I signed up for the no strings attached, cancel anytime, no obligation massage club. Well, apparently they didnt tell me all the info. When I tried to cancel I was informed it takes 30 days (after filling out a paper form and submitting it) to go into effect (so I gathered enough info to expect to be charged again in those 30 days, even though I wanted to cancel). If you want to cancel you only have 30 days to use any massages you have already paid for. Scam. Highly do not recommend.

Elements Massage provided a calming atmosphere from the moment I walked into the lobby. Everyone was extremely kind and informative about the services available. Greg is an amazing massage therapist, he helped alleviate all of my muscle pain! Absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end!

Manager gave us a coupon for an upgrade for our next massage but would have been nice to receive what we paid for this visit. Only reason its 4 stars and not 5.

I guess this company prides themselves in stealing money from their customers. After a horrible service, I had from their Stuart location, I made it blatantly clear how unhappy was and wouldnt be coming back. Did they stop charging my card? NO. They kept charging it for 5 months. Once realizing I contacted them and asked for a refund of the 5 sessions they charged me for at 69.99 each. Totaling 349$. Their response was ”Nothing was documented at your last visit so we wont be able to refund you”... ARE YOU SERIOUS? Since your employee failed to document I cant get my money back? This company steals from their customers. HORRIBLY RUN COMPANY. I dont recommend their service at all.

Leslie was fantastic! She was very attentive to my individual needs and listened when I needed pressure adjusted. She is great at deep tissue massage and got me out of the pain I was in when I walked in! Place is clean and everyone was very nice. Highly recommend!

I’ve had lots of massages in the area but this was by far the best! The spa was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist listened to me when I told her where I had the most pain and she worked hard to relieve it. The pricing is a little high but it’s for sure worth every penny!

Jeff saved my behind. I shuffled in with untied shoes because I couldnt reach my feet in agonizing pain and walked out with tied shoes with tolerable pain. Jeffs a miracle worker. The problem was when I signed up for the monthly subscription. I paid for the first service then signed up for the subscription to book my second service at the discounted rate. When I checked my bank acct I was charged 4 times. That made my bank acct overdraft and incur fees too. Eventually I was refunded for the services I never got and I believe even a service I had received but I dont plan on ever giving them my debit card number again. Shame because I need Jeff and I tip him about 60% but I cant have my bank acct emptied again

My experiences at Elements Massage have always been great! The location and hours are convenient, the atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and the people are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I went through many months of physical therapy following surgery, and did not make nearly as much progress as I did after a few sessions of massage therapy with Jeff. I have also received wonderful massages from other therapists on staff. Additionally, at $59, their pricing is far less than some other places. I would highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone who would like to enhance their health or recover from injury/surgery. I am so grateful for the difference their services have made in my life.

Rachel is very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She listens to me explain my specific problems and provides attention to detail in each area of concern. She takes her time and knows how to communicates with me to apply the precise amount of pressure to the intense pain in my cervical spine and aching muscles. After each session, Afterward, I feel so relaxed that Im actually able to crack my neck, aah! Feeling blessed that I found Elements Massages!

I got a gift card to here from an in-law and had just the best experience. My therapist (I believe her name was Ashley) was super great and really responsive. Best massage I’ve had in YEARS and I get them often. Excellent!

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage yesterday. We had Jeff and Mike and they were both great. Mike was extremely considerate to the fact that I dont enjoy a super deep massage and Jeff did a great deep tissue massage for my boyfriend. We cant wait to go back!

I was super happy with Elements Massage. I booked a massage after my marathon for some help getting rid of the toxins that accumulate after a long session. Jeff was fantastic at getting to the root of my issues and giving me advice on just what I need to do to continue getting better. Love the front end staff, who were super helpful as well. My only disappointment is that I had to fly back to Chicago and wont be able to return to get another session booked! If Im in the area Ill book my massage there again!

