I took my hubs here for for a “date day” while the grandparents watched the kids! ✨We had a Stretching Consultation with Raquel H. & had a great time! She was very nice & welcoming! Highly recommend stretching & letting the professional do it for you! After having two kids it was a GREAT stretch & for my hubs he is on feet all day so he was able to start his journey gaining more flexibility! He’s going back for two more!

Just had a stretch with Raquel and she is a game-changer! She used several different Props and techniques to really stretched me out and I feel like a new woman after walking out of there. Went to stretch zone in stuart to get help with lower back pain. . Geno worked with me stretching in ways I never thought my body could bend. I have booked 3 months worth of stretching. So far I feel so much better. Highly recommend!!!

Been going to the Stuart location for a couple years now. All of the Staff are great, to include the new building they are in.

I recently went to the Saint Lucie West location. All the staff were very friendly. The facility was clean and they are following all the guidelines for this pandemic we are currently going through. Tony was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. He made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do and the method on why it helps. I will say, if you already havent tried Stretch Zone, you need to try it. It truly does help!!!

I stretch in the morning on my own but there is a major difference on having someone else stretch you. They were able to get much deeper into the stretch and I really did feel a difference and it’s only been 2 30 min sessions ! I would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with lower back tightness

Love, love, love going there! As a runner, this is such a wonderful experience to have after a hard training run or after a race. Even if you think you stretch yourself well enough, youll be amazed how good you feel after visiting Stretch Zone! I bought a package of 10 sessions and had planned to share half of them with my husband. After the first one, and knowing that I was in the middle of my marathon training, I opted to keep them all! (Sorry, hubby!) Its as relaxing as a massage is.

This is the help I needed for my lower back issues. Being a very active person, I struggle with lower back issues. I have had the greatest success with proper stretching before and after activity. Stretching on my own just wasnt doing it. Now, with proper assisted stretching I can get the real gains and flexibility I need to perform pain free. The therapist are great. The price is right. And the results are surprisingly worth it. What a difference assisted stretching is over stretching on my own. Highly recommended.

I had my second 30 minute session yesterday and was amazed how my body can stretch in ways I never knew. The therapist was very knowledgeable and explained each technique as he was doing it. While this particular session seemed pretty intense, I was pleasantly surprised that my body wasnt too sore afterwards! The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. I look forward to more stretching sessions.

Ive only had one treatment, but it was the best. Money is the issue at this moment, but if not, would be there at least 2-3 times a week. They are the best and very professional.

Extremely disappointed. I was expecting better results and more knowledgeable staff. Manager was very pushy. Much too expensive for me. Ill be stretching on my own and saving the money.

I got a great stretch from a fantastic therapist. Really helped open my hips up and stretched out my hamstrings. Lower back felt much looser afterwards too
