We love this place. Michelle is always pleasant and polite, she is super helpful always with any questions or issues we might have. The doctor is a wonderful specialist. Always explains everything in details, patient and understanding with a friendly smile and good word for her patients. Thank you!

The receptionist is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The audiologist is expert. Her advice on which style of hearing aid best meets my hearing loss issues was straight to the point and right on the money. A warm professionalism is the defining mark of my experience there.

Came to hearusa with a family member in need of hearing aids. The doctor and front desk personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. Hearing aids are working very well. Definitely recommend.

Very clean office, easy to make an appointment. There is a 2-3 week wait for the appointment. Wait time was 10 minutes. The audiologist is very nice. She explains the procedure before starting anything. And afterwards guided us through the next steps.

With the exception of the audiologist, this place is fraudulent. I had to replace a lost hearing aid thru my insurance. They said it would cost $750 plus tax. I didnt do it. Later during Covid, I worked with Corporate Headquarters and they replaced it for $450. Thats NOT COOL!

Very friendly and attentive especially to elderly patients. And they have tea and coffee and great snacks while youre waiting!

Horrible. We went here 3 years ago for my husband to be evaluated for hearing aids. They couldnt figure out how to work with our insurance even though they were the exclusive participating provider in our plan, and they tried to overcharge us by hundreds of dollars based on what other HearUSA offices charged for the same devices. When I called other HearUSA office to check on their prices, Thomas Biondi found out, became angry, berated me on the phone, then told me that he would not accomodate my husbands need for Saturday appointments -- even though he initially told us that he would. We filed a complaint with HearUSA headquarters and ended up going to their River Edge, NJ office instead, even though its 20 minutes further away. We have been going to the River Edge office for 3 years now and the hearing specialist there, Wyman Archer, is terrific. We would never return to the Suffern office as long as Biondi is there. We have heard similar complaints about him from one of our elderly neighbors. Not recommended!