Everyone was polite, respectful, and informative, from the receptionist to the masseuse. The premises were extremely clean, simple, and serene. This was an introductory priced 90-minute massage that I received as a gift and it did not disappoint! Rielle was my masseuse and she was A-mazing!! I would highly recommend her and Elements Massage. They do offer discounted massages when you sign up for package deals. Unfortunately, regular massages are not in my budget but I would definitely choose Elements Massage if they were.

This location lost a customer today. I booked an appointment for 2:00 pm (see picture) and really needed the massage since I have been suffering with some back pain lately. If I could leave a negative star, I would.I showed up 5 minutes early and the doors were locked even though the OPEN sign was up. I then tried to call and nobody answered. I decided to wait until my appt. time to see if someone would be unlocking the doors but nobody showed. I called again to leave a message when I noticed a girl unlocking the doors. When I went inside the girl told me they were closed. I said I have an appointment that is booked. In a very condescending voice she replied Sorry, I denied you, goodbye. HOW RUDE!!!I will never go back again and I hope that Brittany loses her job after treating customers like that.I also expect the company to refund me for the $59 gift certificate.I wasted my time getting to this appointment, while in pain, only to be turned away at the door. This is horrible customer service!

This place is awful. I made a reservation for a friend & myself. I called and put my credit card down to reserve the massages, but for some reason they put the reservation under my friend’s name. I called about a week before the massages to cancel the appointment b.c we ended up not being able to both make it. When I called, I was told they couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. They found my name but didn’t see any appointments so I was told to not worry about it. A few weeks later my card was charged $69 for a no show. When I called originally, I was told they couldn’t understand why I was being charged and they weren’t showing it in their system but a manager would call me, I never heard a word. I called again, was told a manager would call me, still nothing. Finally I went to the location hoping to speak w a manager in person. Of course, they weren’t there. Hannah, the employee who was there was actually extremely helpful and was able to get to the bottom of the situation. The reservation was under my friend’s name w my credit card. She told me she would leave a memo for her manager and they’d call me to authorize the refund. I again, never heard a thing. I called again a few days later, Hannah told me she spoke w her manager and that she would remind her again to call me. Still never heard a WORD from the manager. My final phone call, Hannah answered and told me her manager told her she left me a message (that I never received) and that since the charge was under someone else’s name I’d have to take it up w my bank as fraud. Which obv it isn’t fraud, my friend didn’t use my card. They just made a mistake and aren’t refunding me when they should. The manager clearly does not know how to run this place and I’ve still never heard a word from them so I’m assuming they are just hoping I’ll go away and they can keep my $69. I definitely will never be booking an appointment here ever again and I urge anyone who’s considering booking here to make sure they take necessary precautions and if you can’t make your appointment, be prepared to get screwed and still have to pay money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went for a couples massage, and we were both very happy with our massage therapists, Sandy and Nubia. I will say, if you are looking for someone to dig out your knots, Nubia is a great choice!

Just had literally the best massage (deep tissue, full body) I have ever had in my life with Bri, without question. The best way to describe the experience is earth shattering. By far, it was the most therapeutic and restorative massage I have ever received. Every single one of my knots was isolated and worked on. In between the more intense parts, amazing hand and arm massages! Even though the better part of the massage was more intense than most deep tissue massage I have received,due to her expertise, I do not feel anywhere near as sore as I have in the past after a massage like this. I am very picky about massage therapists, and Ive been through a lot of them, so I can say with the utmost confidence Bri is the best by a galactic margin. It was clear to me through the whole 2 hour session she had a deep and intimate comprehension of anatomy and massage therapy unrivalled by anyone else Ive ever worked with. It was truly a pleasure! Not only is she highly skilled, but she is a very positive, happy, compassionate, down to earth person, and youd have to be the most miserable person on Earth to not love her! There are so many more details I can share about the experience and the massage itself, but Ill leave it at this for now. 100 out of 10 stars.About this location: they have an all star staff. Everyone I have interacted with at this location (Ive had several massages here) are very welcoming, kind, friendly and genuine. I always walk away with a dumb smile on my face. The overall atmosphere and energy is very positive and caring. I cannot see myself visiting any other place ever again.
