The place has changed for the BEST. I Was there last year and it was stuffy . My last visit 10/21 was fabulous . I didnt catch her name but the young girl with the long braids was absolutely fantastic. WellOrganized and very personable. It was clean and all staff was pleasant .

Thank you Randi for being an amazing phlebotomist and getting this blood work for me. I have been to 3 other labs that couldnt get it in 2 weeks and Im pregnant and need these labs for my appointments and after 3 painful attempts they would send me away and I just want to thank your team for being gentle and the nicest out of all of this along with being the only lab to successfully get me being such a hard stick 💕🌻

I have tried to get into an appointment on time multiple times over the past year. Even with a scheduled appointment you will 100% be waiting over 2 hours to get in. On top of that their system doesnt work so they call you in after a 2 hour wait to tell you you have to wait longer because they messed up on their end. I have never had this problem with other labs such as lab Corp or any other facility. Staff and establishment are a joke.

I was a walk in and was told 44 min. Wait which it was but great as I ran a few errands and came back. The best office ever and they are so professional, friendly and efficient. Getting blood work here is not a problem and never hurts. I think Tammy did my blood work and she was so very nice and friendly. Thank u and I highly recommend this lab.👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Lisa was an excellent phlebotomist. She was very pleasant and efficient. Couldnt ask for better. I had made an appointment online, and when I arrived I received a text to follow a link to check in. Once I checked in on my phone the wait was only about 5 minutes. The staff were all very pleasant. Lisa got my vein on the first try (which doesnt always happen). Stongly recommend Quest Diagnostics on East Ocean Blvd. in Stuart, FL

Made my appointment 3 weeks ago...showed up at 11 for my 11:15 appointment to find they are closed for renovation. Never bothered to call and their automated system called to confirm yesterday. So rude and unprofessional.

I guess it’s like any other place - sometimes you just get caught up in a mad rush. However, today I gotta say my experience was excellent here. My scrip was sent to the Palm City location (which is close to my house) but they were closed today so I tried a walk-in here at the Stuart location. Signed in and I only waited for 20mins. The person who brought me in was friendly and the one who drew my blood was super nice and patient. In fact, out of the hundreds of times I’ve had blood drawn in my life this was the least painful ever; I didn’t even feel the jab.HIGHLY recommended!

I had to fast for my blood test I checked in at 9:52 and it was going to be a 21 minute wait which was fine. However, the young lady sitting there advised me it would be a hour and half wait. After waiting for 2 hours I walked in to check my name still was there stating a 20 min wait I waited 20mins came back in my name disappeared so I signed back in only to be told by a staff member name Joyce that since I was not in the waiting area when she called me and because they were no longer taking walk ins she could not see me so I asked her was she refusing to me see and she says I’m twisting her words and told me to sit there I’ll be waiting even longer!!! Thank God one of the other staff members overheard the conversation and came out to draw my labs. I also asked to speak with the manager Rosemary and she never came out to speak with me! It was very rude and disrespectful to many of the people that was sitting there listening to a conversation between Joyce and I. Very Rude!

Made an appt 2 weeks ago and arrived to find this location CLOSED FOR RENOVATION !!! Very UNPROFFESSIONAL to say the least!!!

Consistently ridiculous bureaucratic experience. Being a long book (yes, even if you made an appointment), a mask and your best sense of humor.

I had to fast for my blood test I checked in at 9:24 and it was going to be a 21 minute wait which was fine. I ended up leaving and not getting my blood work done after waiting outside for almost 2 hours. Also the staff was very rude and disrespectful to many of the people there.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!!!! You call on the phone the rep tells you they aren’t accepting walk ins the soonest appt is 7 days away and the Dr doesn’t want you to take meds and wants you to fast. The appt is at 10am you arrive a hour early in case someone misses their apt to get in earlier so you can finally eat and take your meds. OHHHH NOOOOO that’s not how it works your name gets continually pushed down the list as walk ins come in and they go ahead of you even if you have an appt until your appt time. AWFUL place!!!! Totally understand why they have a 2 star rating it should be a -1.

I made an appointment went in early checked in and was surprised they took me in earlier than I thought .The lady who drew my blood was very kind and professional her name was April . I dont know why people are so negative but my experience was a positive one.

