This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Extremely rude, told me not to look at her while she’s doing my nails and told me the shape I wanted didn’t exist. To me wide coffin has always been a thing? There’s a thin ballerina shape and then there’s a wider coffin? But anyway I was basically reprimanded by the owner for this. Rude, unprofessional, and tacky. Will never return. My friend that referred me there is actually not going back either

After trying many nail salons in the area I was referred to Vital Tips and I am so glad I did!I get acrylic fills every three weeks and a pedicure every 3-6 weeks. Ive been looking for a salon that has exception quality for both services and Vital Tips is the place!Acrylic fills are competitively priced and the attention to detail and creative skill are impossible to beat. Ive had many nail designs in the past six months and Vital Tips has nailed them all.Pedicures are thorough, relaxing and very high quality.Everything in the salon is clean and well maintained.

Made two appointments for a mani pedi for 5:15pm yesterday. Upon arrival we were greeted by what seemed to be the owner/management. She was very friendly but this review is more for the two woman that serviced my friend and I. We began with our pedicures and decided to upgrade to the “organic matter” package for our gel pedicures. During these pedicures we were asked by the ladies if we were only getting our feet done which we responded no we booked an appointment for a gel mani/ pedi. Then proceeded to express to each other how “they were going to be here all night” right in front of us. The pedicure was very rushed and my feet were not even scrubbed with the pumice. Just a cuticle clean up and polish. They finished the pedicure by wrapping the mask on our feet and rushed us to a quick manicure. I did have acrylics on one hand that I did not finish removing and it was not until payment was due that she mentioned a $15 acrylic removal fee for one hand. I feel very disappointed and robbed by this place. I was charged $115 for mediocre service. I am not one to complain but I FEEL VERY ROBBED and people should stead away from this place !

I love this place! Fair pricing and quality results! Its safe to say I have found my go to salon. I would highly recommend to anyone I know! 😁

I had a very disappointing experience. The job was rushed and I left the place with flaking dry skin on my heel. They wanted to charge me more when I pointed it out to them instead of spending a few seconds more scrubbing. It was the worst pedicure I have had, definitely not worth the $40 I paid with tip. The staff was not friendly. I felt like my business was not appreciated. I would not go there unless you want to sit in a fancy clean place for bad pedicure and service.

I got a full set with UV gel on Saturday (4/10), by Monday (4/12) one nail had broken, by Tuesday the gel started lifting from the base of two nails and lifting from the tip of two other nails. Its Friday (4/16) I easily peeled of all ten nails. The pedicures are ok.

My lady took her time and my acrylics look great. But definitely overpriced for what they look like.

Theyre super accommodating, kind, and very affordable especially in summit! note: theres free parking in the back - dont search/pay for street!

My nails all popped off within a week for a full acrylic set with gel polish ($60 w/o tip). Went in for a repair when one popped off and one was loose after 4 days and sat for almost 25 minutes waiting with zero apology or anyone attempting to help, so I left. They all came off on their own the day after that and no glue or anything was left on my nails showing how badly they were put on. Deserve a full refund

I called before I came and asked if there was any appointments available. They said as long as I am here by 4 it would be fine. I came and one nail tech was working on my nails, apparently she was not moving fast enough because they wanted to be out by 5, so the other nail tech came and took over. The new nail tech was extremely rude and impatient. She took over without asking any questions about what I was getting done to my nails. I was going to get a design she had lost the design I chose, and was impatient when I had to find it again. It was my first time there, I came because they had great reviews. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Love getting my nails done here. State of the art equipment with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Clean and prompt service. Reasonable prices.

I have been going to Katy and Kim for years! I love that they have a new salon located in Summit. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and they are beyond amazing. They pedicures here are to die for!

I got to admit my nails look great but only because the owner had to take over. The girl who was doing my nails cut my skin and I’m bleeding between my nails since. The service was terrible, I was sitting there for 3 hours and the employees were saying if you want something good you got to wait and stuff. They made me feel terrible. Even though my nails seems like a piece of art, I’m definitely not coming back. Worst experience ever!Ps. Way too overpriced, spent 50 bucks more from what I usually spend on the best places in Westfield.

This place was clean, staff was friendly, and service was great! Got the organic matters pedicure and I will definitely be back for another!

Came in for the ‘basic pedicure’ and fell in love! They took care of my tired feet with oils, creams, exfoliants, a hand massage, hot stone massage, two different types of creams, a warm towel massage, and to top it all off, a paraffin wrap on my heels! And this was just the regular pedicure- I’ll definitely be trying the more pampering pedicures in the future. At almost 40 weeks pregnant, everyone was very helpful with getting me around the salon. I can’t wait to be back for another mani/pedi!

The lady who did my nails rushed so much & missed some spots on my acrylics and i waited 1 hr & 15 mins to get them done.
