I absolutely agree with the NEGATIVE comments about Dr. Jacksons office staff being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & SHORT!!! I have been going to Dr. Jackson since he used to be an ER doctor and open his private practice. For many recent years I have ALWAYS had Medicare (no supplement to Medicare). Last year I also had Horizon but NO LONGER have that insurance, now just Medicare. I could not seem to get this person (who unpleasantly spoke to me) to understand that. Furthermore, she INSISTED that all Medicare patients must pay in full at the time of service and be reimbursed by Medicare. In all of these many years that I had Medicare coverage only, I HAVE NEVER, EVER PAID ONE PENNY AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. This woman insisted that it has never been that way!!!!! So just for the hell of it I asked her how much would the visit cost and she had no clue!!! What a racket!!! I know for a fact that she did not initially open with his practice and must be somewhat new, but if this is the way she is treating his patients, hes going to lose business. I am definitely going to write him a letter stating exactly what I have stated on this particular post!

Dr. Jackson has been my doctor for 11years. I recommend him always and highly. He gives in-depth explanations to your ailment and/or treatment, hes well-known and respected by his peers at Overlook Hospital. Above all, he tells it like it is. I love that. If you want the truth about your health go to him. If you cant handle the truth or youre the type that likes to tell the doctor how to do his work then Dr. Jackson (and his staff) is not for you.

I had a physical with him about two months ago and have been trying to get my blood test results since then. I have been calling him everyday for a while and leaving messages to his admin to get my blood test results. I havent been successful. He is an awful awful doctor.

I totally agree with the review below stating that the person who answers the phone has zero customer service skills. Shes snippy and interrupts and sounds like she cant be bothered, like shes trying to find a way to get rid of you. I will never go back to this office.

I called on 09/23/16 to set an appointment to get the flu shot but the person who answered the phone was so short and rude I was absolutely turned off! I would never give my money to people who are not service oriented. She sounded as though I was bothering her, she interrupted me more than once and she was just a damper to deal with. Office staff are the first representations of the doctors office. She needs to do better.

He is my grandma dr and is funny and excellent