Horrible communication and waited for over 3 hours as did many others. Ended up calling my corporate office and switching to an urgent care who was able to get me in in 5 minutes. Avoid this location if possible.

I was a walk-in. Didnt have to wait long. Arrived at 7 a.m. left by 7:49. The tech that blood work was very nice. Just got to have a little patience. Thank you for your help today

I made an appointment weeks in advance. Got a text the morning of the appointment instructing me to click link to check-in on arrival. Did that right on time. Response was that I was checked in and to wait for call or text. Nothing happens. 15 minutes later I go inside and now check-in using their kiosk. Kiosk tells me that since I’m more than 10 minutes late I’m now “walk in status” and that all those with appointments will have priority. Obviously this outfit has terrible systems problems. Seek whatever alternative you can.

Worst customer experience ever. I came to get blood work on my baby. Waited 2 hours for her to try and take out blood from his arm. YOU DONT TAKE BLOOD FROM A BABY OUT OF HIS ARM. ITS THE HEEL OF THE FOOT. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE CERTIFIED IN THIS. I TOLD HER TO STOP AND I WAS GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this location for years. It is a very busy Quest. With the new world we are in during Covid 19 they have made new rules and arrangements. All are accommodating for our health and safety. I do want to acknowledge Michele. She has been working there for as long as I can remember. She is always very pleasant and nice. She is professional and appears to also be cross trained to do many things. My visit today was very pleasant and quick. Thank you Michele for being an outstanding employee but more importantly being an incredibly wonderful person.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. My daughter had a standing blood draw that has to be done once a month for 6 months. We went for our scheduled appt and the office lost the paperwork and said we had to go back to the doctor to get the paperwork again and they would not draw her blood. They said come back with the paperwork Monday as a walk-in and we will get her right in. I went and got another copy of paperwork Monday morning from the doctor and then had to wait over 3 hours for them to draw her blood as a walk-in. The customer service at this location is terrible and they clearly cant run an efficient busy or be trusted not to loose lab scripts.One month later: Back again for my daughters monthly blood draw. Appt at 1:00. Was told when we walked in they are two hours behind and we would have to wait. EVERY SINGLE MONTH this is what we go through. Im so sick of this place and Im definitely asking her doctor what other options there are other than Quest. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this place your business. Find someplace else, anywhere else. SERIOUSLY!!

You can’t be one minute late, literally, and you get converted to walk-in. I was told no walk-ins are allowed. Place was closed, doors locked when I arrived. You can’t call them and you only can chat with an AI. Worst customer service ever!! I’ve been here before and staff are trying their best. This is corporate BS. Where is the competition?

These Covid rules are a joke. I get 5 texts on my way to the location one of which tells me to click on a link when I get there to check in. I was early and couldnt click the link for 5 min which it gave me a countdown. I get the text saying I could come in but was told to wait outside. I go to the bathroom which had NO soap. While outside with about 10 people I get called however I was trying to stay away from people so I couldnt hear my name. Finally I get done but this entire experience is a joke. Had to give 1 star but really I would give a negative 10 stars

I was hesitant to go to this location because of the reviews. However I didnt have a negative experience like others. I did have an appointment and although it did still take an hour, I felt bad for a lot of others who were complaining they were there for over two hours. One gentlemen even gave his time slot to another lady.I have to change my review because I am sent off to do another test since my labels were switched.

Horrible place. I was a walk-in and waited 4 hours to finally get a text that they might be ready for me. I went home because people were waiting another hour after they got texted. 5 hours is totally out of control. Go to lab Corp!

I would not recommend Quest to anyone who needs fasting bloodwork. I arrived at 8:57 am and they called me at 11:23am. I am reporting this to my insurance company. This is totally unacceptable and more people should be reporting them.

They botched my first appoint but I gave them 2 stars because they were responsive and got me back in right away at the time of my choice. The tech was super nice but she used a vein I told her was problematic and this is what happened. This pic was taken 5 days after my blood draw!

