Extremely disappointed with the level of compassion and professionalism of the Office Supervisor . The doctors and additional support staff are 5+ stars o every level! Recently after my elderly mom was added on for an evaluation on same day, blood work was required and you now must leave and go elsewhere but to my dismay there was a disconnect in the process. I left and immediately attempted to have this done as Quest closes at noon and my Mom is diabetic and having issues so it would be most useful for it to be done during the event. The lab called office and related while on the phone the doctor was with another patient and policy dictates they are NOT to be interrupted. We left and went back to office in hopes of getting the orders to get this done for accuracy, only to be met by a woman who did Not identify herself stating the orders were at the lab but we left. I said we were hoping to get a paper copy of orders as we needed to get this done, she reiterated they were there now but we left. I requested her to call over to lab so we did not run around again for nothing and her response was you dont need to have an attitude - Seriously????? I said really the lab said you would not interrupt doctor so therefore I am running around at least call the lab. She did place the call but while doing so made the comment you should just leave, then started the lab will not wait - they close promptly from 12p-1p.It is sad that a practice such as this one who has a good number of geriatric patients does NOT have the compassion, professionalism, communication skills from the upper administration position it should.Extremely dissatisfied with this aspect of a small town practice.

AWFUL! Since change of Drs!I was taking off all of my meds that I need for my condition that is none treatable. Once Dr. Ghandor did that I ended up in the hospital admitted. Great Dr!!! So much for following my chart and previous Drs orders... Funny how the meds i been on for 15+ yrs is now all a sudden NOT help me its in my head... U kidding me!!!! Every Dr I seen said YOU are wrong!! But yet here you are prescribing other ppl pain meds no problem and adding more on top 👍 👌 great Dr ! You have made me suffer! Thank God Im no longer with this place!! Since the changes of Drs I would NOT recommend anyone there!! GOOD LUCK!!!

This is my 2nd time seeing Dr. Ghandour and I can honestly say that he was the best primary physician that I had for a long long time. He was very patient in listening to my concerns and recommended treatments that actually worked. His office staff has been superb as well. I called into the office because I was running late and I know they have to adhere to the 15 minute late policy or they’ll have to cancel my appt, regardless, I made it there right on the dot and the staff checked me in within 10 seconds then I was seen by the DR within 1 minute. I have referred Dr. Ghandour to several of my relatives and they are all seeing him as their primary. So far they all thanked me for the recommendation.
