Prompt service and well-staffed cozy location. The Dr. was very patient and addressed all of my concerns while showing actual pictures of my eye and what certain features meant.

Love this place- everyone is so nice. Warren especially is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Clean place, not crowded and the optometrists really do practice patient education, they arent just trying to get you out the door.

Dont go here! This was one of the worst eye Dr appointments I had ever had. The office is next to a karate place that has the music running and it was so annoying and so loud I couldnt concentrait to fill out my paperwork. Due to covid19 I was sent outside to fill out the forms making the music louder. The office tried to charge me out of pocket for a deposit to make sure I made the appointment on time as well as wanting to charge out of pocket for taking a picture of my eyes because insurance would not cover it. I told the reception if the services werent covered I didnt need it. She said oh well we need the imaging anyway. And took pictures of my eyes. The optometrist spent about 15 minutes with me. Then tried to talk me into getting bifocals and then. Settled on single vision glasses. Then when it was time to pick out the glasses they refused to used the frames that I brought in. They wanted me to pick out some of their stock probably trying to charge more out of pocket expense and when they saw I was to leave they mentioned I could pay outta pocket to get my frames used. I smiled asked for any paper work to finish up my visit and walked out fusterated. These people act like they are a high end optical place and if that is the way they are going to treat people they best take their offices to Newport beach where people can afford to be overcharged for their b.s. I dobt even feel I received a good evaluation for my eyes and am going to another place.

Poor follow up, misleading prices, and overcharging. Customer winds up paying more out of pocket. They lack integrity, quote one price and charged another, also charges insurance for services never performed.