I was a walk in yo drop off some examples and the tech was not nice at all I gave her the order from my doctor and she told to go back and get another lab container. I went to the doctor and she said , they should give one ( lab container) because those comes from them .pluss there is no reazon to ask for more examples. Amazing people! The nurse, Carlrica, who helped me this morning was so professional and nice. She didnt have to help me, but she did, and that made a world of difference to me. She deserves a raise or a giant Kudos for doing an outstanding job and going the extra step to help people.

It is now over three hours since I signed in for test to be done. I am a business man who realizes this is not a staff problem but really a management problem. If management cannot staff a location properly then it is time to find someone that can do the job properly. What happened to customer service???

Good service but what a wait....... 😳😳 I was there for 2 hours, I admit I was a walk in but this was a long wait for a simple urine drug and alcohol test, However, the woman that looked after me was very professional and polite. The whole process was simple. It was just a shame I had to wait so long. I arrived before 12 pm and it was very busy with lots of people in the waiting room.

I have always had wonderful service here. I had no appt and I was taken in within 20 min. From that point it took 10 min. I will always go to Quest

I waited 45 minutes this morning only to be told no walk ins today. 😤 😡 There is a sign on the door I was told and sure enough, amongst many signs, there it was. Suggestion, put a sign on the sign in station where people will actually see it. Another suggestion - update your website and phone message which encourages people my age to come in between 7-8 am and clearly states walkins are ok. Last suggestion - get some training on customer service from the Palm City Quest location as your reviews reflect you need some help. I have use the Stuart Quest many times and have found the service on the edge of poor but this time it was inexcusably poor.

One star is too much for this place. I called to schedule an appointment, only to get repeatedly hung up on. Stopped in the next day to make an appointment, and a staff member told me that they are excepting walk ins. So I went in the next morning only to be told that I need an appointment. This location is terrible!

Absolute disaster. I had lab work done for 2 different doctor appointments 2 weeks in advance. My first doctor appointment is tomorrow and I haven’t gotten the test results and I can’t get anyone at Quest on the phone. One of my doctors did get one test result and it appears my name wasn’t spelled correctly, they noted I had fasted when I said I hadn’t, and stated that I refused a test which never happened. Total mess. Will try Labcorp next time.

I signed in as a walk-in appointment using their tablet. Waited 35 minutes when finally someone told me they were no longer accepting walk-ins for the day. The lady I spoke to was very rude about the whole situation and tried to put the blame on me for not reading a handwritten paper note that was not visible from where the tablet was.

Just had to walk out of this place!... couldn’t get anything done there!... couldn’t even get some one on the phone. When someone finally opened the door she starts complaining to everyone in the lobby because a delivery driver dropped something off by the door but he waited for 15min for someone to respond to him. Then when I ask her a question she tries to shut me up and talk down to me! She might need to work somewhere that is a little more hood! Not sure if your just under staffed and can’t get the job done or you just have lazy incompetent workers either way I’m not going back here again!

Would not recommend this location to get any testing done! I was really taken aback by how rude and unprofessional the women there are. Some of them make it seem as if its just a job and dont care about patients. I cant tell you how many times I have seen arguments between patients and the staff there while waiting in the lobby. If you have a hours-long test to be done depending on who it is you get, they probably will ask you to come back another time, on their time, if they dont feel like doing it (even if there is enough time to get it done by the time they close), which was the last straw that made me never want to return there again. Not all the staff are like that but enough of them are. Be safe rather than sorry and avoid this office. I went to the Quest in Palm City and they are WAYYYY better and less of a headache - cleaner office, had a front desk person to help with sign-in and questions (Stuart doesnt have one), very kind and informative, and got my tests done in a timely and professional manner. Go to that one!

I have use Quest for quite some time now and every time and I have nothing but good experiences with the people in the lab. Although there is people that would say otherwise but those don’t count. Thanks quest lab Stuart, Joyce angel touch.

Went to have bloodwork done today. Only 2 techs in office due to Covid. People waiting over an hour past appt time. One of the techs was so nasty to everyone. We were all talking about how she should not be working with the public. Just nasty, nasty, nasty!!!! I ended up leaving and going to a different lab. Will never go there again.

