McLaren homecare is a joke.The only person I liked was my nurse: Becky!! Amazing person!!I will NEVER go back with them. They are extremely understaffed and when they give you a window of time they dont always come in that time. michelle the supervisor doesnt know how to staff her people out. I was with them for a year. I am homebound and that is why i receive services to access my port. I was going out of town and I would miss one monday with them and michelle told me my insurance would no longer pay because I am going out of town which makes me not homebound anymore. very very untrue. I have been nothing but patient and understanding when they couldnt get to me, even though my doctor wanted me to be accessed mondays. Very Unorganized and not worth your money or time. Highly recommend you go with someone other than them for your healthcare and or your family member healthcare.

The worst care Ever, Debbie is her name always canceling appts. and came to the house of her Patient very sick with no MASK on, The patient was Very concerned about getting sick, SO Unprofessional, does nothing with the patient literally spends 5mins. on him another 5mins logging in her note book, then sits and talks about her personal life and problems.

My mom was prescribed home care after a stay in the hospital for pneumonia. That was last Friday. I have gotten nothing but the runaround regarding no communication. I have been told they had the wrong phone number even though I had updated NUMEROUS times. I finally talked with 2 supervisors yesterday and was assured I would receive a call from the nurse this morning to find out when she would come to my mom today. We are now late afternoon and no phone call and quite frankly if they cant get information correctly, their not touching my mom. I will continue to treat her bedsores she developed from her stint in the hospital myself! My mom is a tiny 85 year old woman on oxygen and I am totally disgusted!!

PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE. NEVER RETURN CALLS.. HAVING US CRUSH PILLS with spoons.. Attitudes

Very unprofessional company, I think they have it confused that the family doesnt work for them, they work for us. NEVER on time with a 2 hour window, that doesnt work for me and my family. This is the second and last time with them. They will inconvenience you with tardiness and act like its ok. Call before your going to be late, not after the fact!!!! Sheri is awesome nurse BTW!!!! Gazla will talk over you and lie right in your face. Seriously thinking about replacing the company all together. First impression is everything and I am not impressed. Calling cooperate now She just lied again and We caught her!!! Stephanie and Robin are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT . I ONLY CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH MY MOMS DOCTOR.

Best caring staff ever from the hospital to the home care . Very professional. Visting nurses come one time . Very caring smily faces . I recommend Mclaren home care . Good job

Please do NOT entrusts your family member or loved ones with these people...Its difficult enough dealing with the grief that comes when were losing a loved one...This company their nurses, representatives are not in communication with each other and they have very little processs in place.My dad is currently a hospice patient with Mclaren. I have been trying desperately to get a return phone call for 3hrs.Ashley the administrative assistant stop accepting my calls and just sends me to voicemail.I was told the on call nurse would call me but to NO avail...They dont even have a professional curtesy that would have them prioritize a call back from the facility charge nurse.This place is THE PITS!

Three words..go else where. This place is unprofessional and the staff does not communicate well with one another. No one ever know what is going on. Save yourself the time and all the inconveniences that this company will cause you and your family.
