Ive been getting my hair cut by Lynn since i was born. Amazing hair stylist and such a beautiful lady. I have never had a bad haircut. I always feel so welcome and they always offer me a cup of coffee or some snacks. Amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend Lynn for everything !!

Carly did a great job on my hair! It was my second time going short and my hair looks exactly how I wanted to! Carly really listens to you and takes her time to make sure everything looks just right.

I have been to New Awakenings a number of times for pedicures. This is a wonderful, cozy spa in Stow! The service is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable (they offered a $25 pedicure special for most of the Summer of 2012). I highly recommend Diamond for pedicures--very pleasant young lady who does a fabulous job.

I called this salon at the end of July to see if they took walks in and could go a balayage.... my natural red hair into blonde. The girl said it would be no problem, I was on a time crunch because of a vacation so she told me she would squeeze me right then if I could be there in 5 minutes and leave with wet hair because they were closing. When I got there I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said just like this but more blonde I have virgin hair so I was very nervous but the girl was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. Once I got home dried and straightedge my hair it was like but definitely not as blonde as I asked for. I went on my 5 day trip and had my hair up most of the time. Our last day I worn it down but noticed my hair was looking ORANGE. I went outside in the natural light took pictures and sent them to her. She didnt respond for a few day but when she did she asked me some questions andwater, swimming etc none of which it did. She said tocome in that Wednesday and shed fix it. I went in wednesday at my scheduled time and the receptionist said I was not on the schedule and she was not even there. They had me take a sit and the receptionist called you... then I was told some BS story about her being stuck in traffic but when the girl got there she told me that she had forgotten. She fixed my hair and in that lighting it didnt look bad but definitely was not what I originally asked for. Its been a month now and you can clearly see a straight line across the back of my head and no balayage what so ever. Parts of it are a very light blonde while other parts are orange and others are stil my natural color. I spent $120+ with tips for absolutely horrible hair. I cant just walk into a salon and pay hundreds of dollars on my hair. Im a stay at home mom if 3 so my main priority is them. So here I am with no other options but to have my sister who is not a professional try to fix my hair. We managed to get the blonde out but now I am left with a little bit of my natural color and a very dark auburn color. If she was trying to hurry to leave work when they were closing why even offer to do my hair? I could have went somewhere else. And clearly she was upset about coming in to fix it because she well forgot and didnt fix it she just put a little toner on it. Now here I am out $120 from the salon and another $35 buying things from Sallys and Im left with nothing that is even close to what I asked for. Ive thought about calling the manager but really what good would that do? I will definitely not let that girl come near my head again. So hear I sit crying my eyes out because my natural red hair is completely ruined. Its not like I can buy my color in a box. So thanks New Awakenings I really appreciate you quality service. Next time you want to rush out of work dont say you can squeeze a client in. If there was an option Id post the pictures as proof!