Worst experience of my life!! Sat out front for almost two hours to get told they arent taking walk ins but when you call there number it says the opposite, it says walk ins are welcome. Carla was a terrible person and pushed away elderly people because she didnt feel like doing her job. She needs to be fired and let go because this is the 2nd time she has done this to me and my mother in law as well. Worst customer service ever!! Instead go to LabCorp!!

Jonathan was the receptionist today and he was outstanding. He was courteous, helpful and professional. He has a great attitude and is clearly an asset to your organization.Fabian was the phlebotomist whom drew blood from my wife and myself. I have had a significant number of blood draws over the years and without a doubt, she is the BEST that I have experience. She was kind, gentle, quick and efficient. She was outstanding.These 2 employees should be recognized for their exceptional customer service and skill sets.

Had an appointment for 0730, unfortunately i was late and on checking in was changed to walk in. Waited 2hrs 45 minutes during which time many people walked in, not having appointments, and were called in well before me. I finally had to leave. I had explained to one of the employees i had been waiting all that time and was dismissed out of hand. I will not be back

Had an appointment for 11:15 am to have blood drawn. I arrived about 10 minutes early. Had the blood drawn, looked at my watch and it was 11:22. The lab tech apologized for my having to wait! I assured her that in my opinion they ran a pretty tight ship. I detected NO unpleasant odors, as a previous reviewer reported. I would highly recommend this facility.

As a nurse of 30 years, I know what a blood draw should be. The one performed on me last week was not it! The tech drew blood from a small vein when a large one sat right next to it. Each time she exchanged tubes she pushed the needle in farther; it was very painful and left my arm severely bruised. Because she chose such a small vein, it took 2-3 minutes for the collection, and now I find the blood clotted and was not usable. So I had no results for my doctors visit today. No one even bothered to call me to tell me the blood was unusable and I will have to have it redrawn.

Wait time was long despite me having an appointment. One of the employees was extremely rude for no reason. Avoid this location.

Wait was quicker than I expected (being a walk-in client)Waiting area is very clean and tidy, didn’t have to wait to check in.Once I was in, I had Ms. Kanisha draw my blood. She was the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I’m definitely the type of girl that no one can ever get on the first poke and she did it like it was no big deal. Painless and quick. Highly recommend!!

If I could take away stars I would. Total zoo with a roomful of patients with appointments all overdue. When I asked how far behind they were I was addressed as “Sweetie” and basically told to wait my turn. I just wanted to know how long it might be as I had to be somewhere else. The employee was rude and condescending and refused to answer. It’s not like you’re doing this for free guys! You get paid to be professional. If you can’t do that perhaps you should get into another line of work. And yes....I left.

I Left there after just walking in, total time about an hour. The facility smelled clean and all the staff were kind, personal and professional. Suggestion...get there early so you dont have to go hungry if you have to fast.

The place is very clean and efficent. If you make an appointment you are placed in the front of the queue after they complete your paperwork. They do get very busy at times so a wait may happen. I have been having my blood drawn here, every quarter, for 3 years. 9/10 I dont even feel the needle. It seems like all the one star reviews expect immediate service if you have an appointment. An appointment just puts you ahead in the queue. There are a few that dont speak good English. What they lack in language skills, they make up for in good blood draws.

The staff at this location is great I take my daughter to get her blood work done here every 6 months she loves comming here they take their time with her and are nice and gentle with his . Im always in and out when we go I love the fact that they are open on Saturdays its very convenient for us so she doesnt miss school and I dont miss work . The facility is always clean . No sense of service, professionalism, or other peoples time. The employees should know that the guests can hear you and your inappropriate comments and personal conversations. Also when a mistake is made, an apology is welcome. An excuse is not.

Waited nearly THREE HOURS with an appointment!!! I was 11 minutes late to appointment- my problem. Over 70 new people came after me including walk ins and got called before me so I ended up waiting over 2 .5 hours so far. I fasted 12 hours prior to my noon appointment and now have a severe headache and feel faint. It took two months to get the appointment.I had to beg to even use the restroom while waiting. I will never return to this location again. Will update if anything improves with final wait time once I’m finally seen. Simple blood tests, not easy to get!One lady was waiting as a walk in with no appointment for over two hours then she finally left. This should never happen when one has an appointment. Another woman had a walk-in and was seen almost immediately. Really weird and unprofessional! I noticed a number of other people upset and leaving without getting services. Terrible still waiting

If I could put zero stars I would and this is simply trying to make an appointment. Quest, I forgot how horrible you are! Rude, no sense of anyones time, dont listen, dont answer questions and again rude. If your person that answers the phone is this rude, I can only imagine what the service in person will be like.

