! Making it even more affordable then it already is.Thank you Mitch, Matt and a great team for helping me feel amazing :)

I had amazing results with acupuncture and massage at Five Element Wellness Center. As you walk in the décor is unique, extremely clean and very friendly staff. Ive been treated for injuries due to sport and was very pleased with results.
