I’ve had one virtual visit in April and this was my first in-person visit on July 29 after a short and unexpected hospital stay. The appointment went very well. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Brennens spent over an hour talking through all of my issues and concerns. She didn’t rush me, listened to my thoughts and was very easy to talk to and personable. We worked out a plan and she called in some scripts which were ready at my local pharmacy by the time I stopped by about an hour later. This is a very different doctor’s office visit from my past experiences. I’m looking forward to building relationships with this practice.

What an OUTSTANDING & AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Everyone is absolutely fantastic, very caring, easy to talk to and very attentive! Very prompt and fast answering messages and phone calls. No waiting to see the Doctor and they spend as much time as you need with them. Completely explain everything and offer preventative testing if they feel you would benefit from it BUT IT IS NOT FORCED ON YOU!!!For instance my mother recently passed from Lung Cancer and Pulmonary Fibrosis (which strongly runs in my moms family) so I was offered a Lung CT Scan to check my lungs for any early changes) Looking forward to my Doctor appointments now.

Love the care I receive from Dr Bernens. Always has time to answer my questions. Never seems hurried. Very caring. Staff is excellent.

Dr Dowd and team including outside specialists caught a very nasty disease before it became life threatening and now the larger team is managing/coordinating it’s treatment. Great concern but no over-reactions, only focused care. Overall very pleased. And this was just after Cornerstone bought the practice and I had no idea how that would turn out.

I am so fortunate to have Dr. Mollenkopf at the Harbourview office. The entire staff and office environment is definitely not the norm. You are definitely not treated as a number and rushed. The staff are responsive and always available. If you are looking for practice that puts the patient first and gives the time to share and address your health and wellness goals - look no further.

DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS NOT DECIDED TO BE VACCINATED FROM COVID-19 THEY WILL NOT HIRE YOU. They do not care to ask why. They are judge mental from the beginning. I think it’s very DISCRIMINATORY to think that what I do with my body is anybodies business when it’s had been proven and stated as a FACT that the vaccine doesn’t mean you will not contact COVID-19 or the new delta variant. People who have gotten vaccinated have still contracted the virus. I was asked very bluntly if I was vaccinated and then sent an email that said they will not hire anyone who isn’t. That is unfair for anyone who spent years in college and thousands of hours in training, with multiple certificates and licenses to practice in healthcare . This theory that the vaccines (STILL NOT FDA approved) is a save all for anyone is the most small minded thing I’ve encountered especially from those in healthcare who should be examining the facts and scientific facts of the vaccines themselves. This practice should be ashamed of themselves for not allowing employees to think and do for themselves without forcing them to either take a vaccine or work.

I can not sy enough good about this practice! Extremely responsive office staff who known me by name, tracks each things with my very complicated medical needs, treats me with respect and listens! They make sure Doc has all my info at the ready! Dr. Mollenkopf is by far the best PCP who’s now with the BEST Practce in town! Top Docs attract top talent and Cornerstone is full of top professionals! I can text the office and set up a appointment, who does that? Cornerstone that’s who! Who has their Docs call patents back vs the nurse? Cornerstone! Who has Docs call with test results? You guessed it, Cornerstone Private Practice we are grateful for you!!

The professional organized staff conducts efficiency at all levels they are on top of all issues and plan out a patients process with in depth accuracy..the doctor listens, integrates into the process all components. Came over from prior practice and I was blown away by Dr. Hacker and staff. Took her time and went over my history with a fine tooth comb. I felt she took her time and I didn’t feel rushed and I could talk to her about anything and not feel scared or embarrassed to bring up. I think they implemented some great ideas in the practice. I’m very pleased and happy with my new doctor and practice. She actually listens and cares. Awesome!

Dr. Chris Dowd and his staff of Jennifer, Ashley and others, are top notch and his practice is a huge asset to have in the Suffolk area. I stay extremely busy with my company and when I need to see Chris, there is never an issue with getting an appointment and my average wait time when I have an appointment is literally under 5 minutes!! Chris is incredibly competent, kind, compassionate, patient and has been a blessing to me. I am so thankful for these folks and I felt compelled to share that fact!!

Warm welcome, no wait and the most thorough and thoughtful providers! Dr Hacker took her time, did a careful exam and payed attention to the small details, another might just ignore! She explained herself clearly and explained it in a way I had not heard before. Highly recommended!

Ive been with them for a few years now and I must say there much more than my Primary Care Physician. They are responsive, always professional and never make you feel like just another patient. They really do care and it shows. I must say they have had a great impact on my health and well being. 10 🌟 Stars.

Its nice having Drs that when you need them there available 24-7 and I dont mean 3 or 4 hours I mean less then 30 minutes!

If I have an issue in between my regular schedule appointments, I can call, tell them my problem Dr. Dowd or staff can usually resolve the same day or the next. He is very thorough.The staff are like family members working together to resolve my problem. It’s very rare these days to find a Doctor and his staff to give you the respect and response that quick and get it right the first time. I don’t plan on going anywhere else, and you shouldn’t either.

We recently joined this practice after reviewing other options. We are impressed with the Doctors in the practice. Our introduction included meeting Dr Anka Hacker and discussing treatment philosophies. We were pleased that we match up well with expected treatment plans and other services.We anticipate ease of scheduling appointments with the doctors when needs arise. I have been a patient at Cornerstone Family Practice for over 6 years, and I have nothing but superlatives to say about the care I receive. Dr. Dowd has given me great care, and largely because of his motivation, I am no longer overweight (for the first time in over 50 years) and my overall health is much better than before. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Dowd and his staff! Dr Dowd takes the time to know YOU; this helps him with his approach to treatment. He knows your medical history takes the time to coordinate specialists. LISTENS to my issue and is able to relate to my whole self not just my medical condition. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and he really cares about his patients. I love the staff always considerate friendly and understanding. They promptly respond to emails, phone calls etc. They will check up on you to see how a treatment is working. I have absolutely never been to a better practice. I live on the peninsula and refuse to change doctors, Cornerstone Private Practice cannot be duplicated.

I called to schedule a new patient exam and was told Id have to speak with the office manager who was on the phone and would call me back. I waited 24 hours and called back since no one had returned my call and was told my message would again be give to Jennifer the office manager. Four days later I got an email from her saying they were having ITT problems that would be fixed that day and she would call me that afternoon. Its been 3 1/2 weeks and I still havent heard from her or anyone else. Too bad the front office staff is the first impression a person gets because this staff has really dropped the ball.