The woman who drew my blood was very accommodating and empathetic. I told her I had a history of becoming faint and throwing up when getting my blood drawn and she let me sit in the chair that leans back so I was more comfortable and got me a pale in case I threw up. She talked me through the whole thing which was a very nice distractor. When it was done she made sure I was okay and let me stay in the room as long as I needed while leaving the door mostly closed. When I left the room a couple of staff asked me if I was alright. A very warm place!!

I had dreaded going to have my blood drawn, because its Always been such a stressful, painful and terrible experience. Reason being is getting my blood is extremely difficult. Normally ending in the pic line specialist having to complete the order. Yesterday was my first time being at this lab. I was first struck by how clean the office was for a older building.Then how pleasant and kind the staff was in meeting me.I was having extreme trouble walking on my cane, as my (scooter died).while heading in the back i was greeted by a woman named Joyce who right away put me at ease!! I explained briefly to Joyce how hard of a time it is to get my blood.She assured me she would do her best and to relax and let her worry about getting the blood. Which i did. Joyce explained in detail what she was about to do, and did it. I not only Did Not feel any pain at all, she got my blood the first stick and filled up all tubes needed.I would highly recommend this lab to all....Thank You, Jan Mitchell

No organization no communication at Stuart poor service

Go elsewhere!This was the worst experience that Ive had in a healthcare facility in a long time. All of the staff that I had contact with here had the sincerity and humanity of ghetto drive-thru window fast food workers. I would rather have a machine stick a needle in me and draw my blood than contribute money to the staff here.

The technition who took blood did a fine job. However,Jonathan at the desk, neglected to give the technition both lab orders. Therefore I had to ask a second time for the second lab request, which meant getting stuck a second time. If Jonathan had done his job and put the two orders together all would have been fineSuggest next time Johnathan stop talking with the female staff and do his job.

After all the negative comments I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean, the staff was professional and pleasant. There were no bad odors of any kind. Because I had an appointment, I was taken ahead of some and it was crowded. It made me glad I made an appointment. Everything moved along relatively quickly & the phlebotomist who took my blood was very adept, cheerful and painless. All in all, very good experience

Staff was rude and not trained at all for taking blood from a toddler. They bruised my poor 2 year old sons arm and then told me that couldn’t do it because he was too strong and wouldn’t stop crying. Of course he’s gonna cry. They are poking him with a needle. They mad me leave without getting blood and told me I would have to come back or go to a different facility. They should be trained for all ages cuts their job. I will tell everybody what a zoo of a place it is and never recommend this location to any body.

There are no morning appointments and I needed blood work done. Waiting one hour 45 min. So far. When I was told it would be an hour. Either you need to make a by appointment only day or be honest about the ridiculous underestimation of the wait.

The worst Quest Labs I have ever been. Walk-in with no appointment but there was no one inside the staff had me waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours and then one of the phlebotomists was choosing which lab test she wanted to take first. Horrible staff

I agree I needed to make an appointment and it asked me all these questions I couldnt answer without a 4 year medical degree. WTF Need to make theyre scheduling easier or at least put a way of reaching a human being. This is craziness.

I went in at 8am as a walk in. I was out by 8:20. My lab tech, Princess, was very friendly and quick with the blood draw. They took my insurance and little work on my part was required.

Nice office nice staff.But, if your doctor gives you a script for medical cannabis, make sure that doctor tells you that you will never get a job again and they should give you a disability because employment wise your life is over.

I always have a difficult time donating blood or just having blood drawn. The staff here has always listened to me. I dont feel the needle and it is quickly over.

It is impossible to get a hold of a person to ask a question once you are in the automated scheduling system.

Ridiculous that you cannot speak to a person when you need questions answered in order to schedule an appointment.
